"Would give zero stars if I could"
This was the worst medical experience I have ever had! My son was sick and we waited over 8 hours and eventually left without being seen. The staff was rude and the overall scene was very depressing. It was a clear sign to me that the medical establishment has failed big time. Needless to say, we will never go there again.
UTSW is like a tightly ran ship! They’re not perfect, no hospital is, but they’re pretty damn close. UTSW saved my life, literally. Two other hospitals dismissed my symptoms and sent me home. Im glad I came here. Also the rooms are VERY nice and all the staff is very friendly.
The appointment takes 2 months without any effective follow up. They accepted/declined my insurance back and forth. Before my first appointmemt, they said the insurance should work, but they still want to charge me $500 for a simple doctor visit. worst hospital experience ever.
Such wonderful staff at this agency.Nurse Gidson was very professional and helpful. I look forward to more staff following in her footsteps. She is a leader and deserves all the praise. I love to see representation of women in health care especially ones like Nurse Gidson.
Would give zero stars if I could. If you’re thinking about having a baby here think again and consider ANYWHERE else. They don’t actually care about your well-being just about how much they’ll get out of your pocket. Seriously avoid delivering here at all costs.
This is the most amazing place to be taken care of! From the Doctor's to the Nurse's to the Aide's and everyone who works here, the caring and professionalism is wonderful!! Thanks to my cardiologist Michael Luna, Dr Pirolli & Dr Garza: the
The ER staff in the front lobby were kind and professional to me and my daughter, then after a long wait which I didn't mind since they were very informative about the wait, we went to a room after and I know we were going to share a room I
I love visiting this Hospital "A true caring atmosphere". Valet parking is ALWAYS helpful & needed. And the cafe food better than some restaurants. CUH Tower 3 Cafe "Mindful" smoothies and omelettes was just what I needed...everything fresh
My husband was transferred here from another ER 3 hours away. We went to this hospital after our ER Dr called all the hospitals in our area and THIS hospital accepted us and knew we were on our way and what needed to be done. We arrived and
UTSW: big brains no balls . Came in with an infection, left with the same infection. Never met a doctor too scared to treat patients . I would have said something but uhh COULDNT TALK because of how bad the infection was. I guess the doctor
I regret EVER using UTSW. It all began in December 2018. I met with a pulmonologist who scheduled me for a lung biopsy in April 2019. (Anything at this place takes MONTHS.) The tests were basically inconclusive, but they didn’t think it was
Waited several weeks for a referral to final make it through the system only to be told they are now no longer accepting new patients. They could have posted that on their website or told me before the referral. They must be screening which
I waited to post this review as I used to work here and didn't want my review to be biased. UT Southwestern is one of the BEST hospital systems/ medical centers in the world and is highly ranked on the list of best hospitals not only in the
People have complained about the long wait in the Emergency Room. This is pretty common among most Teaching Hospitals and Country Hospitals because they normally take the life threatening trauma cases first. However, the reason I gave it a
I live in ft worth and drove to Dallas, because of UT South Western reputation. The nurses and doctors in ER were ok, but the pharmacy staff made a huge mistake. They gave someone else medication and had to drive back again the next day to
First off I would like to say that my visit went well and I felt very respected by the doctor that I saw. My problem is with the billing practices of this hospital. I drove 2 hours to see them and spent a total of 15 minutes in the actual
On September 9, 2023, my father passed. His name was Wayne Waiwaiole and he was 52 years young. I just wanted to recognize the nurse that was in charge, Natassia. Even though my dad was in a coma, she treated him with the utmost respect &
I have nothing but great things to say about this hospital . My husband came from a very sucky hospital “ medical city heart and spine “ where he was waiting over 5 months to get a valve repair as soon as he stepped foot on this place he
This hospital has horrible nurses and doctors, I came to get a check up for a car accident. Took 6 hours! They started giving me medicine and an IV when I just came in for a ct scan & didn’t even check my pupils or anything! They didn’t
I haven’t even seen a provider yet, but Juana— the new patient scheduling coordinator, I believe— was genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful, most encouraging, and most compassionate people I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to!
My spouse had surgery here in the Neurology Department and let me say that despite her going through the process the Complete staff from the Valet, Receptionist, Attendants, Assistants, Nurses, Doctors, Technicians and Surgeons were all
Life is scary. I’m 25 and might’ve been blind in my left eye due to a freak accident at work. I had surgery performed on my eye at this location. The care before, during, and after was great. The brute honesty from the surgeons was also
Flew in from Colorado for an appointment. Had a 50 min drive to get there. It was raining and there was an accident we were caught behind. We had allowed 15 extra minutes for the drive but due to being trapped behind accident for 30 min
I can guarantee you that many of the 5-star reviews are from friends and family of hospital staff. UT Southwestern is a perfect example of how America is undergoing a rapid pace of deterioration and ruin. Specialized doctors are content
I don't know why anyone would give less than a 5 STAR rating to the UT Southwestern Medical Complex. I have been treated for lung cancer since 2019, and I can not give higher marks to the Simmons Cancer Center (both the old location on
Scam scam scam! I went to go see a regular doctor and they scheduled me to do my labs there. Of course I’m think it’s regular. NOPE they don’t tell you that you can get your labs done anywhere because they will charge you as if it’s an
I took my husband to the ER at UT Southwestern hospital. Everything went good with the first Dr. He ordered the right tests even came to the waiting room to talk to my husband about what was going on with him. Then said he would get an
My wife has been struggling with gastrointestinal issues for 2 years. During that time we had to wait over 6 months for an appointment with UT Southwestern. After finally getting in and explaining her symptoms the doctor pressed on her
I have been seeing UT doctors for years to treat a chronic health condition that affects a lot of organs and body systems and I seriously can't think of one negative thing to say about anyone there. I have always been treated kindly by

Brielle nicole gidson has been seen violating her patients HIPPA on twitter. talking bad and weirdly about her patients. she should be fired. its multiple tweets about people.
Hailey in the early morning er holding room was the most helpful nurse we had for my mother. She was attentive and caring and did I mention helpful. Super ⚕️ nurse …
I paid over $600 for a general check-up and a PAP test. To start, I had no issue with my experience while in the office or with the
