We love our neighborhood, but we, too, are experiencing serious issues with getting our USPS mail delivered to us. We've had problems with sending personal letters, greeting cards (which we confirmed didn't make it) and checks (that we had to cancel) from the outside boxes at the USPS-MV branch. We talked to them and they responded in a tone as if that was common knowledge that "yeah, those boxes get broken into frequently, you should never use those" (!). We've had several packages stolen (they claim they were delivered and marked them as such, anyway) while we were home awaiting deliveries (no one ever knocks and we have no windows facing in a way that we could see them walking up to our door), as well as several incoming pay checks missing from our mail, with no evidence of a broken mailbox. When it comes to deliveries, they often leave packages sitting anywhere from on the ground in the general area of our mailbox (close to the sidewalk/curb) to the other end of the property by the alleyway and several times they have literally thrown (!) packages up our one full flight of stairs. Last time it happened, I was only a couple of seconds away from the front door and I heard it happen, so I peeked out and the face of the lady "delivering" the package revealed that she was shocked to see me, as she was more or less running away from me. It looked as funny as it sounds... We make sure to always have someone be home when a package is to be delivered, especially since we've had several packages gone missing, and we also closely follow tracking details (USPS tracking details are especially off at the MV branch, as they randomly seem to mark packages delivered before they even start their route and other times retrospectively at the end of the day), yet they have not even one single time knocked on our door. At the post office, we've repeatedly talked to the post master and he basically says there's nothing he can or will do and that we should probably make sure anything important and especially all pay checks are sent to us insured and with tracking numbers added. We were shocked to hear him say that. My partner replied out loud what I was thinking too: "you're basically saying that to actually get your mail delivered, you have to pay extra and get tracking and insurance?". His response was to tell my partner that being sarcastic wasn't helping (!). Problem is he wasn't being sarcastic, there's nothing funny about any of it. Even if we wanted to do what he told us, we are both freelancers with varying people and companies sending us checks from places we don't always know (3rd parties are often involved), and therefore it is not a possibility for us. Over the past two years, we've also done probably a dozen mail holds and we always make sure to add one extra day in case we're delayed coming home. Turns out every single time we've done a mail hold in the past at this local post office, they have delivered our mail anyway, including their own note to hold our mail (!). It doesn't matter if we do the hold request online or in person (as they suggested after our first few complaints). The only exception was the last time when we did the option of picking up our mail in person and we came in a day early and they simply didn't have it, telling us it was because it was "probably out with the carrier" (!). When we went back the next day and finally got our mail, it contained another person's mail as well (unfortunately that's not unusual, not just previous residents', but neighbors' at other addresses) that looked very important and urgent and had been sitting in our hold for a week. We saw it before we left there and immediately informed them of that and they asked if we were really sure we didn't know this person? (!)... Thinking of all the possible letters of our own that we don't even know that we've been missing out on over the years makes me quite mad. I'm not joking when I say we have considering moving because of the local post office.

I know I'm wasting my time, no one is going to take any action, employees cover bosses and vice versa. and besides this message is too long But just in case someone decides to do something to make this work, here is my comment I have been going to this Post Office for years and have had positive experiences, but I can NOT say the same in recent years. Today 01/31/2022 I had to go to send a certified mail to the IRS, since today was the due date (Form 1096 / 1099 Forms). I left the office with plenty of time and arrived 10 minutes before 5:00 PM. In the Post Office at 3826 Grand View Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066 were 2 employees and a supervisor, but only one employee at the window, and long line reached the entrance door and turned to a side of the enclosure, while we all tried to keep our distance under the circumstances. 20 MINUTES later, that is to say at 05:10 PM around, the window employee announced that in 5 minutes she'll be absent and would open the window again at 05:40 PM (25 minutes later). I must confess that I did not understand the message at first since it seemed unusual and therefor confused. So, I interrupted her announcing, and tried to explain that I needed to send my mail certificated. She responded with frank annoyance and making me shut up as if I were at fault. Immediately afterwards, she continued her announcement by inviting us to dispatch ourself using the machines or come back the next day. Five minutes later she close the blinds, and put up a sign saying she would be back 5:40 PM and left the building. We all waited patiently, nobody said anything, but many of us looked at each other indignantly. 30 minutes later, he returned with her kid, whom she had gone to pick up to somewhere. She reopened the windows and continued his task as if nothing had happened. Ten minutes before 06:00 PM, she ordered the other employee to close the door of the post office so people couldn't continue coming in. I arrived at 05:53 PM, waited 1h 07 minutes, left at 05:57 PM, three minutes before the post office must be closed, there were people at the door were asking please come in. This Post Office should be open and attend 08:30AM to 06:00PM,NOT WHEN THE EMPLOYEES DECIDE, am I right?

Just moved into the area. I'm going to have to get a post office box because of the inept post office in Mar Vista. I ordered a bedspread in early April. Tracking said delay in your area. After a week I received a notice that it was being delivered on April 21st. I stayed home ALL day, with my door open so that I could hear any knocking on my screen. It said it would be delivered by 7. By 5 I checked further, signed up for another tracking with USPS. It said attempted delivery at 11:45 am. It said "no secure place to leave package". I go downstairs and inside my mailbox is the notice to pick up at the post office or have redelivered. On the form, she had time to write a 26 digit number but not the reason, or actually deliver to my very secure hands? It seems like they just get the tracking #, fill out the form and just deliver that with the mail. Don't even bother delivery of the package. We have cameras on the mail box, so the unsecured location is ridiculous. So if you live in Mar Vista and are expecting a package you have to sit next to your mailbox like Gollum from Lord of the Rings to receive your property. They don't do steps or their job. She ignored the form requesting redelivery, the tracker expired after the post office ignored repeated online requests for redelivery. The company I purchased my bedspread from just issued a replacement. Because, after walking 2 miles to pick up my package that I requested redelivery TWICE they could not find my package. The last person to have my package was my carrier. I believe all the stories here about packages being stolen may be true. I'm contacting the postmaster tomorrow. I think it's time for some drug testing and under cover monitoring at the Mar Vista Post Office. Mail tampering and theft is a felony. #marvistapostoffice #theft #inefficient #postmastergeneral #investigate

I think this location gets a bad rep because so many of its customers are unfamiliar with how mail works and require a lot of hand-holding. Last week I was in line behind a woman who got to the front of the line and asked what she needed to do to mail a regular #10 envelope! And I’ve seen plenty of people here asking other similarly basic (but not THAT basic) questions. What I haven’t seen is the staff being rude to any of these people or refusing to help then. So of course the line is longer and slower than if you go to a post office where most customers know what they are doing. This is my local post office and I frequently have my mail held when I travel. I’ve never had anyone working there be “rude” or seem “lazy” when I pickup my mail. Sometimes I have to wait a couple of minutes while someone goes to the back and gets it, but that’s totally to be expected and not a sign or “rude/lazy” workers. I’ve been completely satisfied with my interactions with this post office and have been coming here for seven years.

3 Stars because it depends whom is working what day. There are certain days where you get a mix of the best Register Employee and the worst Pick-up Employee. Let me explain: An old man came to the Pick-up window because a carrier had left a pink slip at his inbox. The old man simply wanted to know what the paper meant. When the female employee came out to the pick-up window. She had to first express that she got a new Winter Hat. They initiated conversation but the female Employee was being too much. Right off the bat, she started saying things like “Sir, dont tell me how to do my job.” or “Its too early for this today.” “Did you get a package? If you dont have a package, i dont know what to tell you!” All i can hear is the old man saying “I just want to know why they gave this to me.” Honestly, seems like the old man just needed a simple explanation. The female employee tried to victimize herself by making him like a bad customer. All i can say is, Other people in line were mouthing: “Why is she being so mean?”

They’re are the worst postal office I’ve been inside to and had to deal with. If I could move again I would because they’re not only incompetent but so unprofessional and rude!!! Sadly they believe they’re doing a great job! Management is useless and always laughing with tbt front desk ladies who handle our concerns. You can trust their work ethics let alone their word! In the past 6 years I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them. I try never to ship or have packages delivered by that office. Always come up missing and they never do their job to follow up or investigate. They also speak to you rudely and always ignore you in the office. Front desk carry conversations and laugh at customers when they’re in need of help. Requesting to speak to a manager is pointless because they’re also the problem! I wish they would clean house and fire all of them and bring real ethics hard working folks there to oversee that location. They need to conduct an internal intensive investigation at that Mar Vista Post Office.

This post office steal mail. Period. I have 2 open cases of theft originating at this branch that they are unwilling to look into with any kind of thoroughness. I understand they don’t like being accused of stealing but 2 of my last 4 packages went missing out of blue boxes and the post office parcel bin. WARNING: if you are an artist or craftsman that does online sales, that prints your own labels ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT when you drop off mail. I have had mail stolen from the parcel bin at this post office and I’m fed up and won’t tolerate it any longer. My course of action is to use companies like FedEx and UPS that are driving the postal service out of business - but if you choose to continue to use this corrupt government organization ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT. Others have been stolen from too - just look st other reviews. This isn’t an isolated incident. The employees at this branch are rude, defensive and frankly they are thieves and I will no longer use the post office in my neighborhood. ✌

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Dropped off a package on December 10th & its now January 21st. The system hasn’t updated since December 11th. I called to ask what’s going on & the lady put me on hold & didn’t realize she forgot to press the hold button & heard their entire conversation about information unrelated to anything I asked, they had a completely normal conversation as if I wasn’t waiting on the phone. I hung up & called a 2nd time & put on hold again because she couldn’t understand what I was saying, I’m so upset. This has NEVER happened to me. I still have no real information about my package or what’s going on. Edit: It's now 2022, my package was never retrieved and was stolen from this facility. Please avoid dropping packages off at this location. Not worth the money you will be paying for shipping and your items being lost or stolen.

I’ve lived in Mar Vista since 1985, this 90066 USPS Office has been giving bad service for decades. I have complained to many times and managers do nothing. I went in at opening the other day only to find out that their computer system was supposedly down, funny the kiosks for purchasing stamps or self-service we’re running fine the gate was closed and locked and there was no movement behind it?? There was a line of people over 10 deep, luckily a guy at the self-service sold me one of his stamps so I can mail my letter. I have not received my mail sometimes for days or even a week or more over, when I called to complain, I was told the carrier does not have to deliver if they haven’t finished the route in the allotted time?? Welcome to Southern California ! Zero Stars Horrible Service !

  • Allison Green

I hate whenever I have to have any interaction with the post office. The carriers are unreliable and don't deliver our mail often. When it comes to package delivery, I have had packages go missing, been reported "delivered" when they were not, and been marked "unable to deliver" because no one was home to sign when I have been at home all day waiting. There is a reason the USPS is failing and it's their lack of communication, unreliability, and poor customer service. They don't even admit to mistakes or make offers to correct situations. I get so frustrated when vendors opt to use USPS instead of UPS or FedEx. I will always opt for paperless bills and choose to use other delivery vendors because I cannot trust the post office to do their job.

  • Laura H.

My drop off packages are being Stolen from this locAtion. I sell online and drop my stuff there. Not anymore. Two packages have gone missing in the last month and it’s only been new stuff. It’s as if they are pros at knowing which boxes contain the good stuff. My packages haven’t even been scanned. I am 100% sure it’s one of the employees because I hand my stuff to them. I am going to open an investigation and if possible, file charges against whoever is stealing my expensive packages. I am at a loss and have to refund customers thanks to whoever is doing this. You are going to pay I swear. My suggestion is obvious. Don’t even come here. There’s a burglar in disguise.

  • nancy melton

1st the 800 number--20 minutes going around an automated menu which couldn't give me a selection that was relevant to my issue and so just kept be going around, No option to opt out and speak to a real person if necessary. So I called the local PO directly. After getting disconnected (that may not have been their fault)--I'm asked to call back because the person answering the phone needed to identify just who could help me. She was very courteous and made every effort to be professional but apparently didn't have the resources there to assist. So, I'm leaving work early to show up in person (my idea) and try to get this handled. There must be a better way!!!!!!!

  • Sarang Kang

I actually live not here but in a timezone where most post offices were already closed when California's was still open. And I needed information that I couldn't find online so I just randomly picked a post office to call and after 4 failed attempts at various post offices I called this one. A guy picked up right away and helped me very courteously. So much so that I wanted to leave this glowing review. I doubt I'll ever go here physically but I've appreciated their service today. If the guy I spoke with, I wish I got his name, is an example of how their workers are, I'm sure it's a great place to send your mail. That's weird. Anyways.

  • Sarah Lehman

The lady who helped me was so rude and condescending. I asked a simple question- how much it would cost to ship my package. I gave her the address and she snapped at me that I need to write it on the package myself. This was after I explained that I hadn't written it on the package yet because I wanted to check the cost first. She was also rude to the three customers in front of me- one of which was a dad trying to be super nice and explain he was buying stamps for his young daughter to play pretend with. So sad. If she hates her job she should go elsewhere and not take her bad attitude out on customers.

  • tehsir lakhanitehsir1

This post office used to be good in my eyes. However, recently they haven't been able to deliver the postmail until after the postoffice closes. I complained a couple of times and said i was going to write a review and the girl goes to me "REALLY?". Like I had no right to complain or write a review. Yes, it's my rightttttttttttt especially since you guys can't seem to hire enough people to deliver the mail on time. Also, they jacked up the mail prices for sending out mail. Gosh get it together. Now they are starting to steal packages involving money orders and checks.

  • Xin Tong (Cindy)

Our postman George went above and beyond and found a missing mail for me. It’s my passport so I was really worried to see a “delivered” tracking stamp but nothing in the mailbox. We waited two days hoping it would get delivered but no luck. I happened to see George delivering mails in the neighborhood so I talked to him. He took extra time to check with the neighbors and with the system. He then took the tracking number and told us he’ll do more investigation. 20mins later, he came back with my mail!! We’re really grateful. Thank you so much George.

  • Lu Bu

Stupid lady at pick up counter was chatting up customers about her baby told me I can pay for my passport application here, but after waiting in line for a half hour the clerk told me I can’t…… So unprofessional, but postal workers don’t care. I used to be regular carrier for the post office myself- so happy I left. If this was a private company they would go out of business. They got a big government bail out cause they need it because they are so dysfunctional. Employees know they can’t get fired so they don’t really care about their work ethic.

  • Timothy Lisagor

This post office is completely horrible. The staff are lazy, chatting with each other rather than addressing customers. When they do interact with customers, they seem annoyed that they have to manage complaints or even work. When a problem was not remedied I left and in my way out, I received a sarcastic “good luck” from one of the employees. No one monitored mask wearing and lines were disorganized with no mandate to remain apart. I sincerely cannot wait until the post office cannot compete with private carriers and is forced to close.

  • Nicole Motter

This post office will lie on the delivery status saying that it was an attempted delivery. Also if you come in to pick up your delivery they will refuse to go to the back and look for your package. The staff is extremely rude and not very helpful they obviously do not want to be there nor want to do their job. I came in very polite and in a great mood and was met with hostility and eye rolling. It’s not the appropriate way to do business even if you do not like your job USPS should probably get new management in that location.

  • Ruby Carat

This post office is a busy one, and it's understaffed. Get in early, and there is often no line. The patrons are often without postal skills, and it is amazing to me that the postal clerks keep as calm as they do. I wouldn't be able to maintain with some of the jokers that come in. Those who come in and box their stuff up right on the counter, expecting the line to wait for them really try my patience. PEOPLE package your stuff at home! Thank you Mar Vista Post Office! You're my neighborhood mail spot, and I am grateful!

  • Spencer Mathews

Can I give negative stars? Appalling and possibly criminal. It's tax day with only one employee helping customers. Despite the line of customers queued up inside the lobby, at 6 pm the employees, who would not so much as give their names, announced that nobody else would be served and slammed the rolling steel doors shut over the counter. Some folks had been patiently waiting for over an hour, not only to be denied service but also the opportunity to go go to another branch. My blood is boiling.

  • Audre Cek

I'd give 6 stars, if I could!!! Fantastic people! During this difficult time, my package was delayed, but I really needed to get it before leaving for a 2 week trip. I called this office, desperate to get the package delivered (as it was already 2 days late). Even though it was already 7.30pm, they called the postman and he went out of his way to deliver the package anyway. He arrived at 8.30pm, way past his EOB, but I GOT IT. I am beyond thankful, these people are the real heroes without capes.

  • Lina Van Quathem

During this difficult period of time, our zip code 90066 seems constantly in trouble. "Short of helper" always is the excuse, up to today we haven't received mail for 3 days, (this week we have two days delivery in total) maybe rotate to even out the delivery load if you are really short of helper, so customers all can share the good and bad service equally. It just show the ethic and moral principles of Grand View USPS, maybe the management is the real problem?!

  • Joe Santana

Worst post office. Artist threw my meds over my fence even after hearing the dogs behind the fence. The dogs tore my meds and possibly ate some as I couldn’t account for all of the quantity listed on bottle. Went to talk to supervisor and carrier admitted she tossed over my fence. Supervisor said too bad we are not responsible for damage. Unbelievable, that’s the service they give. Don’t care about you or if they poison your dogs.

  • Stephanie Palenik

You have had my medicine bouncing around for over a week. I was advised yesterday to call this morning. I accidentally called too early, and apparently tipped them off so they have decided to stop answering the phones until the trucks leave. I know, I know. You are extra busy. But I am sick and need my medicine, so I guess we all have problems. Second star because the clerk I spoke with yesterday was friendly and tried to help me.

  • louis

I dropped of 4 packages of my online sales in the drop off bin and 3 out of them was delivered without any problem but 1 was lost in the "mail". but the tracking number never updated this signifized that the package never left the facility. THEY LOST IT OR STOLE IT FROM ME !! LOST THE ITEM AND THE COST OF THE SHIPPING PLUS I REFUND THE MONEY TO THE BUYER ***PLEASE ONLINE SELLERS ALWAYS ASK FOR REICEIPT *** WHEN DROP OFF PACKAGE

  • J Anon

I'm not receiving my deliveries. I've had to go down there 3 times in 2 days, because their carrier keeps skipping my house. He puts attempted delivery, but never shows up. They won't hold their carriers accountable, or do anything about it. When you complain the carriers hold your packages ransom. I'm going to have to insist vendors ship with UPS or FedEx, until someone steps in and starts making these fools do their job.

  • Linda Benaddi

This is by far my favorite post office. The line is never too busy if not busy at all (because the staff is quick and efficient ). Also believe me or not, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. While other post office facilities had me pretty frustrated (like the one near Maxella in Marina Del Rey, the one on Wilshire blvd-Santa Monica or the one in Venice near the Venice sign), this one is my fav!

  • Sasha King

I have been going to this Post Office for years and have had positive experiences. It’s not fair that they have primarily received these bad reviews. So I am posting a positive one. Everyone I have EVER dealt with had been polite and helpful. Long lines are sometimes unavoidable. Go somewhere else, because the lines have also moved quite smoothly and quickly for me here. I drop off packages all the time.

  • Mariel Betron

I’ve had 2 packages stolen in a 2 week span and have had to hold my packages at this post office location. I’m not sure these people know what they’re doing as my notifications tell me that my package is delivered at the post office and when I go to pick up they have not scanned it in the system yet? People Please Do Not Mail your votes in, Vote in person this election so you know it counts!

  • Robin Shipmeadow

Literally told me that customer service was not there to help me and only had to do what they felt like. Told me that they were going out of their way in informing me of a possible solution after I asked them several times for solution options and didn't even help me all the way. They put me on hold for thirty minutes then told me to call the next morning and contact the manager.

  • Ryan Perera

Service is terrible went to go pick up a package and only one worker she was super friendly however she was over worked it’s the best she could do she had to radio someone 3 times before they came out from the back and wouldn’t give me my package because the mailman left a note w/ signature required and misspelled my last name she stated it doesn’t match

  • Jessica Magallon

I was extremely unimpressed with this Post Office. The line was insanely long and there were only two employees working the window. The ladies working the window were rude and unhelpful. When I asked a simple question, the lady answered with a huge attitude and sent me to the back of the line. I will never return to that post office again.

  • Sonya Sophia Kahn

Rude, nasty attitude, unprofessional! Holiday season - I understand they can be overwhelmed but these USPS workers get paid for their job and not doing us any favors. Manager Martinez was talking to me in a demeaning tone, yelling at me. So disrespectful. And these people represent United States Postal Services. What a shame.

  • KP G

I gave this location 4-stars. Not sure why reviews aren’t better, to be honest. I felt staff were doing the best they could, and were friendly and efficient, despite being fairly crowded. You can use the self-service machine if in a hurry. Note: there is a separate line for picking up packages. Good stamp selection.

  • Audrey E

I have never seen more unfriendly, unprofessional and rude post office clerks as this particular one. No wonder the post office is almost out of business. It's because their customer service is below zero. Whoever manages this particular branch must be replaced immediately. He/she has no idea what they are doing.

  • Yuliya Dudenko

This is unbelievable. I came to send some mail. The place inside was completely empty. NOT even one person was working. Finally after 15 min of waiting someone showed up saying that there is no one will help you because we are at lunch. Come back in 30 min. Personally I never had this kind of customer experience

  • Alicia Tran (Kazy)

Employees don’t know how to do their job. My sister was trying to send me a care package to a DEPLOYED LOCATION saying the address is invalid when I can pull up the address on their website saying it’s valid. Disappointed I can’t depend on my own United States postal office while I’m deployed. Thanks for nothing

  • My Panda Paints

"Thelma" needs to find her Louise and lose her attitude. I called to ask a simple question that I was not clear about and she went off on me saying how I need to make sure that I ask her the right question because it's not her job to know what I need. Sadly, before I could hang up on her, she hung up on me.

  • DOREEN SHARMA

our post office lady see our bussniess is closed leave our package out side where homeless and who ever wants picks it up n gone..calling waiting for manger and still no service, very bad service..lots of time we have to call who send the package they have to send everything with other carrier..bad service

  • Megan Cooper

Today is observed as New Year's it states on your website. It's says that your open on Google. However, by stopping by your not open. Its1:11pm, it would be nice if you could just put a nice size sign on the door with the date your closed. Several people have stopped by and thought you were open as well.

  • Mansour Khatib

I see a lot of negative comments and I simply loved it. Great accessible location, parking, clean and nice size for a neighborhood location. I was there Monday morning, enough counterstaff and I did not wait a minute. I am sure they have busy times... but for me it was awesome and everyone was friendly.

  • Camille Harris

Worst service EVER!!! No wonder the Post Office is having financial problems. These people are disrespectful and have nasty attitudes. I've never been confrontational with these people but ask a question and a rude attitude always prevails. This people are obviously miserable with their job!!

  • ZKam Nester

This post office is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. They are very slow, short-staffed and don’t open on-time. I’ve walked out of here three times in one week because of the long lines. Terrible service and terrible reviews here! Here it is 8:46am. Supposed to open at 8:30am. …

  • Yessenia Buezo Munoz

I haven’t had lost item issues with my other post office but I’ve had 3 missing items when I have dropped off packages to this particular post office. All three missing packages were taken there on the same day and all missing and on different occasions. Can’t trust this location.

  • Kat Yu

I've had good experiences at this post office. Staff is friendly and they're willing to help - this applies to both in-person and when calling in. Yes it can be a little slow at times, but it depends on the time, and what kinds of services other people are asking for...

  • Deborah Moynier

I live within the Mar Vista postal area. These postman and woman act like they don't want to be bothered dealing with delivering mail. For the past 2 days it says I have to important letters. I have yet to recieve any mail in 2 days. Where are my important letter?

  • Jeanette Leon

The workers are rude. I work in retail, so I always make it a point to ask people who are working, how they're doing and be extra nice because I know customers can be rude. I thanked them for helping me and didn't even get a response. In return I got "NEXT"

  • chelsea ryan

I wanna support this place but the package drop off is ALWAYS jammed! I don’t know why, seems like an easy fix but since it’s jammed you’re left with the option of waiting in a really long line to drop off pre labeled stuff. I’m giving up on this place.

  • A Townsend Bass

Had a problem with signing up for post office box and receiving REAL NOTIFICATIONS via mobile phone. Although it took a while to get it corrected, London and the counter staff were patient and helpful with getting the kinks worked out. Thanks USPS!

  • James Buongiorno

Would give zero stars if I could. This place needs to get their act together. Whoever is answering the phone seems like they literally couldn’t care less about their job. Treated me like I was wrong for trying to get ahold of them. Unbelievable.

  • Mark Sprague

Super nice staff. People getting all mad if there stuff is late but cmon this is a massive government agency. As far as reviewing a single branch all you can judge is the people at this branch... and everyone nice and helpful and knows what up.

  • Juan Gutierrez-Delgado

The personnel working today we're very polite and helpful and courteous. Was very satisfied with their customer service was some I had not anticipated and seen at another post office in a long time. 5--23-2015. Very clean and organized.

I agree with someone who, spoke here about employees lazyness it is obvious you see that very clear, when you ask questions. Specially the guy who answer the phone. Remember people they are just waiting for that good retirement to come.

  • Kalina M

Not the best place for people who don't use mailing services regularly and know the drill. There are no labels or pens to write with so if you show up with an unlabeled package hoping to just label it there, good luck. Maybe it's this

  • AJ Jayson

Tracy was awesome today! While she was unable to help me through to the end (as the person with access to the software was out today), she was very kind and courteous. I'm looking forward to going back to this location, thanks Tracy!

  • Rian Bosak

This is the worst post office I've ever been in. Rude and slow staff. Very inattentive to customers at the pick up window. USPS, if you want to remain in business then this is not the type of institution you should be running.

  • liliana m

So I did 2 over night packages 1 was fine the other was stolen never maid it out of the post office never scanned out went the next day to ask they just put my number down never got a call back beware there stealing boxes

  • Ileen Kreps

Unable to talk with a person regarding a package delivery error. Unable to use auto tracking. Seems there is not enough numbers for the usps to process.the delivery was to come to the home address not the postal office.

  • Sheldon Hyde

This is the best of the post offices in the area. If you're busy during the week, this one opens at 8:30 AM on Saturdays, and there should not be a line of more than one or two people. That's difficult to match.

  • Carmen Cortez

My packages arrive completely opened and damaged. The worst mail carrier services on the planet. Deserves ZERO stars. Avoid at all costs. I don't understand why this location has not been shut down yet.

  • N.

This post office lost my package, admitted they lost my package and had geolocation scan information showing they did, and refused to do anything to find it or pay me back for the value of the package.

  • Gina Serpentina

The line flows very easily and the space is a littler larger than the other ones in the area. The clerks here are super friendly and provide a chill atmosphere. Favorite one in the area! ♥️

  • Mary Forde

Rude, rude, rude. They ought to be grateful that they have the opportunity to SERVE the public, which pays their salaries. I will be using UPS from now on. UPS says thank you, with a smile.

  • Brenda Garcia

Customer service is horrendous. I even tried calling via phone hoping I would obtain a different customer service experience; nope, SAME. Was also put on hold for over an hour.

  • Chris Morris

The staff worked reasonably quickly and were relatively friendly and helpful. They told me how much postage I would need for my envelopes and then sold me the stamps I needed.

  • BLKRUSS

How is this entity still functioning. Lazy people who barley want to lift a finger to do the job. Waiting for 20 min just for someone to go and look for a package. Pathetic

  • T Harnell

This is the BEST PO! The customer service is better than any PO I've ever been to, it's very clean, and the employees really are friendly. If you have to go - go here!

  • tommy d

Lazy and worst post office when it comes to delivering your mail and packages. My regular mail person is great but when he goes on vacation this post office can sink.

  • Michael Metz

Just like all the other reviews, this is the absolute worst post office in the nation. The staff is terrible, always a line, and your mail will get lost eventually.

  • Zarah Evl

Nice and clean environment with alot of supplies. Daimion greeted with a pleasant "I am happy to assist next in line" and happy face. A very nice PO!

  • rob a (bit of raf)

Cant see any people are complaining - they give good service - there is always more than one person dealing with customers & the lines are short. :)

  • Maria Sokolovskaya

It's one of the best USPS offices in the area! The service is MUCH faster than in many other locations and all staff members are always friendly.

  • Iris

Have never had any issues here. Staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. USPS has been a godsend for my small business!

  • TrinaMarkus Tolentino

They don't know when to open, close, and where your packages are. I wonder how much gas and time this place has wasted for everyone.

  • Chris C

Since when does a shipping label cost money? Do not waste your time at this location. Rude employees and dirty facilities.

  • Alexander Walker

I send hundreds of packages from here and they all arrive. There are a lot of helpful things they do that you don't see.

  • Perry K

This is probably the fastest post office I've been to. They have some helping to help speed up the line when it's busy.

  • Roland Benke

Great and very kind service!! Thank you for helping us with our mail even after working hours!!

  • mx alix

They don't play music. Sometimes only one employee available during lunch hour

  • Corey Fortenberry

This is the BEST POST OFFICE!!!! Love everyone so much ❤️ Always so helpful ☺️

  • Hooman Yeganeh

Online on google maps shows hours open till 6pm Saturday, they are closed.

  • David Bernhardt

Amazing service to track and provide our lost mail. Thanks for the help

  • Isiah Smith

Run. They're unprofessional and lose mail with impunity. Stay away.

  • Mike Dituri

USPS is trash. The only thing they deliver correctly is junk mail.

  • Jiuxu Song

The staff is racist, very rude, and not helpful at all.

  • Deidra Kathleen

They work pretty quickly. Nice people. Clean place.

  • Gary Sakamoto

This post office DOESN'T do GENERAL DELIVERY.

  • Stefan Dragojevic

Nikki is always very kind and professional.

  • Outside The Matrix

Very rude staff.
