They always have private event so it makes it crowded and they shut off a lot of the station for the venue so if you're planning a visit and want to see the entire station, call ahead to ensure it won't be reserved. It's a beautiful place to visit and they also host interesting exhibits. Must pay for parking in the garage (accepts debit cards) or in the lot (cash only), or use the free streetcar service which stops here.

The middle-aged white male with short blonde hair at the ticket desk was so incredibly rude to us today 8/8/22. We just turned around and left. From the second we spoke to him he was extremely tonal, short and rude with his answers and ultimately unprofessional.

We loved the Ghegis Khan exhibit at Union Station...and arrived in time to enjoy a small concert with Mongolian music & artwork. Awesome exhibit! Later we enjoyed lunch, fine chocolates, shopping, and a visit to the planetarium.

I had a great time here again this year. Everytime I visit Kansas City, I make sure Union Station is in my to-do list. This year the exhibit was Stonehenge and it was a great opportunity to learn about it.

We love going to Union Station. There is so much going on! We got a membership yesterday and went to the Genghis Khan exhibit. It was so good. We love Pierpont's even if only for a quick cocktail.

Union Station has once again come alive I don't know whether it has surpassed its Glory Days but I know she will be around far into the future I highly recommend the exhibits are they're great

We went to see the Genghis Khan exhibit at the Museum of Illusions. All was fantastic. Got the other side of the Genghis Khan story and had fun at the Museum of Illusions.

There is so much to do here. The architecture is phenomenal. I love reading the history provided on the walls with the photographs. It's beautiful year round.

Not only a historical downtown site, but has a very interesting museum inside. From trains to the Genghis Khan exhibit. Well worth the cost of admission.

Always a fun visit. New exhibits every few months, great places to eat, science city, just a short walk to crown center or to get on the trolley!

Historical. Great architecture. Shopping and eating. Streetcar to The River Market. Science City. Exhibits, Planetarium.

Great place for visitors. Plenty of history and things to do and see. Great spot to grab lunch and enjoy a leisure day.
