Had no pens in the entire store or available anywhere. Would not let any customers mail anything out if it wasn’t fully completed and addressed but customers purchasing boxes, filling out custom forms, or filling out any paperwork weren’t able to do so and clerk rudely said it was a courtesy and to go elsewhere
