From the customer service I expireced at the Ulta cash register during this holiday season, I will never in my life have the audacity to step into a place of business like this again, tell me how I get into an argument with some stuck up “typical Staten Island female” and the cash register girl puts all my membership information on blast, as loud as she possibly can so this women who cuts me can try to find where I live or use whatever she can to steal my identity all because I said “excuses me I was next in line.” Four days before Christmas no less, happy holidays to you too. I’ll be in contact to find out how to completely remove my membership from their database. Thanks again Ulta

The make up here is great and why I gave a 2 star. The customer service is not. I walked in and the staff was very cold and disregarding. Not a smile, hello, or can I help you (and I needed help).The girl on the floor was avoiding me and she made it very clearby turning or walking away when I tried to approach with a question. I bought a few things but I quickly left and went to the Ulta on Richmond. The girls who work at the Richmond location are professional, and attentive to the customers. My new Ulta spot will be on Richmond.

Had a horrible experience Manger made me feel worthless and talked down to me during a transaction. She seemed annoyed and aggravated by me paying with different cards. Been coming here for years and am honestly disappointed they have somebody like this working here let alone the manage. If you don't like people don't work in retail. Didn't even get her name I just wanted to get out of the store I was tempted not to buy anything an walk away. I came out if my way to shop at this store that won't happen again.

I was there Oct 18 last minute rush shopping for my trip to Vegas and Kayla who works there was an absolute gem ! She was so sweet and helpful, ran around the entire store and back to make sure I got everything on my list.She made the entire experience so stress-free and I love her for it. I will definitely be back . I'm late on writing my review because I just got back from my trip but I meant it when I told her I'll write one when I was leaving lol. She was too amazing to not write one...Thanks again

Rude, unprofessional staff. Made an appointment for highlights. The girl who did my hair rushed, because the manager was breathing down her neck. While waiting for the dye to take, I was forced to move seats. The manager hopped into the seat to have HER OWN hair dyed! Then painted her nails at the manicure chair. absolutely unprofessional!!! Then she had the nerve to attempt to overcharge me!!!!! The store manager had to be called to fix it. waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience with this ULTA Salon - Went for Hair Updo and Makeup, the hair-updo was so-so but for the simple makeup Jennifer(makeup artist) took 2 hours to do it. After 1 hour Jennifer said that my make-up is completely done. I looked at the mirror she forgot to put Lipstick on my lips, forgot to Blush my cheeks, forgot to put Mascara, did not contour my face. She Jennifer is the worst Makeup artist I have ever seen. DO NOT GO FOR MAKEUP TO THIS ULTA SALON

What an amazing experience I had with Jenny D from the Brick Utla. My hair hasn’t looked this good in years. She was well educated and when I asked her opinion she gave me a first class consultation on what would be a great fit for me and my hair. The color was amazing and came out better then I expected. I have have been back for hair and makeup. Jenny D did both and the complements were overwhelming. ❤️ Highly recommend her!!!!

Employees are so helpful and nice definitely a better atmosphere then the ulta near the mall.. Was looking for a specific product for my girlfriend and one of the employees there named Amanda was super knowledgeable directed me to exactly what I was looking for and convinced me to buy a few other products which the girlfriend loved so definitely recommend going to this ulta then the one near the mall especially being a guy lol

Booked online for a full face makeup in their store in the mall. Got a confirmation the night before. I went there on time to find out that the makeup artist canceled and wasn't coming. They called another branch to take me there. The makeup artist in the other branch was very nice and did a great job. Still the cancelation wasn't convinient and I was late for 1 hour to the event I was going to.

I had such a great experience at this location last week. I came in to buy some holiday gifts and LeAnn and Avery helped me open an Ulta credit card. They were so welcoming and helpful. I got a 13 piece skin care sampler as well as other free gifts that they threw in for me. I will definitely be returning to this location, as I always do, because of the friendly staff. Thank you ladies!!

Love this store and its range of low to high end products! But the customer service here was just “meh”. Thank goodness I knew how to research my own stuff because not a single staff person helped me or even greeted me for that matter. They were busy either talking amongst themselves or ignoring me in favor of helping some loud white women lol

Usually when you go to Ulta the staff is friendly and super helpful. Not on 7/8 at 4:40 pm. No one could be bothered to help and when you asked for help they were nasty. Ulta staff is normally known for helpful advice but this store forget it. I walked out without getting over $200 in product, guess they saved me money in the long run.

The staff at this location is consistently rude and unfriendly. Usually they are busy doing their own shopping while your trying to checkout. I’ve gone in several different times and at different hours and the service is always the same. At this point I’d rather go back to spending more at Sephora.

I poysenally dont shop here but for women the store has all the hair products one could pretty much ever need along with all the beautifying utensils needed to look her besterest, The prices are a little higher then Walmart and or Target type stores but the products are much better quality,

I would not recommend anyone to shop in this store. Not because of the products because of the management. I witnessed a manager diminishing her employee, completely putting her down until she was in tears. This is disgusting behavior and should not be tolerated.

Just got my hair blown out and styled by Lauren B , it was one of my favorite blow outs I have received in a while, I highly recommend her! Took her time and styled perfectly! It was my first time trying out the salon and she made me want to come back !

Horrible was ignored when asked for help. Avoided like I had the plague went to the location on Richmond ave and same no one wanted to help then I heard they don’t get commission so don’t look to help. Will be going to Sephora or macys for makeup

I popped in here for something real quick and the store is massive, immaculate and there was no one there (Holiday weekend). If you're in the area for a movie, massage, Target run, or Millie's pizza, I highly recommend.

I could spend hours in this store testing the makeup and perfumes. The workers don't follow you around like a stalker like they do in Sephora. When you do need them, they are very helpful and nice.

The staff was wonderful! Didn't have what I wanted in stock , so they order it free of shipping charges for me at the register. Been to other Ultas and they never offered that help.

A great place to shop and if you need help there is always someone to assist you I didn't find what I went in for it seems everyone was out for the same color Essie nail polishes.

Managers and employees share conflicting information to customers. Store is set up and stocked well. This location frequently runs out of promotion items early on.

My wife loves this place. She says they have both drugstore and high end makeup and beauty products. I often get her a gift card from Ulta and she loves it.

Dude, the staff at this ULTA is amazing. They are always trying to help you to the point where im going broke cause my wife wants to buy everything.
