The computers were down which I understand. The clerks were working efficiently, trying to help everyone out (with one computer). The black woman was rude though, I asked for the receipt since I didn't get one and she said no because they had already took my package (I had dropped it off 3 min before not two days ago). Thankfully the other lady went to get my package from the back and then she told me to go back with the black woman to get a receipt since the computers were down. I waited while she assisted some one else and when I walked back up to her she said "uh uh what now?!" as she rolled her eyes and shoo-ed me away with her hand. This is not the first incident where I have seen her rude behavior. On the receipt she finally gave me it says she is clerk number 2. I come to this post office often and all the other employees are very helpful and work efficiently. It would be a five star review if SOME of the workers didn't have a bitter attitude all the time. My favorite clerks are the black man with the tattoos, and the white short lady. (Don't know any of the clerk's names which is why I described them by race/appearance)

Very unprofessional! They never know what is going on. Needed my mailbox keys recoded & saying it’s going to take 2 weeks.. 2 weeks later nothing & they still can’t tell me when. My packages are saying they got delivered into our mailbox & the delivery worker is supposed to take them to the post office. I go up to the post office & nothing. Kept saying “come back tomorrow” for 4 DAYS STRAIGHT! Giving me the run around instead of just asking his supervisor or actually finding out what’s going on! They don’t know where they are or if their delivery driver understood their communication. Kept saying the delivery drivers are new. That does not explain how they can’t take packages out & take them to where they are supposed to go! The supervisor is always “unavailable” & clearly not worried about the many bad reviews about their staff. Packages have been MIA for 2 weeks & the workers move with no sense of urgency or care in the world! Put this on the mailbox for them to see & still nothing.

While I lived in a neighborhood served by this post office, I received mail for the previous tenants of my house for the entire 6 years that we lived there - despite spending most of our first year there on the phone giving these people lists of individuals who no longer lived at that house. Now that I've moved away, I understand why. I put in a Change of Address (which includes forwarding of mail and packages) to be effective July 16. It is now July 27, and they are still delivering packages to my old address. I have now had to call twice regarding packages that should have been forwarded to a new address. It took four days, three phone calls, and three different people before they actually retrieved my packages, updated the tracking information, and sent them on their way. So if you call and a lady answers, just know that you may need to call back again and hope that the guy answers, since he's the one who actually got the carrier to retrieve my packages.

Mismanagement and mail negligence. We all did change of addresses and have not received a single piece of mail since. It has been six months and I have made numerous attempts to get help from my local post office with my daily mail deliveries. Before this, we sent 6-10 emails reporting our problem and asking for help. We have been contacted 3 times out of 10 of the reports. We were assured all three times that our mailbox would get organized by the letter carrier and also by the management team. We have yet to have a single piece of mail delivered in 6 months. We wait patiently for a few weeks to pass and still no mail and no follow ups. So we have had no choice to but to keep emailing and reporting our problem. We have visited our local post office 3 times and are told by the clerk that there is nothing that can be done. I've already reported this to The Office of Inspector General. Next is IC&C... let's see how fast things get done now.

The office people where fine this time, however my mail man leaves me frustrated. Over the past month maybe two I've had a new Postman and he sucks he doesn't know how to match numbers from the mail to the house number my neighbors have gotten my mail & I have gotten their mail. He's even left a whole box of someone else's mail at my front door not only that but I'm missing a package that has a tracking # that said it came to my house but I still haven't seen it. I don't know how smart you have to be to do his job or if he's just rushing to get the job done but my son in kindergarten is learning to match numbers so I'm pretty sure he can do it too!

The most incompetent lazy could care less attitude I've ever seen. They lost a certified letter and still haven't heard what it was. When I went to pick it up I gave the card to the man behind the counter after waiting ten minutes he says you need to go to the window and push the buzzer. I push the button and wait five minutes so I push it again nothing so I walk up to tell the lady no one was coming and she tells me to go to the back of the line. I said I couldn't wait and left. Next time I went to my p.o. box nothing. Everything is two weeks late. Worst service and most racist service ever.

Upon returning from vacation in December, I went to the post office to collect my held mail (about a month's worth) and restart delivery, I was surprised at how little mail was delivered to me. When going through it, it was obvious not all was there. I returned a few days later to see if there was more that had been missed and was told that was all there was. There were at least 3 publications that should have been received and were not. I suspect that probably some temporary holiday employee dumped some mail rather than handle all the volume.

Very unprofessional. They answered the phone while laughing/talking to someone in the background. Then, after I gave a brief description as to the nature of my call, there was 45 seconds of no response and background chatter. Then, the lady who originally answered picked up and said, "I'm sorry ma'am. What can I help you with? You said something about a package?". I gave the same answer again and was then put on hold for 10 minutes before they took my information and answered my question.

This place is a joke. Why bother giving tracking information when it is NEVER correct. If I am expecting a package it is never here when the tracking info says it will be. Today my package was out for delivery, then it said available for pick up at post office. Went to post office and was told it was still on the truck and maybe 2 people were splitting the route, if not I could pick it up tomorrow?? They have no clue where it is. This is sad and not acceptable at all .

I had a PO box here for 6 mths and did not renew when it came time to because they would always mark my packages as delivered but when I would check my box it was empty. This would happen every month. When I would go up to the counter to ask where my package was they would tell me there wasn't anything in the back. The only time I had a package found was when James helped me. Other than that my packages were always "lost."

I have a PO Box in Crowley because for over 20 yrs i cannot receive my mail ..but my carrier now is the rudest and a liar about oh it wasn't me working that day ..Almost everytime the house next door is empty i get hey did you move the mail was sent back VACANT ..When I've come to this post office the ladies are rude and say theres noone to speak too ..i cant wait for you to go out of business..

I pity the citizens of Fort Worth, TX that have their mail delivered by these slackers. My home is in an odd location where the carrier has to park and walk to deliver. If my mailbox gets a lot of junkmail they just stop delivering - must be nice to just stop doing a part of your job if it inconveniences you - three times I've had to call them to get my mail delivered.

Had mail picked up from my mail box to be delivered back on may 13th, 2019. Until today that mail has not arrived yet. Called the post office on June 4th, 2019 and they said that if I don't have a tracking number that they can't track the mail. So it's being 3 weeks that passed with no delivery of mail. Mail got lost. That is poor service that needs attention.

Horrible customer service. The same lady keeps telling you to "hold on" interrupting you while you are talking and doesn't let you finish anything you are trying to say and puts you on hold. I may have lost my packages because the poor communication with the carrier when my items didn't arrive to my location. I suggest going somewhere else for services.

Lately I have been receiving wrong mail, the letters belong to my neighbor, I would like to know what is happening with the Postman, he has problems with his eyesight, he is lazy, he does not know how to count numbers, I do not have the need to do his job and I feel that he leaves my letters in another direction how to solve this problem.

They are terrible so I order some online and they suppose to delivered it at my door and for me to sign TODAY. I am literally watching the mail lady put a "sorry we missed you" in the mailbox!!! Now I have to wait after Easter to get it.! The worst thing about this situation , the package was for EASTER!!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE! HIGHLY UPSET!!

The drivers are horrible and liars they never attempted to deliver my package but lie and say they did, now my daughter will be without a Christmas because a merchant trust the post office to do their job. To the driver that lie about my package I pray you reap what you sow. Merry Christmas.

I waited over 30 minutes in line to send a prepaid, labeled box. When I made it to the counter I was told that they don’t provide mailing tape for non- priority packages. The clerk had 2 tape dispensers within reach and said no. I thought additional sealing if your package was not tight enough came standard. I guess not.

I received notification that my package has arrived to my mailbox and when I went to go get it nothing was there. I went to the post office and waited for a long time just to leave my name and number and still haven't heard anything after 3 days. Nobody know where my mail went and the sad part this isn't the first time.

Moved to a different address and went to this post office for them to change my mail box lock almost 23 days ago but until today, they shave the even made a move to change it. This is the worst post office ever. They are very slow in everything. Do not go to this post office! They are hell. Very inconvenient.

I have always had good service every time I go to this post office. No one has ever been rude and always seems to be very professional. I have had to ship packages and also pick up mail and never had any type of problem. I have been going to this post office since it opened and will continue to do so.

Terrible location, now. They moved the racist counterman from the Ridglea location on Cherry Lane over to this office. Slowest line in town. Jerk working the counter. No sense of hurry. No ownership of task. Don't even bother coming here. You might as well drive 2 miles west to the 76133 location.

This dump doesn't even deserve one star. There is no sense of urgency or care whatsoever from the employees here. I've waiting 40 minutes standing in line because only one person was working and the others were all 'on break'. Pitiful. My blood pressure rises every time I step foot in there.

When I asked an employee to assist me, and admittedly it was after they closed, she was quite rude and even threatened to kick my 'a**'. I'm not kidding. I was appalled, and surprised. Surely government employees still employed by post offices are better than this?

Been coming to this location for mo ths. Michael is always sweet, patient and very helpful. I used to go to the Crowley location and it was just horrible. I don't understand the horrible reviews, most of them are clearly old.

I enjoy the postal workers at my local post office. They are professional yet friendly. Sometimes there are not enough workers and the waiting line gets long and slow. But all in all I enjoy my postal trips.

Verify your mail, they will send it to the wrong place and say it's your fault when they keyed it wrong. It been 16 days and still trying to find the Package.
