I was with my family and 5 year old daughter crossing the street at Poydras St. and Tchoupitoulas St., in New Orleans. When a United Cab was speeding to take a right turn, we had the right of way. When the light was green for us to cross, we had to throw ourselves back out of the way in order for us to not get hit. When I called United Cab I told the gentleman what happened, they had me on hold for at least 20 minutes. They said they would transfer me to the dispatch, then I got transferred somewhere else. Thirty minutes later and getting transferred everywhere they hung up on me. I would never get in one of their taxis. Speeding and almost hit a small child, they completely disregarded my concern.

Been loyal to this company a few years now and no problems BUT recently I've been getting the slowest drivers, worse than driving with my 80 yr old grandmother who drives slow. 5 miles per hour slow and pick the bumpiest back streets. Im a local and very aware that nola streets are bad in general but if you live here you know how to navigate and pick the less bumpy roads. I politely call united to let them know and I am greeted with a defensive American lady accent who just laughs and tells me have a good day. I don't know who that new lady was but that's not who usually picks up the phone. If you don't want to deal with customer service than u should find another industry.

I called yesterday for them to pick us up no one every showed up. I called just now to get a cab and the guy hung up on me. I would not use this cab service if they was the only one in new Orleans. Finally got a ride tonight because the hotel called, but he dropped us off not knowing where we was at and said head that way. We missed our reservation at the spot we was going to, he said he was tired of all the traffic and going home. That shoer ride cost us 10.00. His cab # was 0159. Very rude! Thanks for nothing.

I had a great experience with this cab company. Not only was the telephone operator nice and courteous so was my driver. I had an appointment and I was worried I would be late but he assured me we would be on time. Not only was I on time he made it 4 minutes earlier. He was very knowledgeable of the streets and an extremely careful driver as well. This company will continue to have my business for its accuracy in roadway travels and telephone communications. One happy customer.

I got cut off on the interstate by one of their drivers, who then gave me mutiple obsene gestures due to his lack of driving. Instead of writing him a ticket I figured I would let the main office handle it. After calling the office 4 times and being held for over an hour phone wise, I got cursed mutiple times and told it's my issue deal with it. I would never put an individual I know or a family member/friend in a cab they over. Stick with uber not cab companies just fyi.

We arrived at The New Orleans Airport and needed a cab. I called United Cabs. Our driver was there in a few minutes. Sargraz was a perfect gentleman. He loaded our bags, had friendly conversation, and even gave us his card for our return trip. We had an excursion planned for our way home that was dropping us off at the airport so we never saw him again. I recommend United Cabs if you are looking for a way to your hotel or destination.

They cheat you. The first cab we got from our hotel to the restaurant was $6.90. To go back to our hotel from the restaurant, the cab driver turned off the fare (disabled). He started price gouging us as we were in there. $15, and he wanted a tip. Next time, I will wear flat shoes and just walk.

Having worked in the hotel industry what I noticed is even though Uber's has took over. the times when I have called a cab I should have been tipped by the drivers when picking up but they dont of course. with all of the rideshare apps they are lucky to even be getting a phone call SERIOUSLY

It was cool, tried to limit use because the fare never really ran, we were getting these fixed rates and couldn’t tell what was the correct one. We paid $12 one way to the hotel from the train station and then $15 one way back to the train station. We took the cab 3 times while in NO.

They won't take you anywhere if you have mobile scooters and wheelchair or left up to drive if they have room completely useless on a cold rainy morning in Nola and that was dispatch who wouldn't send a cab to me not a driver wow Discriminate much.

I called for a cab and they said they were 15 minutes away. I call after 45 minutes the guy on the phone was so rude saying it will be there in a moment then they cancel without telling us and left us stranded. They are rude and unprofessional.

I prearranged, called the number I missed when we arrived at airport. Was told a number on some cab, could not hear them, asked again, still couldn't hear and was then hung up on. Ended up using the trolley.

Called for a cab three times and they hung up on me all three times......the customer service is poor and the need to fix their navigation system. Acting like they didn't know where 3008 Holiday Drive was.

Excellent. I had a ridiculously early flight, and booked the prior night - for half of whay Uber and Lyft were charging. Yhey called to telle they were on the way, and wete imdeed on time.

I reserved a cab online the night before for a 3 AM pick up. The cab was there and waiting when I went to meeting spot. Great service, timely, always professional drivers.

Used United Cabs several times while in New Orleans. Very quick to respond. Reasonable prices. Will definitely use them again when I come back to Nola.....

They are the only cab company I trust among all those different names. And, not only me, but all the hotels and bars, music clubs, etc. use them!!

Call them anytime and they'll pick you up. It ain't cheap, but if you're asking at 4am there's no other option available. Great service

Used twice while in New Orleans, once to cruise terminal from hotel and from hotel to airport (MSY). On time, fair price, and clean.

All the cabs need work, and have check engine lights on them no matter if a passenger or a driver. Eats your gas money

One trip they showed up in 15 minutes, the second call they didn't show up for 1/2 hour, and we had to call an Uber
