Just don't even think about it. Forever missing deadlines, losing paperwork and forgetting to ask for certain documents. Can never get a hold of anybody by phone with urgent matters.. Seemingly always ask for important paperwork to be submitted Friday afternoon at end of business day so nothing gets seen to until after the weekend. Maybe they've taken on more work that they can handle but that shouldn't be your clients problem. Zero start if I could.
