If there is anyone who wishes to file a complaint with the postal inspectors regarding the thief of packages and mail missing due to carrier negligence please follow through. I called this location and the so called Carrier Supervisor hung up in my face. If I were white and lived in Beverly Hills this would not be acceptable. I am so distraught from this incident when all I wanted was help due to the no delivery of my 2 paychecks. I was sent an email showing that my paychecks arrived at their facility on Thursday here it is Tuesday and no delivery yet. Get this too now I now longer receive my informed delivery email!! I would appreciate it if all who are not receiving their mail or packages as they should to file a complaint asap with the postal inspectors. You can find how to file with them on the website Unitedstatespostalservie.com. This situation will not be resolved if no one takes the initiative to FILE A COMPLAINT OFFICIALLY AGAINST THAT POSTAL STATION AND THEIR MANAGER PETERSON.

Two employees confirmed package, scanned, and gave to me with other packages. Thinking it was a Christmas gift, along with everything else I put it in my trunk until I got home at night. Someone surprised me with a beautifil pair of boots. That was odd since I could not think of anyone who knew my shoe size and anyone who knows me knows I would prefer a great pair of running shoes. That prompted me to look at the receipt. It was not my package. I knew whoever the boots belonged to would definitely want them. Well I had to be at work early, so I thought this is great I will drop the package back to the post office early. It was 7am. I rang the bell and knocked on the door really hard. Well after about 10 minutes this woman comes to the door chastising me for the hour and my pounding.She could have cared less about the package, the huge mistake made by the usps, or the customer. I took the package, turned around, and walked out the door.

Zero stars if possible . My package was marked delivered. Haven’t seen it, made a claim . Nobody has reached out besides someone name Adrian at the Crenshaw location. I still have the voicemail. I pull up to the post office because I called 3 times and no answer. When I walked in there were NO CUSTOMERS. A female name COURTNEY was on her cell phone when I walked in and asked me “How May I help you?” I told her the situation and she had a bad attitude . For what Courtney? Do I know you? Train her please . Now I’m waiting in the lobby with my baby for ab hour because the supervisor forgot about me and the next employee cannot locate my package . This is the second time they’ve “delivered” a package to me and I always end up wasting money and time

The black women who work here are rude and unprofessional..they seem miserable..I literally asked a normal question about a charge to mail something abroad and she interjects aggressively “THATS THE RULES OF THE COUNTRY IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US!!” I literally told her I was just asking a question, I’m not blaming you. I never raised my voice or gave attitude. Like is your weave on too tight or?? Also don’t try to come here to handle business if you have a young baby, you will be looked down upon and laughed at. I guess none of them are mothers and know how hard it can get to try to handle errands with a 1 year old. I wonder if they would still have these types of attitudes if this was in a white neighborhood.

Lines out the door, two windows open, and a woman yelling asking if anyone wants to buy stamps. No one is here to buy damn stamps! Open another window! LOL They truly need to staff this place with fresh new energetic employees. The women who work there have been there probably 20+ years, and move like molasses. Several windows available for service, and they only put two slow workers on the floor. The other windows are packed with misc junk. The entire place needs a remodel, machines that sell stamps, and other electronic self service options. But this is our hood post office, I shall lower my expectations and be glad we have one at all

I had a problem with my mail to my PO Box. The place I ordered from insisted it was delivered to my po box. On day 3 of not having it in my box, I summoned the mail box clerk. I must say I was pretty upset and thinking the worst about my very important mail piece. Instead of returning the same energy the clerk "Paula" remained calm and once I got her the info to do her job, she discovered the issue and it was no fault of USPO, but the sender. Paula really set or reset the tone of my day with her patience and professionalism. By far my favorite Post office!!

Terrible. Extremely long lines and even if the lines are extremely long the staff move super slow. Honestly every time I come here I have to except that I’m going to waste about several minutes out of my day just to handle simple stuff. They should just close down this location. This post office in the carriers are so terrible I am considering moving out of this community because do you have disruptive mail really messes with your entire flow of life. I wish I could record how slow they are going this is absolutely ridiculous zero stars

They always greet me which I appreciate. . There can be a longer wait during the holidays but I don't mind. I always use priority shopping and my packages get there within 3 days. They do need to work on stocking packaging regularly though. Order some online and be prepared when you go if you want to reduce wait times. Dont forget a pen and tape (unless you ship priority if so they provide) Everyones friendly and will go out of way to greet you especially if you are a regular. Great food options on same block - added plus!

This is the worst post office in LA, staff is completely RUDE and not helpful. I don't know what gives people the right to treat others bad when your job it's costumer service. This post office should go under investigation or something, they lose packages, they are never in time, they have people deliver packages not in uniforns, they always deliver to us other peoples mail which only leads me to believe they do the same with our mail. I will drive to another post office to avoid to deal with this people.

It’s 9:10-am . They supposed to open at 8:30am. Employees set up their opening rules. Can we get a real supervisor here to monitor all of the non professional personnel working here. It’s a federal building and not a swapmeet running out with no rules and standards. Please monitor this building because it’s not running smoothly. Bad customer service. I just left to another close by usps location. Very upset in wasting 40 minutes of my day waiting in line to drop off my packages.

Hunty....We all stood in a loooooonng line that was all the way @ the door as soon as u walk in, with only 2 windows open right before Mother's day weekend! . It was a veeeery loooonnnng wait...an irate customer tried of the long wait & lack of order went off & the clerks started arguing back. It was a 60min. nightmare!! ...to say the least!! Not to mention the GIANT HOLE in the lobby window were someone broke in!! SMH!! Only in the hood!! Lol! #HoodChronicals!!

i'm so so upset. `post office in my area.. someone needs to take action cause the mail carrier is putting wrong mailbox or can find the mail at the post office. my package been lost about June 6. and nobody at post care or try ed to look for it. and have me on hold for longest without finding and good say going to call u back. u wait for longest no call. the is worst post office . for packages lost it or scanning it not really delivery it.

The post office in my community consistently disappoints with its lack of customer service representatives. Every time I visit, there are only two available, and today, there's only one. This results in long lines, with 15 people waiting ahead of me. It's frustrating and reflects poorly on the professionalism of this establishment. Immediate action should be taken to address this issue at this unprofessional place.

If you have a package coming but know you won't be at home to accept it make sure you call your post office the day before and have em hold it otherwise they will deliver it & leave it in view for someone to steal it & thats any post office. It was much better decades ago if no one was home they'd leave a slip in your mailbox to bring to your post office for pickup with ID... Now days they just don't give a s%#@

The staff here are always friendly when I come in, but sadly I have to come in way too often since our postal carriers refuse to try to deliver the packages at my apartment (and won't leave them at the leasing office as I've requested). While the staff are helpful, it can be an uncomfortable place to visit since there are salespeople and homeless people constantly trying to hustle you outside.

Worst location you could possibly go to. They are extremely slow and have no proper workmanship. Sadly their a reflection of our community and it’s truly unfortunate. We Need young energetic employees at the post office because the current older employees seem to only show up because there retirement is approaching! They have absolutely no care in the world and often have attitudes.

I called for two hours at a time for three days straight and nobody answers the phone. They returned a properly-addressed package to the sender because they didn’t see the name or box number. The package guy has a terrible confrontational attitude with customers and tries to drag bystanders into arguments to bully customers when he belittles them. He gaslights customers. He’s trash.

I love this place. I've had a PO Box there for years. The staff is always nice..but they are a but understaffed..so they are overworked. Once I left my keys and they called me ti let me know they found them. USPS also should get them some self serve kiosk and that would alleviate some of the overworked staff. A lot of us are okay with the kiosk. But love the staff

Very friendly staff. I was in line and a staff member supervising the line section helped me without having to wait for a window clerk. I was there less than 5 minutes. I had a very positive experience. I’ve been here before at other times and the wait is 15-30 mins most times, but the staff has always been helpful and amazingly nice. That’s why I come back here.

Not sure why this post office got a 2 rating, but each time I go the service is awesome and the clerks are helpful and friendly. You get a thumbs up from me. One thing I can say it's not your employees that the problem it's the customer they have to deal with in the area. The service is fast even with long lines and I have gone in the mornings and afternoon

The most aweful post office ever they mail carriers don't deliver your mail,they put it the wrong mailboxes and when you call and complain because it happens a lot. The manger don't do nothing I had a mail carrier lie more then once saying they could not deliver the mail because i wasn't home when I took off work and was tracking my order they suck!!!!!!

Can never deliver all of your packages in one day i was expecting 3 today only 1 of the 3 delivered same thing happened yesterday 2 packages out for delivery none was delivered I’m starting to really hate the post office that’s why i always be Outside to collect all my things I’m not sure why they do this but i hate it

As other post office this place is very busy and very unorganized due to the volume of customers. They even run out of forms. Unfortunately this site has no parking spaces only street parking which can be bothersome specially when you have boxes to carry. Surprisingly the staff are very courteous and friendly.

I received a package and got the tag alerting me of the package, however when I tried to retrieve it they said that they could not find my package that was a month and a half ago. Still nio package so I have decided to cancel my PO Box. There was not an employee there that was able to help resolve this issue.

The employees are wonderful. There are times when the post office have long lines however that may be due to the the many customers in the community & seniors such as myself who chooses to walk everything in & have human contact. Never the less they get everyone in & out in a timely manner.

Been having problems with mail delivering for a long time. Called United States Postal Inspection Service, told me if I knew more people that are having the same problem to let them know to call to report. Packages are missing. Or you can send a letter to Inspector General or call.

I made passport appointments for my kids and the person wasn't there. No warning or phone call to reschedule after my kids missed school. Customer service deserves 0 stars but the lowest I can post is 1. Avoid this location if you any other option.

When I go, it's seldom during the hours I know people come in great numbers. I'm usually out in 10 to 15 minutes. When it's longer it's when customers don't have their stuff together. The tellers are always helpful and professional.
