Karen in the front desk she discriminates against certain people every time she would not help me I have to wait for someone else even other employees agreed with me on why she won’t help me and I realize she does it with other people as well, I had already complain but usps seems not to take care of this matter I will not stop until Someone lessens to me and I will escalate this situation which is very uncomfortable for me .and if you guys required proof I can Show video Of her doing this things. But I also have to credit the rest of the staff are very nice, helpful, and give great costumer service.

A package was marked as “delivered” but I never received it. I made a claim and made several calls, each time the guy on the line would give me an excuse and said he would leave a note to the supervisor “Andrew” and he has NEVER called me back about my missing package. I have only talked to Andrew once on the phone by pure luck, who said he would call me back “as soon as possible” about my case. Over 3 weeks later and nothing. And based on reviews here it seems like missing packages and incompetent staff is a reoccurrence here.

I drop off my rent check here because the landlords PO Box is located there, on two occasions it has taken over a WEEK to get to her box and I've had to pay a late rent fee and it just makes me look irresponsible! They also never ever answer thier phones. Waiting to hear about my status on a package that they "couldnt deliver"so we'll see.. this place just needs better management/more employes that care.

I am really getting sick of USPS. $30 for next day delivery is not free and here we are, the next day. Delivery is going to take who knows how much time as it just sits at the airport waiting for people to deliver on their promise. Don’t forget UPS and FedEx exists folks. USPS needs stronger competition. I wonder if the aforementioned companies are this incompetent

Don't try calling this post office, they don't answer their phones!......I had a re-delivery scheduled for last week May 17th and my package still hasn't been delivered!....tried calling them to see if I can get an answer as to where my package is, but no answer. When I get off of work , they are closed.

I have a PO box service here, Once I lost the key , they helped me so quick , hassle free in a friendly manner for the replacement of duplicate key. They always helped me for the choosing best and cheap Postal services through out the America and globally. Keep it up. God bless you guys.

Sent a package from France to my friend in Van Nuys, she got the paper noticing that the package had arrive at the post office. Yet when she went there the package was nowhere to be found ... international package are so expensive, the least they could do is not loose it !!!

Its nearly 11:am and the lobby with the P.O.Boxes is closed. Its supposed to be open regardless of the holiday. I drove here for nothing and Im going home empty handed. The girl responsible for opening the doors is probably taking the day off. Extremely disappointed.

I read all these reviews and I was actually afraid of going there. I scheduled my visit thinking about spending hours there but it was really fast. The customer service was good. They helped me a lot, I got my money order, stamps and everything really fast.

I have been trying to call and get ahold of someone for the past 2 days. I tried calling 10 times, all at different times of the day. No one ever answers and I get a notice “the mailbox is full”. Guess if you can’t go there in-person, you are out of luck.

Don't know why people don't like going here, I've come here twice and the staff has always been nice. Patricia helped me this morning and she was very patient with me and helped assure I filled out the right customs forms

Karen discriminates and will only help who she wants to help if your Hispanic wait for someone else te help you did complain already but no one seems to do anything about it. rest of the personal is friendly and helpful.

I've been calling for 2 hours. Nobody answers this number. So frustrating! They say they delivered my package in my mailbox. I don't have a mailbox or my package or any way to talk to anybody regarding this.WTH!

I call right after they open and somehow all of the representatives are already on the phone and won't be free for over an hour?? I don't buy that, they just don't want to have to do work right away.

This location is wonderful. Norma is the best employee I've ever come across at a USPS. She's patient, efficient, kind, energetic, helpful, informative and you can tell she takes her job seriously.

Bad service ,a tall American lady is a racist with latinos and discriminates people that dont speak English, I had to come back home with my package because of her ,it has happened twice

This post office supposedly the box lobby hours opens at 6:00am is always close probably opens at 7:00 or 8:00 I do not know should it change the hours very bad service

Excellent services provided at this location. The manager was super helpful in tracking down a package. We love coming to our local post office. Please never close!

This is a wonderful small post office in Van Nuys. The clerks are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There is seldom a line. I recommend highly recommend it.

This post office didn't answered phones, I have package on the tracking showed it was arrived 3 weeks ago until today i didn't get it so..so disappointed!!!

Lost my package. Told me to wait 30 days to make a claim. Employee smug and took no responsibility. Clearly happens all the time here.

Worst possible service. A clerk turn me down so rudely this morning when I was asking for some help on sending parcels. Unbelievable!

Finally found good mailstation! Thats what i thought untill my bills got lost hopefully i wont get late payment from my creditors

This post office is the worst. Its 9:00sm and the lobby isn't open. But on the door it shows open at 6 :00AM.

Hours are not as listed. Lobby is locked by 3:30PM despite saying the lobby is open for drop offs till 5.

After waiting 15 min in line they tell me that they don't take cards that day! Give my 15 minutes back!
