I've been coming to this location for the past 5 years. I was able to drop off the PREPAID packages without waiting in line. Recently there has been some staff changes, now the new employees are refusing to let me drop off prepaid packages. I've owned a retail store next to this location for the past 5 years and specifically purchased a label printer so I don't have wait in constant long lines at this location. This location needs experienced staff with good customer service not make people dozens of people waiting outside every day.

I use this post office and their services about 3-5 times a week. Sometimes multiple times a day. Very friendly and helpful staff. I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes in line, and they accommodate my many prepaid packages. Even if they are oversized and cannot fit they will come around and take them from me to make sure they get scanned in and are safe and sound. They provide a variety of USPS priority envelopes and boxes. I appreciate this place and it’s even better since it’s within walking distance of my residence.

The stuff in this office is not friendly, the service is below the floor. They don't want to help you or explain:. Same time they talk to each other indifferent language. Our neighborhood deserves a professional service!

PO employee Choi is nasty and disrespectful. How is she still working customer service. I don't need her negative tone. She thinks she owns the place. Avoid at all costs

VERY RUDE ASIAN DESK CLERKS. TRY TO CALL THEM, NOBODY EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE MONITORED BY CORPORATE.

Typical postal service depressed workers that dont want to do their job... that hate their lives and pay.

Used this location for years, best post office I’ve been too. Friendly staff, hardly ever a long wait.
