Always fast and friendly service. I went in with a bag to ship today and Gloria helped me find the right size box and the cheapest way to ship. She really went out of her way to help. I feel like the post office gets a bad rap and it's not fair. I really have gotten nothing but fast and helpful service here.

I have a PO box at this location. On four occasions, packages that were marked as delivered have failed to make it into my box, in the three months I have had it. I have double checked with the carriers and the shippers and asked the post office employees to look for them, but they never seem to turn up.

The staff here is super helpful.They go above and beyond to help me and my small business needs. I would have given them 5 stars except the parking lot is too small for the traffic it receives(I have witnessed many car crashes, cars hitting pedestrians and people becoming victims of parking lot rage).

Tuesday morning 10:30 a.m. and BOTH outdoor drive-through mail deposit boxes are LOCKED and the other box near the entrance was STUFFED to the top! Nothing more could fit in. Be more considerate to your customers. Went to the Sherman Way office instead...much better!

The US government/post office typically gets bad reviews… It is a government operation after all… I went at a non-busy time to this location… I was in and out… Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. The traffic coming and going however, is a different story.
