I made an appointment for a haircut with Gilad at the Salon, since my hair was already getting straggly. Gilad has been my hairstylist since he started in Harrisburg. Now I visit NYC to get my hair trimmed. Since he already knows how I like my hair styled, he did the long layered look. I loved the end result, which is enough testimony to his skill. The greatest testimony to a hairstylist's skill, however, is when a stranger compliments the customer specifically on his/her hair. The day after I had my hair cut, I was at the Mall at Hudson Yards. I was thirsty, so I went to buy a bottle of water at The Naked Tomato. When I paid for the bottle of water and started to make my way out, a fashionable lady entering the restaurant got my attention and said, "Beautiful hair! You have very beautiful hair." She specifically pointed out how my hair looked!!! While one might consider that a compliment to oneself, I considered it more of a compliment to my hairstylist. Being from a small town and making a trip to NYC to have my hair styled, I couldn't believe it. In high fashion New York City of all places, my hair was complimented after it was cut and styled! I will also point out that this is not the first time I have been complimented on my hair. There was one time in New Jersey after Gilad colored my hair blonde with highlights and low lights (in Harrisburg) that ladies said that you could see different shades of gold under the sun as I was walking. Then in my small town in PA, I have gotten compliments also in the office and in Church for the way my hair was colored and styled. Even a neighbor once asked me where I got my layered cut, because the layers were very flattering. I had to recommend Gilad to her. Getting my hair cut and styled like this and receiving that compliment at Hudson Yards was well worth the three hour train ride to NYC! Thank you very much! I must also mention that there were three ladies greeting people who entered the store. Salon personnel were also very nice. I was able to find a travel size My Way by Armani. When one of the ladies approached me asking if she could help me, I told her I was able to find what I was looking for. I asked if I could pay for it at the Salon, since I had an appointment with Gilad. I was told alright, so I paid for it there and waited for my turn to get my hair styled. I am so happy I made the trip to ULTA Beauty on the Upper East Side. Again, thank you very much!!!

I usually have a pleasant experience here but today and yesterday, not so much. Last night I was in a bit of a hurry and just needed to make a quick return of a few items. The line was short, luckily, but then once I got to the register and the cashier scanned the items I was returning I had to wait 15-20 minutes for some kind of manager approval. The manager took her sweet time on the phone and then finally came over. She could have quickly walked over to punch her code in and walked back. But no, she made me wait for a very long time when I had a dinner reservation to get to. However, I was patient and polite towards the employee at the register and she also apologized. I was not going to act like a “Karen” or anything although I thought it wasn’t great customer service to have me wait for so long for something that should have been simple. THEN, today I came back in after a hair appointment and I was looking for a finishing hair spray. No one greeted me, no asked me if I needed assistance, but several employees walked past me. Then I found a spray by DryBar that looked like it was a tester— the cap was off and it was sitting in front of the sellable products so I assumed it was. So I tried it— I sprayed it a few times in my hair. Then an employee walked by and YELLED AT ME across the room, saying “WE DON’T HAVE TESTERS FOR OUR PRODUCTS!!!” which is not true— as there are many testers throughout the store. I was mortified, I apologized, and said I thought it was a tester because the cap was off. And she said “GIVE IT TO ME!!!” Wow. I was looking to purchase a hair spray, which I did, along with about $50 worth of other products. So two bad experiences in a row here. Not sure I’m going to shop at this location anymore, and I’d advise others to use caution.

This was my first time coming into Ultra Beauty. I’ve always passed by the store however my daughter was looking for a specific product so we decided to go into the store. Upon entry we were not greeted by any staff. While walking around the store to locate the item were looking for not one sales representative asked if we needed help but they just stared at us. We were only able to get assistance because there was a sales representative in the area where the item, we were searching for was located. She was very helpful and warm as compared to the other representatives that passed us by. The item we wanted was not in stock but the representative did inform us of Store to Door. Store to door is looking on the Ultra website to see if the item is in stock and if it is you can order to your home with free shipping. The checkout was rather quickly we didn’t have to wait in line long. The representative at the register assisted us in placing the sore to door order and we were done. I immediately received an email confirmation of the item and expected delivery date. Overall, I’m not certain if I will shop again at Ultra, they aren’t welcoming in warm as compared to entering other stores such as Sephora. I doubt I will be returning to the store since there is poor customer service. Shipping was really fast which is why I added a star. The package arrived rather quickly we ordered it on a Saturday and it arrived Monday.

Giving a 1 star rating because a 0 isn’t available. This location is horrible. I normally shop at this location because it’s the nearest one to my home. However, after today I will no longer be shopping here. Nobody greeted me upon entering the store. I was at the Anastasia fixture with an associate and was not asked if I needed help. Another woman walked over and she’s greeted and asked if she’s ok or if she needed any help. I felt as if I was being profiled at some point because some of the employees kept walking around me but not stopping to check on me. I asked a girl for a perfume she tells me she’s gonna put it in the front, which I found kinda weird only because I have shopped here before and that’s never been the case. Once I get to the register… perfume is nowhere to be found. I asked to speak to a manager.. who was named Phelix. He was not empathetic, was very dismissive and didn’t even try to see if he could search for it. Didn’t even offer another option to get the perfume. I was brushed off about how I felt with my experience at his location. Even as I walked out.. both Phrelix and another male stood facing the door and didn’t not say anything. Entire staff needs to be trained of having a better customer service. I work in the customer service industry and I could never treat a customer how I was treated today.

I had such a poor experience at the salon today, I came in to cover my grey hairs and chose a root touch up. The stylist, Robson had no time for me which was fine since I let the ulta app choose who does my hair. But I told him I was willing to go to another and he just made me keep waiting for him while he did highlights on two different customers. Then he told me I needed a full color not a root touch up and only partially colored my grey hairs, even though there was an entire bowl of color left over. I was willing to do the full color and said that and he still only did the roots. Then the assistant left and I was sitting with color on my hair for 2 hours! My scalp was so sore and hurt after. Finally a different assistant named Karen washed my hair and then she dried it. The staff saw me just sit there and were busy talking and did not offer to help, which I am sure there is a rule about that but I felt so dumb sitting there with my scalp on fire. I was there for 4 HOURS and it was only a root touch up. I do not doubt that Robson is skilled but he was not attentive and a little inconsiderate. Karen was very sweet and even gave me a granola bar because I was so hungry. The staff at the salon should be more attentive to guests when stylists get over booked like this because someone could've helped me a lot sooner.

I came in with open pockets as I only buy makeup once every two years so I wasn’t going to be stingy with what I am buying. I wasn’t greeted by anyone and whoever that didn’t have “belts” profiled me thinking I want only the cheap items, telling me that the Mac and Chanel section are prestigious items. THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING THIS PLACE 5/5 IS BECAUSE OF AN EMPLOYEE NAMED CHRISTA. She was a god send employee who asked if I needed help as I was just lost by myself. She didn’t assume anything and helped me get items from every part of the store. This lady not only went back and forth checking the back for my shades but also helped my sister get the correct shade, she didn’t try to upsell me but gave me everything I needed. She gave us tips on how to use products and what would best suit my face. If anyone is reading this, please go between wednesday-Sunday and find CHRISTA!!! You won’t regret your experience with her. As for the rest of the store…get training from Christa. Line was long but the cashier was decent, she offered me the card and signed me up for the rewards program. Overall my experience with Christa was 1000/100, the rest of the store and its staff was 1.5/5 as no one else wanted to help.

Just got back from picking up my order at this location. There was no one to ask if we needed assistance, but [yet] everyone was available to watch us like stalkers as we walked towards the pick up area- which had no attendant btw. There were 2 employees in that area (not counting the beautician): 1 at the salon reception desk & 1 on the floor in the back section and no one bothered to ask us anything, just left us waiting. When I walked to the salon attendant to ask where the pick up personnel was, she looked as through we were bothering her. When my sister proceeded to asked her a question about their salon and she looked at her as though she had 3 heads! When she asked again, she reluctantly gave her a brochure. I know that there are people our there that pick and choose who they wish to help based on closed minded reasoning and stereotyping, but you're in A CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY ! There is no room for that behavior. At the end of the day, paying customers are the reason you have a job and if they don't shop, you don't get paid and eventually you will have no job. TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER WITH KINDNESS, RESPECT AND DIGNITY. THAT'S REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I just left this store (3/31/22, approx between 6:40-7:00pm). I went in specifically to make a return and take swatches of a few fragances that are on my wishlist. My wait on line to make the return was very short and the associate at the register was great and friendly. Moving on to my scent swatches; I had a pen with me and was writing down the scents as I sprayed them on the cards. The store was pretty much empty and there were quite a few friendly sales associates in the fragrance area near me. This one security guard then starts following me around (very closely) the entire time as I moved between fragrances. It made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable to say the very least. His eyes were glued to me the entire time and the way he looked at me was very intimidating. I ended up leaving after a few scents and unfortunately, I was not able to get through and take all the notes I wanted in order to make my choices on purchases. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION if you want to feel comfortable and move around in peace and at ease. Go to Sephora a few stores down! Loss Prevention is supposed to protect the store's assets, not harass loyal customers away!

Let’s start of by the fact that We weren’t greeted upon entering, but also walked around the store lost and nobody offered help everyone walked by like they were too “busy” my partner walked around the store with items in his hands and not a single employee asked if he needed a basket so I had to get it myself. I usually shop at the one on 34th or nj which give me the best experience possible ! But this one has a lot to learn definitely poor management. Also walked to the fragrance section and asked my partner where the Burberry perfume was the lady was just leaning on the wall on her phone I’m pretty sure shes in charge of the perfume section. Last but not least we get to the register and the cashier name courtney looked like she had a rough day didnt ask if i can put in my loyalty numbers or anything I had to tell her I was a member twice to put my number.. usually the first thing they do is ask if you a member to gain points anyways if you like to go to ulta for the experience don’t go to this one. Give your money to the one on 34th

I stopped into the 86th street store ladt week to get some foundation and was lucky enough to encounter the amazing Jessica C. She helped me with the foundation as well as many other products — not by being pushy, but by my telling her I that really I needed to replace all of my very old makeup. She was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and had a lovely, fun personality. She never tried to sell me priciest thing — only what best suited my complexion and needs for both stage and street. I also received great suggestions from Lauren M at the Chanel boutique. She was also super fun, honest and gave me great advice across the board. The upshot was that I bought several products to replace my make up routine and I can truly say that this is the most beautiful and suitable make up I have ever bought. And, I am a performer so I have bought a lot of make up over the years. Kudos to Jessica and Lauren! And thanks Ulta 86th street!

Overall, I like this store. I shop in here often and also get my hair done at the salon. Kat and Gigi were both amazing. However, when Kat and Gigi both left I booked an appointment with Gilad. When looking him up, he is part of the Ulta Beauty Design Team and has 148k IG followers…. great, right?! Apparently not. The first time they canceled on me at least it was days prior to my appointment. So I rescheduled for a Friday afternoon (weeks later because he is booked) and took off of work so that I didn’t have to leave early. They called me the night before to confirm which I thought was a good sign. Again, apparently not. They called me at 9 AM the next morning and cancel my 3:30 appointment. Their reasoning? He’s part of the Ulta Beauty design team so maybe something came up. Really? Shouldn’t your customers come first? Very frustrating and unprofessional. I guess I’ll be going elsewhere to get my hair done.

I visited store on the evening on 1/3/2021 to purchase perfume for myself but felt so uncomfortable that I left the store and purchased at Sephora instead. When I entered the store, no one greeted me of asked if I needed help through out my 30 minutes in the store. However I was followed around the ENTIRE time by the security. He didn’t even try to be discrete. At one point he even numbed me he was following me so closely. I asked for a manager and she told me he was doing his job. I told him it made me uncomfortable several times that he only followed me around and no other customers in the large store. I was also the only black customer in the store which was the icing on the cake. I was so upset I ended up leaving and purchasing my fragrances at the Sephora down the street. I do not recommend this location to anyone. The staff needs customer and bias training.

This morning i went to Ulta from the Upper East Side for a few things that i need and had the worst experience. Five seconds after i arrived one of the workers came to me and started to talk about my skin without me asking. Since last year I’ve been struggling with several acné in my chin due to stress (diagnosed by my dermatologist) and took me a few visits to my terapist to deal with that. So of course the situation i experienced in your store made me feel súper uncomfortable. I didn’t ask for her opinión and i didn’t ask for product recomendations. But the worst part was when she asked me about my skin care routine, she said “maybe you look like that because you are copying skin care routines from social media”. Its really feels like it was an acne-shaming situation. This is the last place i would think to experience something like that.

If I could give this place no star I would. I never leave reviews and Im not a complainer or a problematic costumer but this place has Very poor customer service. I was there today and when I got to the register and was waiting on line and only one cashier was open when the second cashier opened she took the person standing behind as I was standing past the “line” and when I complained and said that I was here first she’s supposed to take me first, they gave me an attitude and said well the line starts behind but I was only standing past the line bc no registers behind me were open!! They didn’t even bother to apologize but instead gave me an attitude? I ended up not buying the products. I left to Sephora and was welcomed and had a great costumer service experience as expected. Never going back

Worst employees at this location. Walked in and wasn’t greeted but immediately noticed the people that came after me were (just take a guess we weren’t the same color). I heard someone say to Secuirty to “follow the girl with the fro” as I’m going to the hair product isle. I was being followed the whole time but really needed products and couldn’t get to the 34th st location so I went to line to purchase. The girl at the counter even had a nasty attitude as I tried to pull up my app to redeem a coupon and said “just pay the total you clearly can’t find it” but the problem was the service was bad…at that point I just walked out. Disgusting all around. Please do some training because profiling customers was never ok. Being a diamond member it’s sad to see an ulta be like this

Laurel at the Lancome counter was amazing! I am a super newbie, terrible with makeup application and never wore foundation in my life, until now -- Laurel spent over an hour teaching me how to use 3 different brushes and even let me practice to get her feedback on where I was going wrong. She helped me find and understand how to apply and blend concealer and foundation. She even wrote out a card with instructions for me that explains how to apply (and even how to properly use the brushes for each) concealer, foundation/powder, how to blend, I've never had better customer service. The most refreshing part? She never tried to push product or sell me anything, instead she just catered to my needs. This woman deserves a raise. Excellent, hands down.

Me and my daughter went yesterday to this store since I have an Ulta credit card, and she wanted to use it. As soon as we walked inside we were greeted and I asked for the perfume isle and was directed. Then as we get to the perfume part of the store the security guard started following us around and watching us. When I notice he kept on and I started to look at him back and ask him why he keep watching us when there were more people at the store. He acted silly and showed us a perfume like really? Then this other Ulta worker kept coming next to us to try perfumes. We felt uncomfortable and after thinking about I will cancel my card with them and never going back. It’s crazy it be your own people treating you like thieves or delinquents.

If you want to feel like a criminal come here! Getting stalked by 8 different employees, being reprimanded for trying on testers perfect customer experience. I literally was ganged up on by 3 different employees for “opening” a product and using it even though it said tester on it. And they took it from me like I was a thief even though it said tester on it. Every time I come here I’m followed like a thief. I buy from here and they still treat you like a criminal on your way out with receipt and product in hand. I hate all of the employees here, they smile in your face and then follow you around the store and whisper about you. SEPHORA IS BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Short lady just stared at me and my sister on November 4, 2023 8:50pm, we told her we didn’t need any assistance very kindly and she continued to stand next to us and stare at us and listen to our conversations. We were in the Dior section picking out lipglosses and were very uncomfortable because were were being watched like we were criminals. I asked another employee she was tall with ginger hair(she was kind) what time they closed because we were unaware and she said 9:00pm , then the short lady says "Yeah I’m tryna leave" she was being shady to me and my sister the whole 5 minutes we were there and I don’t accept disrespect. Cashier’s were very kind and patient tho.

Thank you and shout out to Vincent. I’m not a makeup junky but I love toiletries and Beauty products. I walked in with my preteen to grab some of my favorites, I don’t usually ask to many questions. But On this day I had the pleasure to get my own shopper and store guru to help me. Let me tell you. I was treated warm and welcome. He answered all my questions, he was very knowledgeable about item locations , he recommended products , he had budget friendly options and he made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much for this shopping experience. I’m hoping to be back for some perfume and that lip scrub SIDEBAR I’m kicking myself for not buying the lip scrub.

I went to Ulta today to the Chanel Counter and was quite pleased with the service I received from Lauren. She most definitely knew her product line. Having come from a cosmetics background myself I could sense immediately that she had the expertise and professionalism to find my foundation and eyeliner.She is a gem and you should most definitely do your best to show your appreciation of her service. Your business will definitely improve if you keep her around for the long haul. She is a standout at Ulta. I was very pleased with the Chanel foundation's she recommended. She gave me the option of two colors and both were phenomenal.

I came here to get a gloss and a silk press and omg, Nora did such a great job on my 4c hair! I’ve been trying to look for a salon that ACTUALLY cares about the health of my curls, and I’m so glad that I came here. I also wanted to make my hair a little darker and Nora did such a great job at getting the color that I wanted with the gloss. Five days after getting the silk press, my hair was still looking like the first day which really surprised me because usually by the third day it’s too oily to even style. Today I washed it and my hair didn’t smell like burnt and my curls were impeccable! 10/10, definitely recommend

Today was the last time I come here, and will be canceling my credit card as well because I didn’t like that my son had to call me in order for them to give him my pick up order when I clearly added him as an alternate pick up person AND he presented his ID! I was also being watched by this female employee when I came here today that was “pretending”to help me. It felt very uncomfortable especially that I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened up here at this location. Not once has Sephora ever made me or my son (whenever I’ve sent him to pick up my orders) make us feel uncomfortable!!

Went to Ulta when I was in a bind for a special event when my regular stylist was over booked. Nick Taylor was the stylist recommended for an updo and he did not disappoint. I needed a style that would look gorgeous both up and then hold curls and clip-in extensions to be let out late in the day. He understood everything I was trying to achieve and more. The service was top tier and the end results were even better than I hoped. I loved working with Nick so much that i now go back to him on a regular basis. Seriously - ask for Nick Taylor.

Went into Ulta last week just browsing perfumes and Lauren (the Chanel rep) was absolutely amazing! She not only helped pick out the perfume I was not expecting to but but also determined that I am a BOLD perfume kinda gyal. We started chatting about face products and referred me to the Clique rep (Nura) who was fabulous! She suggested and gave me a sample to try for my hyperpigmentation which I absolutely love and going back to buy a large size asap! Thank you ladies for providing outstanding customer service and experience!

Lauren saved what was a terrible shopping experience along 86th st. I began shopping later in the day and found rude sales staff in virtually every business including Target! I stopped in Ulta @ 86th hoping to salvage this day of shopping. I was greeted with a smile by pleasant customers and sales staff . Lauren the Chanel manager was excellent ! Although the store was out of my favorite glossimer shade of 724, Lauren offered alternatives and suggestions. Her demeanor was helpful, friendly and pleasant. I will be back!

Quick and easy to get my products. I managed to get everything I needed and leave within 25 minutes despite having a line. And they have a fairly large selection of curly/coily hair products including many minority owned brands. Lovely staff. They are extremely helpful and attentive. Also while there were a number of shoppers this location has plenty of space so you don't have to worry about crowding. There are sanitizing stations at the entrance as well so it's quite a bit safer than some beauty supply stores.

Whew, shopping at Ulta beauty on 86th is always a time but the last time I visited I had an excellent experience thanks to the wonderful beauty adviser by the name of Arkadia. She was extremely friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE about all things beauty. She literally gave me a great crash course with reference to skin care and made excellent recommendations for make up that I was interested in. I walked away having purchased good products thanks to her. She’s amazing and I can’t wait to shop there again because of her.

I had the best time - less customers, attentive staff, great sales that are even more reduced, who wouldn't love it? The line outside moves fast & you're inside in no time and because there is only a few customers allowed in at a time you really get the benefits of exploring the store and not feeling overwhelmed by alot if customers or overworked staff. Hence, a relaxed comfortable atmosphere that inspires you to want to stay longer. I walked out feeling alot more relaxed stoked over the discount finds I made!

i used to work for ulta’s flagship and i went to this location to pickup my birthday gift on the day of my birthday; mind you i was also purchasing other things so i didn’t just go in for that. when i worked at ulta we always tried to be as kind as possible to all our customers and today the girl who took me at the register was extremely rude and was just talking to her coworker the entire transaction. i’m not gonna continue shopping at this location anymore because of how uncomfortable the situation made me

I went in during rush hour on a weekday. The store wasn't packed, but it was fully staffed! Clerks were easy to find and ready to assist me with my questions. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to pick up and needed their input. I felt it was very fair, not at all pushy and not at all pushing me toward the most expensive brand or item. All of the clerks were so helpful, April spent the most time with me and was informative, patient and help to create just a peaceful, lovely experience.

First of all the employees are Super Nice. They greet you when you enter the store ask if you need assistance and the customer sercive is great. However, I don't trust them. They don't seem polished or knowledgeable about makeup. Especially complexion products. Not one dark skin employee, and I mean no offense, but Im not trusting recommendations from high pitch cringy voiced men. They are consistently out of stock of any product and the lighting is horrendous. I wish it was better.

I went this location this past Saturday (2/11) and was very lucky to meet Jessica as I was looking for a new under eye concealer. I just spent about 30 mins in Sephora where no one helped me and my experience in Ulta was the complete opposite. Jessica was so kind and professional and tested 2 concealers on me. I went with her suggestion of it cosmetics and I'm glad I did because I've used it twice now and love it. Jessica also smelled amazing so I bought her perfume too!

First time EVER at ULTA. In the past I just received their catalog. OMG! Walking in I instantly felt as if I died and went to cosmetic heaven! So many brands to choose and test even drugstore brands. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful without bring overbearing. Three days later I had to return an item for which I had the receipt and the refund was quick and smooth. Went yesterday to the Ulta beauty salon for the first time to cut my hair. Decided to go since it is 2 blocks away from work. The hairdresser was very nice, which is why I would not mention her name in this review. Unfortunately, she does not know how to cut hair nor does she know how to blow dry. It was horrible. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Seems like a hit or miss, which is not a good thing for the price you are paying. Stay away!!!!!

This store is so much fun! The associates are very nice and they helped me look for a hair product that was not on the floor. Lahti from Lancôme was an absolute sweetheart as well! She was very knowledgeable when matching my shade, and also explained to me about warm and cool shades and how it can affect how my overall face would look. She also gave me a gift for my purchase, which gave me so much delight! I will most definitely be coming back!!

Natty helped me yesterday and she was a sweet heart! I made her do ups and downs to grab the products I was looking for and she even shared tips with me on how to do better conturing together with another girl- always so energetic. She accommodated me with no hesitation even though it was closing hour which made me feel welcome. Give my girl a raise she knows how to make a client happy and willing to come back!!

I’ve been coming to this ulta location for quite a few years getting mainly perfumes and creams/lotions. Always had a great interaction with every employee and they were so helpful. Recently I did a pick up order and the girl who helped me out , Billie Jean, was delightful. She was just real and helped me out and even gave me a coupon! Love her personality and will be doing more pick up orders here!

Social distancing maintained while on line. Everyone was masked. Store very clean and bit crowded. Returned 2/23/22 to look for products and use my points. Unfortunately the new hires don't know product or how to ring up coupons and rewards but manager was there and fortunately I know where to find everything. I miss the store in Rego Park Queens. It was smaller but well stocked.

This review is for the Salon. Everyone was super professional and helpful and the stylist Melissa was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk with me about every detail of my haircut. It was my first dry cut and she really took her time and it looks amazing! It was also a very fair price for the neighborhood, especially considering how well done.

Love this place. The store clerks are so helpful. Ryan was amazing he helped me find the products I needed and took his time explaining everything. He answered all my questions and did my makeup. He's definitely an asset to Ulta and is so knowledgeable about not only the products but what would best suit your coloring, bone structure, and the occasion.

Go to Sephora! The employees hawk you down it’s so uncomfortable. The cashier that checked me out was harassing me to get a store card. I declined the first time she asked me 5 more times and also asked me WHY I DIDNT WANT TO GET IT? That’s too personal of a question to ask… I don’t recommend coming here. Ulta do better when training your employees.

It is always an amazing experience at the ulta salon. I get my hair done with Nick who manages my extensions and is always respectful. He has become a close friend of mine and I would definitely recommend him for any hair services at ulta especially extensions. If you want professional quality work with a sense of humor Nick is the go to! 10/10!

Always a pleasure to walk into!! The staff truly make you feel comfortable and try their best to assist all your needs. Everyone is so friendly and sweet and the store is kept relatively clean. Winter Bear and I came here for a quick shopping trip. The store was well organized and clean. They had two employees on the floor and they were willing to help. I was able to find some good stocking stuffers for a decent price. They didn't have hand sanitizer readily available for consumers. The line was very short and went quickly.

This place definitely needs to do better, the ColourPop section is just so unattended there's literally broken makeup and most of the things are not restocked. The same thing goes for other sections in the store but oh my god. I went in like 3 weeks ago and went again today and it honestly looks the same. Just do better

This was my first time to an Ulta store. I didn't like being stared at the whole time I was in the store by security like I was going to steal something. I also didn't like being asked by at least 10 salespeople if I needed help while I was there. I couldn't even relax and just look around. I felt so uncomfortable.

The lines are ridiculous. They moved slowly. I was on crutches. I was trying to make a quick purchase. I received no assistance from anyone in the store in order to find what I was looking for. I did see people crowded around the cashier not doing anything but talking. I will just order on amazon next time.

went in to get an all over color and blow out & was in the best hands! i did my hair with saira and received the best treatment. she talked me through every single step she did, made sure i was comfortable from start to finish and was overall such a sweetheart! i will absolutely book with her again!!
