The attitudes, the attitudes and more attitudes. What is truly being done to correct these issues. The managers seem to be nonexistant when in need of managerial services. The dreaded glasses wearing postal worker with his nitrate gloves has an issue when you ask him about the policies, procedures about packages. I asked him if he had a personal problem with me and if so lets go outside and discuss it like two men so he doesn't look foolish and unprofessional in front of other customers. As I am walking to my car he comes outside and tells me the time he gets off work, but in a very disturbing threatening voice. What professional business allows an employee to come outside and attempt to confront a customer in that manner. Again, the manager(s) are just as worse and seems to do nothing because they are all truly unhappy with there jobs, relationships, hours, lack of breaks. I do not know. But according to the reviews left on hear I am not the only one experiencing unprofessionalism, rude behaviors from this post office. Is the Post Master General for the region even attempting to fix this issue. Obviosuly there is something going on at this post office that is not right. 1 star is even too much. If anyone needs to go the USPS, please find another one. Why do they have the attitudes and we are the ones standing in long lines....lol. I will be attempting to contact someone about this man's threatening behaviors coming outside behind me. I truly had every right to defend myself, but I simply laughed and got in my vehicle and left.
I have been dealing with this post office for 30 years and constantly have problems. This last one was the worst. I had a package that both the merchant and the post office said was delivered to my address. I filed an investigation with them and got a voice mail saying it was delivered 4/16 at 12:30 pm, merchant said delivered 4/15 at 11:30 am. Tried calling the number she said to all back at. First 3 times I was told she was out of the office and would call me back. Never did. Fourth call I was put thru to someone who took my info. She said hold and then after 20 minutes I got switched back to operator. She said the person wasn’t there. I said I was transferred to someone who took my info and left me hanging until I was transferred back. I said what did she do, leave in the middle of the call. She didn’t respond and then said the system was down so she couldn’t check the info. Operator asked for same info I gave the other person and said she would call me back. Of course she didn’t. So I have a package floating around somewhere and they will do nothing. This happened twice before. The last time it was the same issue and nothing was done. The other time they figured figured he delivered to wrong person and they got it back but it had been opened and used. I get other peoples mail all the time. One time someone’s medication was delivered to me in error. I took it to the right person. They are careless and do nothing to fix it and you can’t get to someone who will help
I visited this location today around 12:45pm. There was one worker. 5 people in front of me and 7 or 8 people behind me. When I get to the front of the line. The computer shut down. Then, I get to the counter and tell the worker what I was there to do. Set up the P.O. Box. They said I needed the application printed. I then take it out the folder. By this time, a lady comes from the back and says "You can't print on one page " I'm thinking why not. Just kill a tree for one line. NOT. They told me to re print at staples. NOT. We'll, they made me leave and I think that was unprofessional to say the least. What Would Jesus Do? Keep the curse words to himself. Lol! So, I did. Negative Experience Captured. They won the prize.
The delivery route I am part of is apparently one of the longer routes. Our regular mail man is fantastic, but in his absence we get people who don't deliver if they presume it's just junk mail or otherwise unimportant. I know this to be factual because we use the USPS system that shows our scanned mail, and then watch the mail man drive right on by. Normally I wouldn't care to miss out on junk mail, but sometimes real mail is mixed in with it. Also, by not delivering what they assume to be junk mail, they are not picking up my outgoing mail. There is no question in my mind that there is a dumpster somewhere around here full of junk mail....and likely desireable mail as well.

A staff member told me for the services i got it takes up to 5 business days and it has now been 3 weeks with no call or any type of information. I call to obtain information and they always tell me to call the next day. Any staff member ive spoken with is incredibly rude, impatient, and basically useless in helping me out.
I thought my package got stolen but through looking online USPS has a reputation for scanning packages as delivered when in reality they're not. Amazon and my seller are taking action if my stuff isn't here by tommorow and I will personally visit that office because looking below it has a nasty attitude and is also doing that mass scan that Amy mentioned. I don't get my package expect retaliation.
I usually dread going to the post office, but I've found this location to be very good. I've been here a few times to mail packages and I haven't had to wait that long. The longest was today, which still wasn't that long, but it's the holiday season so what do you expect? The employees were really friendly and professional and service was great! I'd highly recommend this post office location.
I have switched address' but still am not receiving mail at my new address ..I'm on the phone to try to find out what's going on... I've been waiting on the phone for almost an hour on hold now...still no answers we need better services ...for no reason should anyone be on the phone on hold this long...my phone's about to die I've been on hold for so damn long...
I was a little nervous about coming here because of the less than stellar reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised at my visit! The ladies behind the counter were super helpful and patient and kept apologizing for the wait while they figured out how to send my package, which was no problem for me. I'm glad the visit was relatively painless :)
The employees were friendly and helpful. It seems as though a lot of folks are getting mad and leaving negative reviews for this branch on issues which they have no control over. The Post Office is a nationwide federal agency, these employees here don't answer the 1-800 hotline number.
The wait time is awful. Waited 15 minutes for nothing Make sure your item is taped before you get there. They claim they don’t have any tape and you have to but some for $4.99. However I watched the guy at the next station tape someone’s envelope for free. Ridiculous.
The most unprofessional people work here. I was sent here to close one of our mailboxes at work and the guy started yelling at me when I asked him to check the address for the mailbox as I’m new. He stated he has other things to do and walked away.
I’ve been coming to this post office for years and have never had issues! If you come in prepared, it is always a short wait and very seamless. The employees are friendly; Jim at the front is especially nice and helpful!
I went day after a federal holiday and there were a lot of customers but the efficiency of the women working was top notch! All my questions answered and assisted with sending my overnight package. Great work ladies!
Every time I come here there was only one worker, the same man serving the long line customers. The management should oversee the issue; it is not fair for the worker as well as for the customer.
Stay far away. This postal service always losing packages payments including our po box fees. We had to relocate to another zip code. Federal Inspectors investigate this post office immediately.
Henry is the worst person at this Post office. He is so rude, disrespectful yells at customers.On the other hand James is very helpful and very patient, and it's a great work.
Very bad customer service, I had to completely stop doing business there and drive 5 miles out of the way to another post office. I think they just hate everyone.
