"This is the worst usps I've ever been to"
"Over the many years have used this post office, they have always been helpful"
"A employee called me "rude" for ringing the help needed bell on the desk"
"They never answer the phone"
"Terrible experience"
This is the worst usps I've ever been to. People are always rude and impatient. I saw a worker almost yelling at an senior customer who couldn't find her ID. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location unless they have to. If any of the management from USPS reading this, please train your employees to be polite and friendly.
Over the many years have used this post office, they have always been helpful. Yes the services have been downscaled. They no longer do passports. Their hours have cut back. That's not the fault of the staff. They've always been one of the easier post offices to get through when they are open. Unfortunately that's on the USPS!
A employee called me "rude" for ringing the help needed bell on the desk. (for context I had only rung the bell once and was not obnoxiously ringing it or anything) There were no workers in the front and a line was forming behind me as well. Don't appreciate the attitude for seeking assistance. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.
They never answer the phone. Took me forever to find a phone number for them that wasn't disconnected, by they NEVER answer! So frustrating. I dropped off a parcel in one of their mailboxes, they never picked it up. It has been 4 days now! I don't even know how I can get it out to take to somewhere else.
Terrible experience. I was assisted by an older gentleman and with the name of Charles. I explained the situation, why I cane to this branch and he was no help and got upset because I was telling him what I was told by the customer care number. Contradicted everything I was told by another branch.
The hours are 9am-3:30pm which hardly fit anyone’s schedule. Frankly, these hours are incomprehensible given that this facility is located to a major state university. Furthermore, they have a lunch break from 1pm-2pm, which further reduces their functionality. Never see more than 1 clerk working.
I have been waiting foe 4 weeks for my package it was in Texas for 2 weeks and now it's been sitting In albuquerque for 2 weeks and when I try to call they keep telling me that it is still in Texas this is ridiculous the place I got my thing from said it would be here in 3 to 7 days
Only one person working. 20+ people and almost 45 minutes of waiting. That's pretty ridiculous. I give it 2 stars because the lady working the front was doing a good job. Though, she shouldn't have to work like that. It's things like this that make email and UPS look good.
this office is great its small not alot of people anytime ive ever gone and the lady at the front with wavy brown hair is awesome...if you people need that walmart feeling then find a bigger one or go buy your boxs at walmart with all this bs comments #box4601
The hours of operation are ridiculous especially for people that work M-F/8-5. To make it even more ridiculous, they are closed on Saturdays. Not to mention that they never answer their phone so I have to use my annual leave just to get a question answered.
Very rude employees. Wouldn't give information and you feel the discrimination in the air because you are an asian or whatever. Starts laughing as soon as you start leaving the counter and making comments which you can hear. Absolutely unfair.
They had one person working the counter that seemed like a trainee. she took forever with each customer. And a line out the door. Then I get there and I can't get anything done because. My post office is one a mile away. This one is a block
On May 7th I dropped off two packages one reached its destination and one did not and it’s almost been a month. I call the 1-800 # to file a claim and they tell me it’s still in town so go to the post office. I get there and there are like
The posts Office is an a wonderful public asset that provides our nation with so much to support business and private communications... they will literally take a letter and hand deliver it anyone in the country! They bring packages from
I'd give less than one star if I could. The front desk lady was rude and not very helpful. The requirement for masks even by the CDC and state regulations have changed. I am fully vaccinated and according to the CDC I do not need to wear
If you have a normal 8-5 job, you will never be able to walk into this post off bc they don't open til 9 (930, 10) and close at 330, even though it says 5 online. And take over an hour during their lunch which they lock up for. And never
Since Al past away last September this office has been a mess. A revolving door of good and bad counter people. It is the luck of the draw. There has been one male clerk over the last month who is especially bad at customer service. I
I LOVE this post office. It is small and friendly and efficient. The regular staff are wonderful. The substitute staff are mostly great. It is a very small Post office so occasionally there can be a long line when there is only one staff
I rented a PO Box almost 6 month's ago and I regret ever doing so. Mickey and Minnie mouse, the two workers in the lobby are the most rude and unprofessional employees I've ever come across. They're doing a great deal of harm to the
Haven't had any issues. However, they need to have more than one employee working at the service counter during the afternoons which can be very busy. It just isn't acceptable. I know the post office is trying to save money on labor
Quite honestly hands-down the best, most informative, articulate, fastest accommodations of ALL the shops around ABQ! They make sure to que you in if they feel your choice of shipping rate has you spending more angetting guaranteed
You can never talk to Live person When you call, it's Always a recording with no options that you need. Please get some better customer service. Have an option for a live person. So we can actually get some help that we need person.
Personable and kind staff, hours online were correct, no long wait in line. Not sure what all these haters are referring to in their reviews- I've been to many post offices that are 100 times worse than this nice little location.
I was at the post office on Cornell. I asked for assistance with the keypad and Karen refused. I'm Blind and according to the ADA in compliance with federal buildings if an individual with a disability asks for assistance as an
This was a good post office with hours still online as open until 5 PM. Quite a few of us arrived today (Friday) at 4 PM to find it closed. New hours were posted on the door with the new closing time 3:30 PM M-F and no notice.
The staff’s attitude is terrible! Asked me to buy tape to put my label on! I paid my label, how much it can be cost for using tape for just a small label! Unreasonable!!!!! Terrible service! I will never come back again!!!!!
Our mail carrier on Washington Street NE (between Central and Lomas) is always on time, always delivers mail that is addressed to my family (not people that I do not know). My husband and I appreciate his great service!
every time I order a package they're always missing they're never in my mailbox because the mailman likes to throw it on the ground so people can grab instead of putting it in our actual slots. This is ridiculous.
Post office hours and staffing are not set by the individual location. They have no say and are stuck with what the higher ups make them do. Staff does the best they can. Always friendly and helpful to me.
A terrible USPS office. The staff are usually rude. They don't even have all sorts of flat rate boxes. They never have time to answer your questions. You have to wait 20 minutes in line here almost always.
Dropped State Fair passes in the mail drop. A week later people in Greely and Amarillo don't have them, can't get a hold of anyone. No wonder the usps is being pushed out of business by fed ex and UPS
I go here to both pick up my mail and send mail to various parts of the country and abroad. The interior also doesn't smell like piss, which is a rarity in this particular neighborhood. Go USPS.
This location has a weird mixture of either friendly professional staff some months, or surly staff who act like they are on some type of probation, being forced to work there.
Don't get my important mail. Especially sensitive health mail! Mailman has delivered packages to a house when we clearly live in a apartment, and we can't get the package back!
This is a retail location only, yet they are open 9am-3:30pm? Not even 8 hours a day, and closed by the time most people get off work at 5pm. Ridiculous.
Seriously limited hours. Especially for being campus locale. Personnel were short with me a few times. I'd rather make the drive to the next one anymore.
I wish I could give less than 1 star. The hours for this location are the most terrible hours of any operating business in the history of mankind.
Automated system is absolutely trash! Takes 20 minutes just to get through the maze of the computer trying to talk to you. Garbage system
They are very unprofessional at this location. We asked to speak to a supervisor and Denise said "I don't know who my supervisor is", wow
Constantly “losing” packages and delivering to the wrong house. This level of incompetence is only possible through government agencies.
By far the worst customer service and they continue to lose my packages or not lock my mailbox after distributing my mail.
The sign says it opens at 9, but really they open when someone gets here. The federal government at its finest.
deleted, wrong station. I will leave my one star rating because I have no doubt this station sucks just as bad.
the lady at the front desk is rude and mean to me every time. Always has an attitude and brings my day down
Terrible customer service. A prime example of why government services are failing in favor of corporations.
Terrible. Not one person knows how to answer the phone. Entire staff is incompetent and a bunch of bums.
The Postal worker on duty was super friendly & helpful....bring your own Sharpee though...
Helpful and courteous. There was no wait time the only time I've been here
Great post officers, if limited hours.
Fast and excellent service
