I came here to send a few return packages. I ran out of tape at home, and asked if I could use a few pieces to seal 2 of my packages. The lady, "Lena" was extremely rude and snapped at me that if I wanted tape I had to pay for it. I have been to other post offices where they at least give me a few pieces if it's for small items. I paid for the tape and she snapped at me to move out of the way. I am disgusted by the "customer service" that I received today from Lena. I have never had issues before with the man or the other woman who work here. I will not be returning because of this treatment. When I left Lena chucked at me as I left through the door. This is absurd. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please talk to Lena about bettering her customer service so other people do not have to experience the terrible service I received today.

I called to discuss an issue I was having. When the guy answered he immediately huffed and puffed and rudely asked what I needed. Didn't give me a name or nothing. I told him my problem and he didn't say anything about it. Just started saying numbers. I'm like, okay, what, is that a phone number or? He sighs. "Call that number." Okay, what was it again? "It's a phone number" yes, what is the phone number. -repeats phone number very quickly- okay hold on now... please repeat it slower so I can actually write this down. He sighs again, complies, and doesn't even say bye before hanging up. Literally the rudest person I've ever talked to on the phone. The number ended up being the wrong office I came to learn, by the way, but whatever.

i just had the bad experience from this location. i send the small packet to viet nam over 1 month ago with First class international service but until now my family did not get that. on History, it showed me my packet processed through facility in Vietnam on March 29,2023 . However, i came to this loction and ask the lady. her name is Gabriel. she is working today( tuesday, 25th 2023). she told me my packet is stucking in California. i showed her that my packet was in vietnam now but she said she did not know. that is all. Iam wondering who is responsibility for that??? we paid for that and now my packet is missing.

The line was short, clerk was efficient, courteous and helpful. I Recommend this location... Oops! Sorry, I forgot to list the location. (my bad, if I list my favorite USPS location they will be deluged with people in a hurry and all the characteristics that make them my favorite will be lost! Let's just say there are still good locations staffed with good people! Just be patient and kind and you'll find a great location too!

Clerk 15 aka (Jeff with two f's if that even your real name) is making this post office go down hill. This guy provides poor customer service and a bad mood to boot. I don't recommend.the employees don't care and when confronted about the treatment of customer s will try and kick you out while other employees, just bow there head in shame and apologize.

7/27/22 was the first time I visited this location. It is a quaint USPS with interesting parking on the side of the building. I gave FOUR stars for the UPGRADED payment machine here. Now, if only they can upgrade THE QUALITY of pay for the workers. If only they can UPGRADE the quality of customer care and services rendered. If only...

40min wait to even get to the door. 1 register open 20ppl in line its Ridiculous the man should have help. Get your staffing and schedule right this is insane. I left after 43mins and went to the ups store on Menaul much faster and the employees are polite.

It’s shocking to rate a post office so high but these folks are always helpful and efficient, even though this place is tiny and gets busy, busy, busy! Also, props for the plaque proclaiming its founding during the Eisenhower administration!

The mail carrier has lost or misdelivered 4 pacakges in the past couple months. Luckily the retailers have helped with two of them. USPS just says they delivered them but they certainly didn't get delivered to me. I can't stand this USPS.

Thanks for being open on Saturdays. I hope my packages make it. As one mailed on January 28th 2022 has not yet made it from AZ to FL. Seems it's sitting in Jacksonville FL since February 8th and will be late delivered. Lol

we share a building with another business and the mailman delivers our mail to them, so we never get it!!!! Tried calling the post office, but no one answers.

It's nice to have a local post office but every time I've gone in itz been under staffed with lines going to or out the door. Furthermore the park sucks.

The website lies. The lobby is not open 24 hours. It closes at 5 when the rest of the office does.
