I had a package that was apparently picked up by an Amazon worker or whatever and supposed to be delivered on Sunday. Had the wrong address on package so instead of bringing it back to the office he instead just dropped it somewhere. Was told it was brought it back to the office but it’s apparently nowhere to be found. Thanks guys.
First review ever, I wish I could choose a different carrier to deliver my packages, anyone will do, as long as they aren't usps, a company that can be held liable when lying about their work. No usps, your driver did not attempt to deliver the package and never do when they claim to do so.
I’ve been trying to get my mail box lock fixed for two months now. I’ve never had so much lies said to me. I just moved here to Texas I was told they were short staffed for fixing the locks that was no problem I waited for two weeks the
Never coming here again. I tried to ship a package for the first time and the black lady at the front 09/26/23 was giving me an attitude and did not want to help out. She kept saying “I don’t know” and kept giving me looks.

10/17/23 called 4 times and got no one. I did not get my mail on 10/12 nor on 10/16 and it was important mail. Got a call this PM was told my mail would be in my box by 6PM and was not.
This is a terrible post office. My mail man, is a jerk. Refuses to deliver packages if a car is remotely close to the mail box. Today he rudely honked his horn at my wife.
Parking lot is clean. And the building is nice and the front way front walkway very clean and all the leaves are not in front of the door or walkway.
Does not try to deliver packages, just leaves note saying sorry we missed you while you were out. I've been here the whole day waiting.
I have filled out 6 change of address cards. My mail is still going to my old address. What's up with that?
