They lost a package that they have scanned as delivered to their post office. they informed me and my wife that they would look for it during the weekend and give us a call on monday. When I called them this past Monday to follow up on it, a female supervisor answered the phone and just as I finished introducing myself she said "the post office closes at 5pm, you will have to call back tomorrow" I responded calmly by asking "ok...so if thats the case, why did you pick up the phone" silence for a brief second before I heard her say "I was just being nice." and then she immediatly hung up. Well this morning I went in there and decided to "just be nice" by asking if they had found our package, which of course they didn't despite informing us they would look for it over the weekend and give us a call yesterday. Yeah I don't know what kind of operation they are running there, but it seems like they can't even do something as simple as hold a package. not deliver a package, or process a package, but just keep it in their building until it can be picked up. Its also important to note that even though they had it scanned as delivered when they looked up the tracking number (and according to their records it was scanned as delivered on the 18th), there was no notification slip in our mail box or anything. Most embarrassingly incompetent staff in the world. If you value your mail, then have your stuff delivered to a neighbor or a friend you can trust and don't waste your time with those jokers. Oh and one more very important thing. The package happened to contain medical equipment that my wife needs to sleep, which makes this situation even more frustrating.
I hate that this is my post office. The people here are horrible. My packages are never delivered on the correct date. NEVER!!! And when I call to ask if I can just come grab it since I'm going out of town and they as usual didn't deliver on the correct day, the answer is "well if the carrier has it he will deliver". "He doesn't have it, yalls tracker says it's still in your building". "Oh, well in that case, if he has it her will deliver it". God I hate this USPS office. They are worse than McDonalds employees. Just had another issue with these people. This time they decided to crush a package of live creatures and then suffocate them by sticking them in a plastic trash bag and setting them in the hot sun. The driver left the package on my front steps and did not even have the gull to knock or even leave a note to apologize for killing everything within my package. They refuse to take any accountability for their actions and I find it sickening that the law protects us from suing them for their direct negligence. Absolute disgrace of a company and it is disturbing to know that they care nothing about trying to fix the problems THEY create. I wish I was able to destroy peoples property with impunity, must be nice to know you are above everyone else and are not able to be sued for negligence. Few years have gone by, and these buffoon still can't deliver mail to my address, even though the package and the house are clearly marked! How stupid do you have to be to mess this job up? I don't know why I'm shocked, it is a government ran company!
Another annoying and critical mistake by the clods at the Wesconnett Blvd. Post Office. My informed delivery notification indicated a letter would be arriving around the end of April 2023. Due to transportation and medical issues, I could not get to my PO Box until this past weekend. The letter (from a medical provider) was NOT in my box. It's too late to mark as "missing" via informed delivery as more than a week had passed. The mail clerks at Wesconnett have previously put my mail in someone else's box on NUMEROUS occasions. I have also received other people's mail and packages. I have now opted for electronic mail when given a choice. But thanks to the ongoing incompetency and inefficiency of the Lake Shore branch, someone else now has my name, address and medical information. This recurring issue has no place in an office which handles sensitive and confidential material, namely OUR MAIL. There should be stricter hiring guidelines and employee supervision. Please hire people who are literate with a WORK ETHIC and who are DETAIL-ORIENTED (for a change)...How hard is it to place a piece of mail in the correct box number? It's not surprising that the competition (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is taking over your workload.
I have no idea why my zip code is even tied to this location. In the past they've marked my packages as delivered when they weren't delivered. When I called to find out why, I was told the manager would call me back and never did. But the package would magically appear the next day. Well this recent occurrence I received a notice on Fri. 6/17/16 saying the package needs a signature and that it can be picked up the following day from the Post Office. I go there the next day and no package. The lady told me they normally make 2 attempts. So I waited until Mon. 6/20/16 still no 2nd attempt, I went back up there and no package. The manager came out took down my name & number so he can call me after he checks with the mail carrier. He never called so I called him on Tues. 6/21/16 and he claims the mail carrier was going to recheck his route to see if he gave the package to someone else and call me back. Guess what..its now Fri. 6/24/16 and again no call and still no package. All of these bad reviews. Why hasn't anyone done anything about this Post Office?
This is the worst business ever. USPS always lets me down. I have nothing positive to say about all USPS locations. They're always rude or don't know what they're doing. It's the Wal-mart to the mail world. But this place in particular is just awful. I live in an apartment complex so they never deliver my stuff to me. I always have to go pick it up which is a hassle because they can never find it. (yes I go to the right location) This last time, I went to pick up my package the day after it was "attempted" to be delivered eve though I was home all day and I never got a knock on the door. Anyways, I went all the way there to get it and this time they tell me they can't find it and said it's on the truck to be re-delivered. Well, I just so happened to see the driver in my area and I stopped him. He said it's not on his truck, it's at the post office. Well by that time they were closed because it was Saturday and they closed at 1pm. In summary, this location if full of idiots who don't know where your stuff is. Way to go USPS
We (everyone on our street) haven't received mail for 3 days now. I went to ouroffice and was told the carrier was bitten by a dog. Why not just discontinue delivery to that house? Why are the rest of us being punished for 1 house? Our street is just under 3 blocks long. I was told the house with the dog is a couple of houses away from me, yet I have never seen any unleashed dogs on our street. The woman who spoke to me first emphasized MY neighbors dog but the carrier as if I was responsible. Manager refused to give me her name. The package I was due to receive today was put on her truck and I know have to make another trip to pick it up tomorrow. USPS does not notify customers when they put a hold on our mail, we have to find our distribution location and go ask them why because they won't answer their phone when you call. Do better USPS. UPDATE: After a phone call to USPS Customer Service our mail delivery has resumed. The 1 house will have to go pick up their mail indefinitely.
This is the worst experience ever! I sent my daughter a care package to Redford, Michigan from Jacksonville Florida via priority mail. It was multiple items in the package including LoL surprise dolls over $200 worth, snacks and drinks and my old iPhone 11max. I mailed it out on May 30th and tracked it everyday for 2 weeks and it says in transport. I finally get a call back after putting in a claim only to find out USPS on west westevt lost package!!! It was never received by 7 year old daughter who wait everyday for her package. I haven't told her yet what happened because I don't want to break her heart. After speaking to a customer service rep I was told to fill out an insurance claim abou online to recoup what was in the box. Also, was told I needed an ITEMIZED RECEIPT as proof of purchase! I have bank statements for the LoL dolls but they won't honor it because it doesn't say exactly what I bought and the iPhone was purchased over a year ago at full price! Part 1
I don't want to slam this whole place because the men in there seem to be rather pleasant. But the black and white woman today, acted like they were SO MAD they had to be at work. Keep in mind that they are one of the only people in the community that had COLUMBUS DAY OFF. HA, you would think they wouldn't be so rude. I had the black lady there and she didn't even answer my question about the package I was shipping internationally, then wanted to treat me like I'm stupid because I swiped my card too soon. "MAM, MAM, I DIDNT TELL U TO SWIPE UR CARD" like i have to ask for permission or something. I was sent back to the line because I forgot to sign my name. She took someone else and I had to wait another 5 mins. HOW LONG DOES A SIGNATURE TAKE? Its just the way they treat you, like your beneath them or something, or they just hate their lives because they have to work. BOOHOOO.. THE POST OFFICE NEEDS TO TRAIN THEM HOW TO ACT PROFESSIONALLY.
This station is a mess. Won't answer calls. Multiple mistakes in delivery. AND THEY DON'T CARE!!!! Probably a bunch a lazy morons I would think. Couldn't find a job anywhere else. Should be out of a job. They don't deliver packages. They don't know where the packages are. What type of mental morons are we hiring to deliver our mail. They are becoming obsolete anyway within time. Totally frustrated with the service from this station as well as most of the others. ANSWER THE PHONE, DELIVER THE MAIL. DELIVER THE PACKAGES. That's all you have to do. Doesn't take anywhere close to a rocket scientist to do this. Maybe 7th grade education. IDIOTS! ONE STAR IS TOO MANY. A bunch of rejects. THEY SHOULD ALL BE LOOKING AT MCDONALDs for a job....but even that might be too much for those idiots
Awful Awful service! My son witness the carrier backed into my fence. Dented it pretty good. Now they are convering for him. Would not even give the Police his name even after the Postal General office office instructed me to call the police. Well, he called the Postal General and they were instructed to give up the name. Driver claim he has not ideal what we're talking about. The female manager at that office is an example of the staff. Nasty as all out doors can be. This Post Office is the worse!!! Luckily a very concern office has taken the time to investigate.. Liers and poor customer service. Now they want bring my packages to my home. I have to arrive at work late, waiting for the Post Office to open to get my package. They are useless and a poor excuse for Federal Employees.
Had my original delivery date set for 15 May. I received an email from USPS saying "delivery attempt made", and I was left with the note with delivery info etc. My wife was home at the time and did not hear anyone attempt to deliver. I also checked the front door camera to confirm there was no attempt at all to deliver my package. Today, while checking the mail, I was informed by the USPS driver that they did not have my package and that I would have to wait until Monday. Seriously USPS?! Why lie about having attempted to deliver my package? Why did I have to reschedule my delivery, just for the driver to not have my package?? How can a company that maintains this continues level of incompetence still be in business??!!
I wish I could leave zero stars. I don't even know where to begin with explaining how awful this place is. They constantly lose my packages and mail, no one ever answers the phone at this location, they've even dropped my packages off down the street from my house and after driving to their USPS location (because no one answered the phone when I called) was told they didn't know what house they dropped it off to. So I had to drive home and walk up and down my street asking my neighbors if they received any of my mail! I want to move out of this area just so a different USPS will handle my mail!!! ****EDIT: They are STILL sending my packages to my old house. Had to go up there again today to pick up yet another.
I’ve been going to this post office, occasionally, for years. Save yourself aggravation and use another branch. The women in here are beyond rude.. this time I am taking the time to post review. I’ve had repeated awful experiences in here, and today was just another one. Today there was no line. I walked right up to the counter and put my package is down. I had to wait a good 2-3 minutes to be acknowledged by the woman sitting in the chair, because she was too busy chatting it up with her coworkers. That was the best part. The service was even colder and substandard from there. They need to overhaul this place and find employees that don’t hate people.
I am new to the area and I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my entire life. Everytime I go to this location there is one older employee my the name of Idella who is very rude. Please offer this lady a permanent vacation. She is not suitable for the customer service field. She consistently has an attitude when addressing customers. I usually don't encourage for an individual to be relieved of a position but this woman makes it difficult for customers due to her poisonous attitude. Please get her a professional Psych evaluation or maybe some much needed counseling to deal with any underlying stressors she may have. God bless her heart!
A package of three carats of diamonds where stolen by a usps employee!!!! The item was scanned undelivered and never left the postal office. When I asked for the a update and why there hasn’t been been a update on my package I was told that they had no clue... where sorry and it’s a part of life by the manager. This is beyond unprofessional! There is no level of accountability that fosters an environment that makes employees feel free to steal! They have not provided me with any update on my package and refuse to give me the name or information of the deliverer or any update on the status of my open case. The post office is full of thieves !!!!!!!
A Post Office is something that I would never write a review about but my experience with this one has never been a pleasant one. They're rude and doing their job seems to be a hassle. But I guess you hire individuals of the demographic in which it services, which is all the explanation that is needed. They don't rate even one star. Edit 10/24/2018: Just came from my mailbox (which I check at least every other day). This is how my mail was treated. This isn't the first time and I try not to negatively review anything because I understand that everyone is going to have a bad day once in a while but this has become a pattern.
I went to the post office, to return a tire for it to be shipped out back to the seller. As I entered the post office; there was no customer at the counter and the clerk was on her personal phone . I walked up to the counter and said “ good afternoon “. She was still on her cell phone, then look up at me, rolled her eyes and then her head looking at her coworker. “ I calmly said to her”, why do you have an attitude. I am a military veteran, that served 25 years in the military. These people who are in some position, should not working with the public. I see why there reviews are messed up. She’s A STRAIGHT, PIECE Of CROP!!
If I can give a zero I will. I walked in and was pleasant as I could be. There was no one in the line. One lady was leaned on the counter as if she was sleep and the elder lady was on the phone. Remind you I was forced to wait until the rude older lady gets off the phone gossiping to her friends. As she was hanging up, she made a statement that a customer was here interrupting her. So she proceeds to tell me to come in her ghetto voice. During my transaction she didn’t speak a word on anything and had me guessing what to do next. It was the worse experienced I ever had. But to top it off, my package was never delivered.
The customer service was so poor I will drive out of my way to another post office before I ever come back to this one that is right around the corner. I haven't left a review until now about this but their customer service has been going downhill. I was there on Wednesday at almost 3:00 the woman working with Woody at the counter did not have her name tag on so I cannot get her name but she was probably one of the nastiest Representatives I've ever dealt with. All I needed was to mail a letter and because of her lack of communication and inability to care about her job I was there for almost 45 minutes.
I’m in this post office almost every day. Can’t imagine how difficult this job is to deal with the public like they do. I have never gotten anything but absolutely outstanding service from this post office. Anytime I’ve had a problem it has been resolved. Anytime I had a question it was answered. I do a lot of shipping and any packages that were lost were found and accounted for. Suggestions from them have saved me of money. And I know that I can always count on this crew to do the best for me. Not sure what your shipping? Try asking them and they will help you send it the safest most cost-effective way.
Very mean person working the desk Wednesday 9/28 around 3:20 that literally threw me off because I was so in shock of how she was treating and talking to me. I was the only person there and I walk in say “hello, I need some help please”. No response. I come closer to the window area and she says you can’t do this here. I said I need some help please, she makes me back up literally to the farthest wall and says “I’m listening.” It was just so bad all around and I do believe UPS would have been cheaper for priority mail.
The employees, especially Idella, and the supervisor, Shawna, are helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The public should be aware of the mail slow down. I mailed a PRIORITY EXPRESS RETURN RECEIPT ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED ENVELOPE ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2023 AND IT WASN'T RECEIVED BY THE RECIPIENT UNTIL OCTOBER 21ST. I PAID $32.30!!! I mailed it at the Wesconnett Blvd. Branch. I feel that the employees are underpaid and possibly understaffed. They're doing their best.
This worst customer service ever. Of all of my years of being a business owner and relying on USPS for service. Today is/was my last day. I was treated extremely rude by the workers and so were others trying to send off packages. If you do not want to work, stay HOME!!! Better yet, if you don’t like customers, work in the back and sort mail. I plan to call corporate and elevate my complaint, due to the fact that I was unable to get my packages out on time today by 5:00pm.
i moved over a month ago ...and they delivered my daughters birthday package to the old address . a mail forward was submitted prior to me moving . Who ever it was that answered the phone had me call back the next day and 2 times that day . he told me i didn't submit a mail forward so basically its my fault , , but for some reason i get all my mail from the old address at my new house EXCEPT this package ... hhmmmmm. ! I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS POST OFFICE !!!!
The supervisor did not have a very good personality. I was spoke to like a child. I am a grandmother with disabilities. We have had a broken mailbox for 3 months on Lane Avenue. Everybody knows what the gas prices are now. I am able physically to drive there every week. I'm beginning to think that this is a discrimination problem. I've come to the conclusion if this apartment building was in a nicer neighborhood. The mailbox this would be fixed by now.
Visited this location for the first time on Dec 27 avoiding Verna's post office which is closer to home. Had three packages to send and stamps to buy. Mr. David was polite and very helpful. Hope he's always there when I go. Smaller and pretty busy location. There were maybe four people in front of me but I didn't wait longer than two minutes. And my family in PR got their packages in two days via priority. That was quick! I recommend this post office!
My mail is constantly crammed into my mailbox. I have an apartment mailbox and some of my packages don't fit, the carrier still crams it inside and we have to rip the box apart just to get it out. We also constantly get a notification saying they could not get into the delivery area for packages but I still receive my bills??.. there are no gates, no codes needed, no 2nd floors and you have access to my front porch from the car length driveway.
I’ve consistently lost packages, mail put in the wrong mailbox, and the most recent one “we couldn’t open your mailbox”. But how is it that I’ve received mail since then if you couldn’t open my mailbox? The lack of care that this branch continues to provide astounds me. They need to do a complete overhaul of management or just close this branch down all together. If you don’t care about your job then you obviously don’t deserve it.
Rude is the one word that comes to mind when I think of this post office. One word of advice, all patrons are not familiar with the process and options of mailing packages- treating us like we are an inconvenience or dumb is not a great option. I understand the monotony of jobs, however, you should treat people with kindness, nonetheless. I will most definitely avoid this location at any cost and recommend everyone do the same.
We have a new mail delivery person in Bent Creek and I keep getting the wrong mail. I was home one day and waited in street for him to circle around to show him all the wrong mail. He said something about '' they bundle it @ the post office'' , but is it too much to ask that he look quickly @ address. He has a conversation going on speaker phone and his mind is definitely not on mail delivery. Very disappointed.
The mailman carrier 8 delivers mail to a house we rent out and insists on driving on our lawn over the septic tank. The renter has told them not to she is my cousin and knows this is no option, when carrier 8 bust my septic she will have to move and her 2 kids will be out of a house they can afford. This is now documented with post office and we will sue for new septic tank.
I am the kind of person who would like to keep my comments positive, but this post office was the worst. They don't listen, and when I came up to the line to pay one of the ladies turned her back and was just counting money and the other was on her phone. Then when the one on the phone decided to do her job she was polite. Still I hope I never have to go back there.
It takes over 3.5 weeks to get a key change on the box. When I mentioned that was a long time to wait for mail, the answer was only one lady to change keys and she was on vacation. The same thing happen 2 years ago but at the lane location. It wasnt until 3 visits to the p.o. i asked if they could hold my mail. Why did they not offer this service before?
I wish I could give them no or zero stars. And this will be the last time I will be using USPS. So they lost my package in transit and apparently it is my fault for not making sure my package was secured or there was an insurance. The people working here were less than Helpful, yes you the supervisor/manager Ms PAM. I am done with USPS from hereon
Literally the WORST phone service ever. You cannot get a representative on the phone and I work for a company that has a phone service. I had a package delivered...guess what it's not mine and it's for a completely different address than mine. I'm trying to call to see what I should do with it. And I cannot get anyone on the phone to assist.
I work for an online store on the opposite side of the country, and was very pleased that someone called to let us know one of our customer's packages was delivered to the incorrect address, but that they would be shipping to the correct address today (meaning the package would arrive on time). That to me is outstanding customer service.
I have never had such a horrible experience with a post office in my life. The entire staff is incompetent. I had to have a key made for my postal box and it has been three weeks. They refused to pull three weeks of mail that includes three packages and a masters degree that is post likely damaged because they shove mail in the boxes.
Lost one of my packages after it was somehow marked as "undeliverable" and when i went into the store (after calling several times to NO ANSWER) i was told they would find my package and call me back. Well apparently they must not have a phone because i still haven't received a call, and nobody will answer. Its now been a week...
Always a complete mess inside. It's always packed. It would make sense to take the tap off from the drop off box to make the line a little more manageable, they have left that tape on the drop off box for half a year now. That tape needs to come off from the drop off box so people can put things into it they need to ship out.
Only got 1 star because I can’t give zeros. Literally have had so many bad experiences getting things delivered. Not kidding since may they have costed me $1000 in items delivered to the wrong address. I wish I could work there because obviously it doesn’t matter how bad you are at your job when you work for a union.
I haven't been to a post office in year, i needed to make a get a money order and send it quickly...the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they were fast and courteous...my anxiety about getting this task done lessoned considerably...i am very pleased...thank you to the staff, i really enjoyed my experience
Cant leave 0 Stars or I would. I paid an incredible amount to have gifts sent to my nephews in Illinois. They recieved 1 the day of the next one arrived days later and the 3rd one it just vanished. Been in transit here in Jacksonville but nobody knows anything. You broke a childs heart hope you are satisfied!
THE WORST post office I have ever dealt with. The office Managers always tell you they will help you, they take all your personal information down they never do their job, causing you to make multiple trips to the PO or having to struggle to find other ways to HELP YOURSELF...if I could give no stars I would
When I got in, there were 3 people working the counter and so the line wait was less than 30 seconds. Robert took care of my package efficiently and he was really nice. I'm surprised this place has such a low rating. I guess if you're not here to cause trouble, this USPS will be perfectly fine.
Worst post office I've ever had to deal with. Rude people who refuse to help you and the time it takes them to put stuff in your box is ridiculous. My package will say delivered and will not be there and if you ask them they are rude. No one is willing to help even when a package goes missing.
I paid for a mail box lock change over two weeks ago. After multiple excuses I was told by the USPS with an attitude that a third party is responsible for the mail box lock not the USPS. So I hope they enjoy the money I paid them they clearly need it more than me. And they deserve 0 stars
Every workers at this post office are RUDE period. Thought they were not getting paid for what they were doing or volunteering because they looked like they don’t want to do their job I would be so embarrassed for getting paid for just sitting there & being rude to customers.
Don’t expect to get help when calling. I called on a package that went missing out of this location and was told I had to call the post office of the city where my package was being sent. When I called that post office they said my package had never even LEFT Jacksonville!
New to the area and I came to this post office to drop off some packages and I received the worst attitude by one of the people at the counter. Her attitude is so disrespectful and disgusting, if you hate your life and hate your job just QUIT . I would never come here again
The older black lady that "helped" me today, was the RUDEST person I have experienced in a long time. If you are so miserable that you must treat customers like trash, you should retire or find a job that doesn't require customer service. Will not be back because of her!
I wish I'd read the reviews before I mailed my priority envelope at this post office. It never made it to it's destination. That was 3 weeks ago. I filed a claim but I'm also going to file a formal complaint against this post office. Someone is stealing mail here.
These guys close the doors almost daily before 5 even though it's posted till 5. What's worse is they don't care that they're holding up business. I was there at 4r8...Closed again! Then had the nerve to just smile at me. How professional of our Postal Employees!
Manger Victor from post office lakeshore station very rude not helpful what so ever .insulted me.gave me the run around about a dum letter people like this is the reason why they are in the red.never again will i go to that post office..very disrespectful.
Always treated nicely when I come here. Unfortunately hardly anyone works, and even with a line of 12+ people there was only once person at the counter. Two employees in the other room chatting. Waited 10 minutes and didn't move up a single spot in line
My mailman, refuses to deliver my mail, if my door is open because I have two dogs. Even when they’re in the back yard he won’t deliver to me, he delivers to neighbors house instead. And this office that he works from won’t do nothing about it!!!!
Packages are constantly delivered to the wrong address. My prescription glasses were "delivered ", but not to me and even after filing a claim, no one has followed up. They need to hire delivery drivers that are able to read addresses properly.
Rude customer service. I was quietly packing my flat rate box, an exercise that takes a minute or two, and was told to move over to the other table so not to block the line. The postal employee, Idella, addressed me 1) as I was finished and
Same as all the other reviews. Consistently receive notice a Saturday or Sunday package delivery attempt was made. No note from post office and have been home all day. Package magically appears the next business day. Lazy, lazy carriers.
Always marks packages as delivered or attempted even if you WATCH them drive off and not even bother coming down the drive way. Have had them steal packages, watched them scan package at box then throw it in the back and drive away.
Office has a Certified Mail package that has an arrival scan of 5:30am on 12/23/19, yet on 12/24/19 the package is “still in transit.” Really doesn’t make any sense. Some staff are very friendly ... others are ghetto and ratchet.
My mailman is the bomb. He goes above and beyond when it comes to delivering my mail and packages. He deserves kudos for his friendliness and work ethic. Karen Howard …
I called here to see where my package was and someone named Betty was very loopy and slurring her words and was very nasty this isn’t the first or second or third time this lady has been disrespectful
Poor customer service not nice at all n the mail lady on my route rang my door bell n left an expensive package on my porch I opened the door to c her leaving.. One time my package was even stolen.
I just moved here in November 2014, even after two phone calls, 3 returns with nasty-grams telling the Tiqu**drea Graham no longer lives her I STILL GET THEIR MAIL!!! What is so freaking difficult?
The Staff there were so rude to almost every customer. So uncalled for and the customers were so polite and patient even though they were treated like they were a bother to these ladies.
Very rude and ghetto... They suspose to open at 8:30am but doors didn't open still 9 am till find out that there system is down and we have to wait more.. Go to another post office.
Lady in front very rude! Unprofessional.Without any listening you ,sent to stand a long line to wait for ask a simple question.I’ll never come back again.service here is horrible.
Considering as much service as they provide with a short staff...i would take this location over a larger one with rude employees. Nice service...nice folks! Great "little" spot!
Rude and terrible customer service. I don't know why usps tolerate this kind of behavior may be because bird of the same feathers flock together. I won't recommend this place.
Dirty, raggedy, unkempt relic of a bygone era, too small to service the Westside anymore. 99% of the staff are rude and are just here for the government paycheck.
Worst customer service and the mail lady lies about her trying to deliver mail to me and says she leaves notices. When you call them the get more then you …
The worst customer service I have ever seen at a post office, the woman who sits to the right is the rudest postal employee I’ve ever dealt with.
Went in at 9:44 on a Friday to send out a package. No real line and the staff was nice and quick, was out the door at 9:45.
I recommend if possible, dealing with the young lady with braids. Very efficient and fast. Other locations are a nightmare.
Sign says Self Service open 24 hours but you can't even buy stamps what's the point. A complete waste of a drive over here
I received excellent service. The clerks are very caring and courteous. Thank you USPS. Thank you for your good service.
I love my local PO! Fast service always, which makes for little to no lines & exceptional service!! -Florida Pearl Girl
Not friendly. Little to no help with simple questions. Not enough employees working. Long waits. Bad customer service
THEY ARE JUST THE WORST POST OFFICE IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA AND EVERYBODY NEEDS TO FIRED!! NEW STAFF IMMEDIATELY!!

David was very helpful assisting me with mailing! The line went quickly and all associates seemed very friendly.
Horrible customer service. Workers need to be flushed. I don't know how they got those customer service awards.
Spoke to the manager Victor, and he was very helpful. I needed help and he gave me clear instructions.
The employees are not nice and they speak nasty they lost my two packages horrible customer service
If I could leave zero stars I would. This place smells horrible and the customer service is worse.
I love going to the post office. Nice people always helpfully and kind. Thank You Lisa Moore
They are the worst in delivering packages taking them to the wrong apt also with the letters
Lazy and rude workers. It’s so pitiful and a shame that they are the face of this location.
Nothing new here. Typical post office working one employee with a line of 20 people
Very rude. Disrespectful and clearly hate their jobs. I’m never going there again
Said they tried to deliver a package. Been home all day and nothing...... Liers
Smaller Post Office so there customer service is better & more hands on....
