Prior to purchasing my vehicle, I looked up all of the reviews on this page and thought wow I am so excited to go and pick up my car. But in complete disappointment, everything was the total opposite to what I have read on these reviews. Dealing with the guys on the phone, it wasn't so bad. At first we were agreed on a price and I said yes and then he confirmed with his boss and then turned around to say he couldn't do it. Why offer it then? We ended up agreeing on price and I placed a deposit over the phone subject to inspection but would take it home same day if we were happy. Coming to pick it up a few days later, driving to Sydney from Canberra, the car looked great as we approached it. We were offered to take it for a drive and everything went down hill from there. Hopping in the car it reeked of smoke and was filthy. There were smoke ashes all through the gear stick buttons and dash and the air conditioning blew the smoke smell through the car when turned on. The car had not been vacuumed and there was dust and all other crap through it. The interior of the felt on the ceiling was all frayed and which we weren't told about and worst of all there was less than a quarter of a tank of fuel. We took it for a drive and loved the car but the presentation of the car ruined the whole "buying a car" experience. When we arrived back for the drive I said to the salesman , Jason "you didn't tell us it was owned by a smoker" he replied "we can't smell anything." - Horrible. I asked that surely with the presentation of the car you'll deliver it with more than what petrol was in it. The boss replied "we're a dealership not a petrol station." I asked about car mats and they said they throw them out when they get in cars to sell so I asked if I can take my car mats out of the car I traded in and they said, no leave them in there.. Why would I need to leave them in there if they just throw them out?? Also asking them multiple times how long the car had been on the lot they answer 4 different times from only came in last week to being a month ago.This whole experience was ruined and didn't even feel like we were getting a new car but some old run down filthy thing own by bogans. We were in need of a new car and we had no choice to purchase this and what better way to buy a new car for the family then drive from the dealership straight to a petrol station and then get home to pay to get it heavily detailed. I worked for a car dealership 5 or so years ago and we would fill used cars up at half tank for delivery and brand new to full. The car is great and we love it - 10 out of 10. The dealership and service/delivery - in all honesty 1 out of 10. Very unsatisfied. I'm not really one to write reviews on pages but this was an important purchase to me with a new child on the way and it has just turned me off the whole buying experience. However, thanks to Uncle Ants Motors for the purchase of our car. Just not the service.

Arrived back up on the coast safely. Car runs like a dream. Learning about all the buttons and bits and just enjoying being in an automatic again. Thanks again for your friendly and helpful approach. Cooper martin I bought a used Hilux of them about 6 months ago I could not use it a lot of the time due to buying a lemon! Always seem to be one dodgy guy at these places they seen me coming a mile away first car buyer, ask me to bring some cash these guys are dodgy as!! Please avoid at all cost!!!!!! Dodgy Uncle ants motors would give less stars if I could ! Please if anyone wants a car just go to a Respectable car dealership

I was struggling to get finance for a standard ss that I wanted and all but gave up until I met antho who put me in contact with his financer who made it happen quickly and hassle free .. Anth was able to source me a top of the range SS redline within a week and I was on the road in my new gorgeous SS within a short fortnight highly recommend uncle ant great professional service

I just bought a car from Anthony at uncle ants today and I'm very happy with the experience. They were very fair with my trade in valuation, professional, timely, reasonable and hassle free. I love my new car too of course. If you're reading this review wondering if you should do business with them my advice is do it. I'm very happy with my experience.

This place is a terrible place with terrible employees that threaten your safety and bully and make fun of the disabled!! I will NEVER come here and I will NEVER recommend! And watch out they will sell you a car that's already got problems and lie about the problems then not give you a refund within your refund time! Don't buy a car here!

I spoke to a salesman over the phone about a lexus i was interested in.... It was exactly how it was described over the phone and i was very happy about that......i met the owner anthony who was a great family man and gave me a great deal and warranty with the car ........i couldn't be more happier....would recommend

The car they sold us had many issues and they refused to fix them all, only doing the very bare minimum for road worthy and telling us the rest was our problem. Along with this Anthony lied continually and made the whole process so stressful and awful. Don’t use this car yard and don’t trust them.

I would not give them a single star, had the review give me the opportunity I just bought a car from them which turned out to be never ever looked after. Timing belts well overdue and started leaking oil in 3 days time. I had to pay extra 2.5 grands to fix it. Dodgy people
