I know they work hard and there’s a lot of stress and pressure because of people and their packages...but this is the ONLY location I’ve ever had such extreme issues with. I scheduled a package for redelivery the next day from when they attempted to deliver it and it has yet come. I wrote in the note, “If no one is home, please leave in the lobby.” When we schedule for a redelivery, it’s SAFE to assume the day they come, they’re also bringing other people’s packages, right??? They ring everyone’s bell even if they’re not expecting a package. I live in a building and everyone in my building is familiar with each other and my dad is the super, so be it anything were to have happened, we could’ve looked at the cameras. They never brought my package and now I only have two days left until it gets returned. I don’t have my ID, so that’s why I scheduled for redelivery. I’ve been calling this location for days and no one has been answering at all. I opened a case and who knows when this will be resolved. This is literally the only location I’ve had these issues with and it’s extremely frustrating.

These UPS deliverers in this place be lying. There are 6 people in my apartment and I have dogs. The dogs would have barked if they would have knocked my door to hand me my package and we would had heard the door. They left a note downstairs in the lobby talking about "Sorry we missed you while you were out". They didn't miss anything because we were all home. They simply didn't feel like coming upstairs to deliver the package. It's not the first time they do this. I order on delivery for a reason, if I wanted to get what I ordered myself, I would had gone to the store and got it... so what's the point of a delivery if I have to go out my way to get it somewhere else? It defeats the purpose. Hire people that really would do their job and we can avoid all this.

They didn't leave a notice of attempted delivery for me twice. Consequently, one of them was returned to the sender (in other country!). For the other one (also international), I went to the office and had to wait for pick up my package (I had only several people in front me!). This time, I accidentally found there was another attempted delivery for me (they did not leave the notice again). I thought I learned a lesson at the office on their horrible pick-up service, so I requested redelivery. But I didn't get it on the scheduled date. I have to go to the office this morning to pick it up as it will be returned to the sender (IN EUROPE) tomorrow. I have a lot of work to do today. Hate to go there. :(

They are the worst and you can complain until your face turns blue yet nothing improves. They are so slow when it comes to picking up your package. Expect to wait on a long line for at least an hour. You wouldn't have to pick up your package if they actually delivered it like they are suppose to. They don't bother to though and just expect you to be ok with being inconvenienced by having to take time to pick it up. When you schedule a redelivery, they never redeliver. Service is just horrible across the board. It shouldn't be this stressful to get your package. Then when you finally get to speak to customer service and staff about your concerns, they have an attitude. Just horrendous.

Stuff of nightmares. Avoid at all costs if possible. I arrived at 8:30am today (30 minutes before opening) and the line for package pick-up was still to the door. I thought I learned my mistake the first time when coming in during my lunch break when I had to wait in line for 90 minutes. These clerks have no ambition to find your package. Try and reschedule a redelivery by any means necessary. Finally got my package after a week and a half of constantly calling and service requests on their website. If you're persistent, you'll get your way and your package. Be prepared to allocate a good portion of your day in doing so, however.

This post office is very poorly run. The package pickup process is flawed. Extremely long line for package pickup that does not move. Employees are not motivated to find packages and it takes 15+ minutes to find each item. They need to be better organized (find packages faster) and better communicate with customers (people often get turned away once waiting in line). Employees do not seem motivated to help customers despite the long lines and vocal customers that become irritated after waiting in line for 1hr+ . Terrible experience and would avoid at all costs.

I love this post office and can’t recommend it enough. I usually try to go in the morning or in the late afternoon to avoid a line. Everyone who works here is very professional and knowledgeable. If you have a shipping label for your package already, you can skip the line and drop it off at the right-most window. Easy peasy! …

I’ve never been treated so badly. Helen refused me service at this location. She refused to accept my packages or ship them. I went to Jupiter which is 5 minutes away and got served immediately. I’ve never been treated so inhumane in my life. I will never come here again. I wish the Indian gentleman was around he is so polite

It's just to small for the community they serve. The workers are fine, certainly better than the crew that was there years back, but they should do something about clearing the area of the homeless. It's sad that we have such a problem with the homeless but nonetheless they shouldn't be allowed to congregate in front.

It smells like human feces and urine outside the doors and the homeless have taken over the grounds and harass people. The staff are nice and quick, but the grounds are absolutely atrocious and appalling. You’re better off walking to another store to avoid throwing up in your mouth from the stench.

Absolute worse. They will have NO ONE in line but will have 10 plus people waiting in the line for pick up and not help at all. I feel bad for their coworker who has to do all the work while they just stay on their phone doing nothing. It’s horrible.

My experience is different from previous reviewers. Maybe the issues were resolved. Maybe I was lucky, but I saw no sign of homeless person occupying the property or nearby. The senior gentlemen agent who assisted me performed the work well.
