Someone at this distribution center stole half of my items (at least a couple hundred dollars worth items stolen/missing) and they repackaged very neatly. There is no indication of box damaged and repackaged. Oh and my package was delayed for 2 months and they never updated the track system. So messed up. I will never use them again!

useless post office. only has the automated voice person to talk to, even if you say “representative” you don’t get to talk to anyone. i tried three times because i paid for priority mail to get delivered in TWO days and it won’t get here for 3 more days after its already been 2 days late. so 5 days late for paying priority.

My parcel has been sitting here for a month now and I still haven't received it. I did a research and I've seen lot of people had had the same experience with me. Last time ever I would use this company. Usps elsewhere is ok it is just specifically San Fransico distribution center who can't seem to get the job done.

Reporting to BBB rifght now. Same b.s. as others posted. Fake tracking. I watched the mail delivery truck drive by. No mail, no nothing. Was working in the garage so no way this was left on the street near my mailbox. 40 lbs should have been taken to the porch. Cameras caught no delivery. They're scamming Amazon.

If I could give zero stars I would. My package was supposed to arrive in July and was apparently last at this PO. I've been trying to call for 2 weeks. The package consists of belongings of and tributes to my 25 year old son who recently passed. Not much monetary value, but immeasurable sentimental value.

So two separate deliveries arrived at this location according to my tracking numbers and have sat 11 days and 7 days as of now. Judging by what I read in the comments I will never receive them.. they will be reimbursed or another order will be send and I really hope they don't get sent to this facility.

this post office has been in possession of THREE expensive packages for over 2 weeks yet they are unable to provide any info as to where they may be… i suspect stolen. and don’t even bother trying to call, they never answer and the automated message hangs up on you. worst usps experience ever :(

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about was just checking to see where my package was it got there at 10pm last night left at 1AM this morning, the fact they're putting in the night shift and get things out that fast is awesome in my book maybe they got better? Who knows I'm happy though

This place is trash. I was supposed to have a package delivered today and somehow my date magically changed from today to THE NEXT DAY and I got no update the ENTIRE DAY. Before my package arrived at this center I was getting updates daily. DO NOT USE USPS. WORST FEDERAL COMPANY EVER.

Not sure what the terrible reviews are about, maybe they got their act together? Mine was shipped on a route that is an estimated 48 hours to arrive, and it got here in less than that after departing. Glad I wasn’t part of any of the horror stories listed under me.
