I have been dealing with this post office location for 2 days now. Employees at this location is very disrespectful and rude. I had a package I sent from New Jersey to California and it’s been a nightmare ever since. Rhonda was on the phone with the postal employee here back in Jersey. She told the clerk to denied my refund for priority mail delivery which I was promised if my package did not arrive as scheduled. Rhonda then sends me an email stating that my was being returned to the sender. Not knowing I am the one who sent the package to my fiancé. Her communication and customer service skills is horrible. Today I called to locate the postal inspector number she then goes off on the phone at me. “Saying I’m tired of you calling my office for your package I already told you that higher authority has my package and there’s nothing she can do about it.” Repeatedly Rhonda gave me false information and advice about my package. She then tells me she doesn’t have time to deal with folks like me. I asked to speak with a manager she hands the phone to Mrs. Cooper which was rude as well. All I want them to do is return my package back to me here back in New Jersey and refund me my money back for as promised priority delivery. Still no explanation on why higher authority has my package. It’s just unprofessional service provided by this postal location.

I am a pwrson that normally does not give bad reviews but seems like this will be a rare ocassion. The staff has a rude attitude towards cliemts. I sent a package to LA around their area and the person i sent the package to never recieved their package. When i informed them they should had gotten it on Saturday because i had paid for them to get it on saturday, they told him he had to wait for them to try again to deliver and that the person delivering had no obligation to call the client even though i checked the box to call, and she also said the delivery person had no obligation to go through a secure building even though there is an intercom. Now I am looking into getting a refund and the online service says it can not refund me the money. Next time I will use UPS

I went in to pick up my mail that I placed on hold at this office I go inside and the girl (Hispanic with red or brown hair) at the window who supposedly helped me was very unprofessional & had an attitude. First of all you don't ask a customer if they have a question you tell them professionally "how may I help you"...this isn't the welfare office! And you don't question them either like being interrogated like the police! My mail wasn't even at this office & the girl wrote down a number telling me to call it and I couldn't even understand the numbers she wrote down. USPS you need to train your people again how to have customer service and be more professional. I won't ever deal with this office again!

Extremely bad customer serviceI waited for over 15 minutes in line to end up getting told (I could not have a confirmation receipt of my package being send). I explain to the cashier clerk that I have done it before another post office locations and she replied by stating... well go to the location then. We do not provide confirmation receipt package. Had to drive to another post office location about 15 minutes to be able to receive a confirmation receipt of my package. If you can avoid this post office is worth driving the extra time. The other location was very quick, I waited a couple of minutes in line to be help and I was provided with the confirmation receipt package send.

They leave the packages in a drop box with a clear door which is always overloaded because theyre too lazy to periodically empty this out. These packages are there unprotected and accessible to anyone which is how they lost my package. It never got scanned and updates never posted to the tracking#. The women there are always talking and joking out loud as frustrated customers wait in a long line. Once they do help you they try to upsell you on shipping services and they also have terrible repugnant attitudes. I sincerely hate this place. This place needs to clean house and improve cudtomer service because now there are many mail couriers to pick choose from which are efficient and effective.

Its crazy how innocent people get treated cause employees dont feel like working if you dont feel like working get another job you enjoy, they need to Hire more respectful people they are very rude its sad how our community deals with certain people everyone needs help when they are coming to the post office everyone have questions it doesnt hurt to just be helpful to others, they need to have a meeting on how to treat their customers and smile more when people come up to the windows, its always a angry response never a good one. its hard to talk to a supervisor, this postoffice is very poor in everything that they do, need more and better people that would love to have their job.

This place deserves 0 stars. I spoke with an employee about the money back guarantee for a package that was delivered late, and she wouldn't honor it because the holidays (even though it's stated clearly on my receipt, tracking #, and both post offices i sent and that received it told me I could get my $ back.) She asked her coworkers, they were extremely rude and unprofessional and shook their head no the whole time i was talking. They offered the supervisors help, but she came out and did the same thing.. laughed at me, and told me no and walked away yelling and laughing with her employees. Very disappointing, I will NEVER be back.

Today I went to the post office on Central near Vernon Ave. I needed to get a money order and a stamp, she processed my order and informed me that she was covering for someone and wasn't able to locate the stamps, I told her okay I'll see if I could find one at another store. I wasn't able to locate a stamp and I returned to the post office and she said I can put it on the scale for you and the machine will put the correct postage amount on it for me. The lady was so nice and this is the best experience I have ever had at this post office and many others that I frequent. Thank you so much for being you

If I can rate this post office a 0 star I would. This is by far the worst post office the ppl are rude and the manager is extremely rude. I called to let them know they are sending my package to the wrong address just to hold it and I'll pick up and she said no so basically they want to give free merchandise to ppl . She said the post man won't deliver it if I don't live there but yet it's out for delivery for today. Wow . Iv had many many issues with that post office in the past when I lived in the area. They should at least replace the manager maybe then this office will be more decent.

there were 4 working that I saw in the back. you know what they were doing? 3 were laughing and joking in the back while 1 was at the window. the 4 rude unfriendly dark creatures were taking turns servicing 1 window while 3 were napping. and there were 8 of us in line. and that creature barks at you when its finally your turn! meanwhile I'm trying to keep my anger in check cuz I NEED to send out my mail. don't they have performance reviews and some kind of quality control when they hire? or are they blood bound by affirmative action hiring mandates?

I gave it a 3.5-4 My experiences here haven’t been terrible . I usually get all my items returned and mail delivered to the address provided within a week. I get we each have our own “personality”, some of the staff can be very strong & be very blunt or not as gentle - I personally don’t care as much , since I get my things done. Other than that, it’s just weird how sending small weighed items through mail can be through a weak mailing paper envelope and pricey - $8 to send a small bag of chocolates the size of my palm to mail to the Bay Area .

Why is this place still open, dismissive condescending employees whom feel it's ok to dismissed our community. Shenna Walker supervisor needs a muzzel and her leash pulled for being so condescending and allowing her employees to do the same. Who do you report to Sheena Walker? As a consumer I can take my business elsewhere. Advocate for yourself in the receipt they asked for your opinion complain that's your right don't let people treat you this way. If they're so unhappy with their job they can be replaced too but we have to speak up.

Terrible service! I went to pick up a package, that the post office left. A Note at my gate. However when I arrived the clerk insisted that my package was not at the facility. I called a head of time so I knew it was!! Finally after raising my voice and getting loud and gettho. They finally decided to check in the bk!! And guess what? it was there!!! :) Not to mention the lady that was helping me was the supervisor and her demeanor changed as soon as she realized she was wrong! This place sucks!!! I hope they firer them all!

They are very rude and take forever while putting someone on hold. I was hung up on multiple times and then the lady tells me that there where other people ahead of me.. I was trying to figure out if my package was there so I can go pick it up like I have done many times and she lied to me and said "we don't hold packages here for people to come and pick them up" and told me to call a number that she gave me where they never answer the phone.. I am so upset!! Someone needs to do something!!!

Postal service has been affected a great deal since March, when the pandemic started. Then, something to so with Trump putting some restrictions, the wildfires, air quality due to the wildfires and the various delivery times/services. If you have any concerns, you should direct them to the staff at your post office servicing your area. Keep in mind, depending on the days/times you visit, there'll be long lines. They do practice social distancing and you must wear a face covering or a shield.

Theres about 11 people in line and they wont stop coming it is CURRENTLY 8:39am and we can just hear two females chit chatting in the back!! We got places to be and this usps was supposed to be open at 8:30am!!! What kind of government business is this!??? We all have things to do and these females are talking super loud we knocked to get their attention and they simply do NOT care!! You guys should get these people fired for not caring and not opening when they should!! Check cameras!!!

The worst and I mean the worst customer service ever. They are rude to the Hispanic customers extremely rude and disrespectful. The manager lets the employees run all over him. Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly by a business or company. It makes me extremely sad and to see Hispanic people treated so badly. WHAT A SERVICE FROM USPS PEOPLE. I AGREE WITH THE COMMENTS OF OTHERS SAYING THAT THEY ARE BEING PAID WITH MY TAXES. THEY cut their hours and removed their mail sorting machines. USPS is doing the best they can keeping up with the changes forced upon them. Went to the Post Office, to make an complaint because 90011 hasn't received mail in our 3 weeks. The representative said: We don't have enough mail carriers, other mail carriers are coming from different division to deliver the mail. I tried to get my mail, she told me I would have to put a hold on it to receive it!!! Why!! I'm not on vacation!!! Call Eyewitness News ,and I am going to call them because this is no longer the PANDEMIC!!!

This is the worst post office ever. Every employee there deserves to be fired. They look so miserable and their attitudes are the worst. There is mediocre customer service here. The phones are never answered. They never return messages. My package was lost here. The tracking number showed it arrived to this facility and after that tracking was never updated and package was not delivered. Where is management in all of this? Nowhere!!!

The girl going to pass and drop the mail she has a very bad added to my daughter it's 12 years old she asked her why she haven't leave as that mail then she gave her a super bad attitude we haven't received any mail and weeks I hope she gets fire by the supervisor I live on 20 and Griffith these type of workers make the rest of the workers look back especially this one I'm gonna keep posting until she gets punished by the supervisor

They are the WORST!!!! NEVER EVER, EVER go here - you’ve been warned! The workers are NOT helpful and the manager, Mary, is not only super RUDE. but also combative towards clients. They screwed up my P.O. Box and change of address and then blamed me for following their mistakes. Kindergartners could do a better job than these folks - I mean really mean that. Terrible place!!!

For the second time the driver didn't leave a delivery slip, didn't attempt to deliver a second time, and I'm inconvenienced to travel to the location to grab it in person!! I've been going to this place for years. I dont know what happened. The employees they had before were diligent, polite and hard working. Some time over the last couple they changed out those employees and now most if not all of the ones they have now are awful. Really bad attitudes and rude. People like this should not have jobs dealing with the general public.

You should really check the people that you hire, all she did was give me nasty attitude and said I couldn’t take it. Without any explanation. She was on the first register to the door, had glasses, and was African American. Customer service BAD. Never again. She should be fired. Went to a different post office and they took my package with no issue.

Very disappointing, aside from the 40 min waiting in line to ship something but they allow people to enter with no face coverings. in fact the individuals with out face coverings were provided packing tape and they tore off a piece with their teeth and placed it back on the table for others to use. Worst experience ever! This post office is in a mostly hispanic/ spanish speaking area and they have almost no-one speaking spanish. The employees are so rude and belittle the hispanic people that dont know alot about mailing a package. I have lived in the area for over 10+ years and nothing has changed, poor leadership its time for change...

I have been the property manager for this property for over 3 1/2 mos and the mail carrier, Jose for 1006 E. 28th St. Los Angeles, CA. 90011 is horrible. He doesn't deliver the mail properly & it has come to my attention that he is now returning mail addressed to the management office. Plus, we don't get the mail until late in the evening.

USPS is doing bad and I usually ship UPS but decided to try USPS today and its really bad. Long line, one worker only, working really extra slow. Why can't service be fast, efficient and convenient. It's LA, Angelinos are busy I'm trying to ship one package and been waiting for 30min. This is ridiculous, I'm in my lunch break.

Horrible USPS. Attendent refused to help locate lost mail that was last scanned at this location. Spoke to supervisor who was much more amicable but did not follow through with promises. Appears they have a reputation for stealing, especially important documents and large packages. Avoid this location at all costs.

Fantastic! I have been going to this post office for 4 years and I always have great customer service. The ladies there are friendly and helpful. I usually go around 10am in the morning on weekdays and I never have to wait in line!

THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD WHEN YOU ANSWER SOMTIMES NO RESPONS AND OLD THE TIME IS ON THE CELL PHONES

They should update they opening hours for Saturday. Website says 8am and they open at 830.
