"I called to inquire about why I was receiving mail, after moving from this district, from some sources and others were stamped with 'insufficient address- return to sender'"
"I went to this post office for passport and PHOTO SERVICES for my child"
"THEY LOST MY MEDICATION! I know my carrier and she's the best"
"I ordered a wedding gift that was supposed to be delivered June 22, it was not"
"Fedex gave my package to USPS to deliver"
I called to inquire about why I was receiving mail, after moving from this district, from some sources and others were stamped with 'insufficient address- return to sender'. I was told that it was because the post office where I had moved to was at fault. She did not know that I had already talked to that post master who informed me that the letter carrier had to be not putting it back into the system correctly. I went to the post office and was politely informed by a different person that notations would be made and that should take care of the problem. However, when I tried to get a reimbursement for a guaranteed delivery that did not arrive on time, I was told by a person at the counter that without the white register receipt they could not issue a refund. (This person sounded like the same one I had spoken to the week before on the phone.) That I could potentially have found the Priority mail receipt I produced and be faking it and could reuse it again and again. I was told that my drivers license with signature was not sufficient to prove that the person named on the priority express receipt is me. I went to another post office and received the refund without any problem and was informed that once the refund was issued, the tracking number was flagged so that a refund could not be issued again. The rude person involved with the refund was not the same pleasant person who I spoke to in person about the non-delivery issue moments before. Just goes to show that one person providing bad customer service can easily override good customer service provided by a person who cares about the customers being served.
I went to this post office for passport and PHOTO SERVICES for my child. Although, it is more logical to expect the company offering photo services to provide the necessities to complete the job, I was somehow expected to bring a white drop cloth for my child’s passport photo. When Mrs. Young, the individual taking my child’s photo, found out I did not bring a white drop cloth, she spoke to me as if I was incompetent and used an unprofessional, rude, and argumentative tone. Even though I remained polite, and told her I was not informed to bring a white drop cloth, she continued to be intolerant. Against Mrs. Young’s likeness, another worker suggested I hold my daughter against the white background, they did provide, while staying undetected. It worked! Mrs. Young then tried to repair the blow to her ego, for not being willing to provide an alternative, tried to discredit the legitimacy of the photo, even though two of her coworkers said the photo looked fine. Fortunately, I forgot my ID at home, so Mrs. Young was not able to complete my passport application, because at this point I’m feeling uneasy about Mrs. Young’s motives. Tammy, the supervisor was very understanding, and the other postal workers were helpful, which is why I’m giving a two star rating. Moving forward, I’ve decided to complete my child’s passport application at a different post office.
THEY LOST MY MEDICATION! I know my carrier and she's the best. I give her 5 stars. Over the last year they've lost 3 of my packages. Not my carrier, the store. When I have a pkg, my carrier always knocks on my door and gives it to me. When they have an alternate carrier, that's when the packages get lost. I'm a Veteran and my health care is provided at the VA Hospital. They mail my medications to me. 2 weeks ago, they mailed my one of my prescriptions. It's not hard to know when a package is a prescription from the VA. My carrier ALWAYS makes sure I receive it and know about it. The prescription mailed 2 weeks ago has never arrived. The VA shows that it was delivered, but it never was. So here I am without my medication. The VA won't replace it, this post office told them it was delivered. So in other words, I'm simply out of luck without my meds and it's getting worse every day. This post office says it was my carrier's fault. My lady carrier who always takes care of me wasn't working that day so it was an alternate carrier. Still, that does my no good. My prescription is gone. I guess it would make a difference if I was one of those Vets who go postal, but too bad I'm not. No meds because of this post office so this one Vet who doesn't matter has to suffer for another two weeks.
I ordered a wedding gift that was supposed to be delivered June 22, it was not. The company said "oh well" but they couldn't help. I contacted UPS and getting a real person was truly a feat and they couldn't help (they subcontracted the last leg of the delivery to USPS and it would not be delivered until after the wedding). So I called the Nora branch (Indpls.IN) of the post office and they answered the phone on my first call, with a "real" person. The agent looked up the UPS tracking number and the USPS transfer number, they took my information so they could keep a lookout for my package while they were sorting incoming parcels and guess what, they called an hour after I had talked to them and had found the package. The agent said I could drop by and pick it up so I would have it for the wedding July 23. The "Above and Beyond" person was Lateeshe, she was helpful and kind.
Fedex gave my package to USPS to deliver. That’s problem #1. USPS didn’t deliver my package because there was “no access”. They deliver mail to my apartment complex every day. I’m not sure how they don’t “have access”. The carrier also left no note that he even attempted delivery. It was 3 days later I discovered they “attempted” delivery according to the tracking number. So I went to the post office when they opened at 8 AM and after searching for 15 minutes gentleman behind the counter took my name and number and said that he would have to speak to my carrier (Who doesn’t arrive until 9 AM) and he’d call me back. I guess it just slipped his mind because no phone call was forthcoming. *UPDATE* Was never called back. They never attempted re-delivery and after another 4-5 days I get a USPS text notification that my package is being returned to sender. Pathetic.
My husband went to pick up a package and the lady told her she thinks the handwriting on the pink slip is poor handwriting and thinks it says another date then what it clearly says. Refused to even look in the system or in the back. I've had nothing but issues with this location. One time I was sending a bday card and the rep rudely asked "what is it?!" Other locations I've had "does it have anything dangerous or anything of value". Which are NORMAL questions for safety and if you need insurance. Then after I told her what it was she asked blatantly if it had money. Like I'm going to tell her after hearing the first question and how she speaks. She then bends the card right in front of me acting like she is picking it up but then sets it right back down. I've watched them treat everyone else exactly the same.
We went to this post office one week ago for passports. They said we HAD to have an appointment. She said it was on the website. I made an appointment for today @ 3:20. I went to the website and there was no mention of an appointment. We arrived 20 minutes early. We talked to several employees who said they would be with us soon. At 3:40 I asked to talk to a supervisor. The lady told me to come to her line. There were maybe 8 people in line. I told her that I had an appointment in the book. She said come to the regular line instead of at the passport desk. I called the Castleton branch and they wouldn't take an appointment, walk-in only. The Nora branch has consistently disappointed me! I am going to the Castleton branch. I am writing a letter to the Postmaster about the incompetence at this branch.
I CALLED THE NORA POST OFFICE TO SEE IF THEY RECEIVE MY PACKAGE FROM FED EX TO AVOID IT BEING LEFT AT MY DOOR AND POSSIBLY STOLEN. THE SUPERVISOR ON DUTY REFUSED TO CHECK MY TRACKING NUMBER OR PLACE A HOLD ON MY PACKAGES. HE INFORMED ME THAT THEY MUST "ATTEMPT A DELIVERY" BEFORE HE COULD HELP ME FURTHER. THAT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. I NOW KNOW WHY THE POST OFFICE IS STRUGGLING BECAUSE MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARE USING STRICTLY FED EX AND UPS. IF I CAN AVOID HAVING TO DEAL WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE I WILL. HE WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OF COURSE WON'T OFFER ANY REIMBURSEMENT IF MY PACKAGES ARE IN DEED STOLEN OR LOST. I WILL PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO HAVE FED EX OR UPS SEND DIRECTLY TO MY LEASING OFFICE IN THE FUTURE.
I've used this post office for some time and have always had decent service. Nothing extraordinary, but today I wandered in to the lobby not really thinking about the time. Turns out it was exactly 3pm on a Saturday, and I got an immediate "We're closed" in a gruff unfriendly voice. My package was prepaid, and I was just going to drop it in the box in the lobby, but I couldn't even take a step inside until I was addressed in a less than pleasant fashion. It's a good thing I actually came in right at 3. A second later and I wouldn't have even been able to mail my package as the drop box in the lobby was overfilled per the usual and then closed on Sunday. Despite my uncomfortable entrance,I'm glad I made it.
The office personnel have really gotten thier act together. In the past I've witnessed rude behavior from practically every one behind the counter and and overall unwillingness to be of assistance. After a recent visit I've seen a huge change in patience, proactively helping, improved customer service work flows and overall teamwork. It's impressive to see this kind of a turnaround in service and I wanted to let them know that it's appreciated. I know customer service is a tough job but they are definitely on the right path. I would give 5 stars for cleanliness and if all equipment was working but we aren't there just yet. Keep it up!
Idk why carrier/post office continue ignore incorrect ,strangers mail to my box. yr Prior to me, unit has been empty!Suddenly 4mos ago i recieve numerous, lots a mail ppl idk! I address the post office twice. An carrier Along w/ sign posted inside my mailbox.I dont even get my expected Mail. Idk if it is gone to someone else box as well.My neighbor experience this also.Help ?!I returned strangers important mail w2 personally to them.Mail still keeps coming. I not sure if it is scam mail a what use my addy Why carrier ignore addresses & names? Why i give 2☆ sorry.
I am very disappointed with the service of this post office. If i could give less than 1 star I would. On more than one occasion, packages have been lost. Attempts to follow up to ensure that materials are delivered have been met with uneccessary rudeness, uncalled for beratement and general disdain. Public service is difficult, I understand. However, this is your job. People still rely on USPS for the transfer of important materials and documents. This branch is anything but reliable and the individuals I have interacted with have been deplorable.
If I could give 0 stars I would because they've sent mail back to sender for me multiple times- including a new debit card THREE times in a row- saying my address did not exist and could not be found. However, they've let junk mail come through to me all the time. Completely incompetent and frustrating beyond belief. This isn't a problem only I have. Many people have had this problem as well. The only bright side of this post office branch is former mail carrier Sue and current mail carrier Charles in Indianapolis. They know exactly what to do.
Great customer service! I had already set up a passport appointment so it was mostly smooth sailing for me, but I noticed that the employee (Tasha?) was doing her best to take care of me as well as some other customers who hadn't set up an appintment. Even though she was full for the day, she was trying to make it happen for them because they had made a long drive to get there. Not only that, but she told me that if I updated my passport within a year of it being printed, that I could get it updated to my new married name for free.
After taking MY mail and rejecting mail addressed to tenants that haven't lived in my unit for years, the carrier marked my box as vacant. I called last week to report this and they said they'd fix it. Now I'm receiving no mail at all and they are declining my calls. Not just not picking up, they are declining my calls. At this point, I have no respect for mail workers. I'm glad the USPS is going under and I hope none of their employees get their pensions when they do.
This is the second time that I've had a package put in someone else's mailbox and basically the post office will do nothing about it because there was no insurance on it. So your employees can keep messing up, while people lose money because they can't read? Interesting. And unfortunately we live in a trash society where people steal. So unless a miracle happens, I'm out of my money, someone else got my package and I have to spend more money to get what I want.
This is our local post office. We are resellers and come here often. The employees have recently changed and so has the customer service, as in, there is none. Employees are completely unhelpful, even more so they are rude and complain openly when customer have more than a few packages to scan. I was in line today 11.7.22 around 6:40pm and witnessed an female employee call a customer "ugly." I was so embarrassed for this young man. Very unprofessional.
I got here at 6:50 PM they close at 7 PM the young gentleman shut the door in my face told me I had to use the machine in the lobby and all I had was a prepaid package and needed a receipt and of course the machine was out of order and could not even give me a receipt so I could not ship my package I was very upset because I left work early just to make it here and I didn’t get my package shipped customer service is the worst service I’ve ever had
Literally the most exceptional post office experience I've ever had. Folks here are always nice, but the other day the young man who helped me was OUTSTANDING. I came in right before closing and needed tons of help mailing a large back pack. He went above and beyond even after the 7pm closing time to help out. I feel terrible that I have since forgotten his name, but my husband and I will always drive across town to this post office from now on.
This is the wrost posr office I've ever been too in my life the People will lie to you over the phone the price change every hour and the in person customers sucks the people who work there dont know anything and they don't act like they want to help I wish ups would take over this system and fire everyone at this office they really need to learn some customers service skill if it wasnt for our mail you wouldnt have a job remember that
I used to live in Nora and this post office was amazing. It's really gone downhill in the past few years. My experience today was so bad. The clerk (African American, young, long hair in braids) was incredibly rude and was more interested in using her phone to send selfies to someone that to help me. The automated machines were broken (of course). I keep hearing this post office is scheduled to close and I hope it does soon.
I made an appointment to do my passport and they did not honor my appointment, nor let me know that they could not honor it, despite the fact that they require both a phone number and an email address to make the appointment. The "we don't have anyone to do that today" is pretty lame considering there was someone sitting on a stool whose only job was to tell people they didn't have enough people to work today.
Every time I go in here there’s some dude named Andy barking orders at people , completely rude and unprofessional. Another older gentleman put a next window sign up as soon as it was my turn. The nice lady and younger gentleman where very kind, but the other two where probably the most immature acting people in the building . It was really an unpleasant experience. Never going back there’s more post offices .
Had my mail stolen, reported it and spoke to the supervisor at the Nora office. After waiting close to 45 minutes, he finally said he would call me once he looked in to this. I have heard NOTHING. I’ve filed a police report, I’ve received a case number after calling the USPS mail theft department, and I’ve already had fraudulent charges on my credit card due to this theft. WHY DIDNT I RECEIVE A CALL BACK??
There is a large, very unhappy man that stands up front and barks orders at people entering. He doesn't know how to interact with people at all. He shouldn't be customer facing. He makes the atmosphere tense and uninviting. Go to a different one if you can! It's worse than the BMV here! I went to a different one and was pleasantly surprised. The one on Bash Rd has amazing, kind people that work there.
I am shocked at how the employees treated me at this post office! All I needed to do was renew my passport. They were not helpful at all and were so rude when they spoke to me, when they weren’t ignoring my question! I ended up walking out and going to the Castleton branch were the ladies gave me a form & told me exactly what to do! Apparently, I am not the only customer who has been treated this way!
I had a mix up where I accidentally sent a flat rate box incorrectly- once I figured it out, I gave this branch a call- not only did they locate it, but held it for me to resolve my mistake. Ms. KATIE- THANK YOU SO MUCH! They were severely busy and handled everything with the best customer service I've experienced from any company! My business will be coming to this location for life!! Thank you all!
I have never had such horrible service... They have lost 3 packages and found it in the same building for days. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Also they refuse to deliver you package, they will sometimes leave a note on your door or mailbox then send response none was home without knocking and still will not deliver. This has happened more then 5 times now. Worst government employees ever.
Utterly rude!! The only passport associate there blew off my scheduled and confirmed appointment. The other associate there STANLEY was extremely rude to me. He raised his voice toward me and told me I was being rude (while yelling at me...lol) What a mess this place is! Isn't there anything we citizens can do? Don't we deserve some accountability from the employees WE PAY with our taxes.?
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Mail carriers do not pay attention to addresses. I have received multiple packages/mail that were addressed to someone else. Which I returned. Today I realized I hadn't received a package that says it was placed in my mailbox on May 20th. Which I never received. USPS needs to do a better job of making sure packages and mail get to the right mailbox. This is unacceptable!
The mail lady’s and gentleman are really bad this is the office where all the mail comes to my apartment complex, I always get wrong mail and just yesterday I did not receive my package, they do not know how to do there job right! And I’m pretty sure they misplaced my package in another mail box for the main reason that I get wrong mail frequently including packages, really bad services.
This post office accepts passport applications. Pretty standard post office. They should have more staff on hand during busy times. It's not uncommon to have one postal worker on duty with a long line. Passport applicants use a sign up sheet and do not need to stand in line. This is obvious. They need more signs to make people aware of this, in addition to making regular announcements.
This has the worst delivery ever since the mail box station was put in the Brandywine apartments complex. The mail is late and the packages that require signature are never delivered to your door but they leave a notice instead for re-delivery but that does not get done. I have tried three times to get a parcel redelivered to my door and have yet to get the package delivered.
My package was lost or stolen. Said it was delivered but was at home and no knock on the door. I got an email at 10pm stating my package was delivered when I went out side there was nothing. I have filed an online claim and was denied and multiple appeals and denied. I think this is really unresponsive. Literally lost $75 and no one wants to be responsible. Disappointed!
I don't know what has happened to the delivery service with this post office but this year it has been awful. They have continually lost my packages and it has cost me in some cases or it is time consuming to call the vendor to track my package plus to arrange a refund for my bank account. They really need to review their process and personnel that deliver their goods.
After being informed that I couldn't send a 6x8 padded envelope, which measured at 1/4" thick, as first-class mail and instead had to pay three times the cost to send it as a package, I declined the offer. Instead, I headed to the next closest post office where they were willing to send my envelope as first-class mail. I recommend considering a different location.
The employee that helped me was named Juan, the supervisor. I had a package that I really needed picked up because it was a gift and I couldn't have it show up at my hosue when I wasn't there. He went out of his way to search the mornings received packages and found it for me. Great customer service, most companies won't give two seconds of their time for you.
Great, friendly, helpful service! Today was my first visit to this location, so I cannot speak on this office's past; but it appears Johnny below is right. This location definitely has its staff going for it. Office itself is a bit unorganized, and there are not a lot of surfaces on which to work/write, but rest of the visit really made up for it.
It's a real shame that my tax dollars in addition to money I put into postage go into the pay of the individuals working at this branch. There are very few employees at this post office that are helpful, let alone enthusiastic -- it makes for a very dreadful experience. Unless you have to renew a passport, go to the Broad Ripple branch instead.
Easily my favorite post office in Marion County. Always cheerful staff and two kiosks. A gentleman there took time to teach me how to save time and scan my packages at kiosk. They have package bins conveniently placed by the kiosk. I always look forward to days when I go to this post office because the staff is so caring and friendly.
Horrible customer service. I payed for a key and it has been three weeks and have not recieved anything, not the key nor an answer as to why it is taking so Long. One of the people there treated horribly my daughter when she asked for mail telling her to call a phone number (doesnt even answer) over and over again, speaking over her
I never thought I would feel inspired to write a review for a post office, but this staff is the best! They always make sure that I’m packaging my mail for the cheapest price and are always so positive! Greatly appreciated when post office lines can be long and frustrating. Latasha, specifically, is extremely helpful and wonderful!
Rude and unprofessional. I received a card from my grandmother fully opened that was supposed to have money in it and when I called she said well that's something your grandmother isn't supposed to do. Pardon me but that's not your determination to make little miss. Lets focus on the fact that my mail was opened and money taken!!!!
Everyone is mouthy. Disrespectful. I thought they were racists until I saw that they treat everyone equally horrible. Won't let you speak to a Supervisor (play games). Threaten to have you removed forcibly if you have an issue/concerned and they don't want to deal with it. Missed package pickups despite confirmation numbers, etc.
Latasha was amazing while helping me with my passport. She was super friendly, funny, and very eager to help...and knows her stuff. Customer Service isn't easy, and she was patient and respectful to me and other customers that needed help. My last passport experience at another branch wasn't good. Not this time....Thank you!
I had an issue with my mail not being delivered, so I visited this location to see what was going on. The staff was friendly and worked together to figure out the issue pretty quickly. It was nice that they could communicate directly with the mail carriers to get information and make spot adjustments.
Mailed two letters from this location one certified that was due to be delivered on 11/22. As I am writing this on 12/2 still not delivered. The other piece was just local mailed from the Nora location on 11/17 still has not been delivered. Will never trust this location again!
My package still in transit like 1 month! And nobody can help me in this office (even the cust service), all the employees is rude and not care at all then just tell me I have to wait in a rude way, very not welcome as a employee, and they not doing anything, ZERO service! Ewh
This branch is incompetent. They rejected my mail after I changed my address three months ago. Stated my mom lived there before me that’s why she got her mail. My mother and I moved to this place at the same time. So nice try. Rude staff. Please obtain better management.
Poor customer service! One person on the desk. Not paying attention to what I needed. Try to wait on me and someone needed a passport. She left me standing at the counter while she took pictures for passports. Really!!! She needs Customers service training 101.
The deliverywoman did really bad job. It is not my first time that got the wrong package when she delivered stuff. The first time is a mistake but the second time is not a mistake, it is a choice. She is very Irresponsible and careless about her customers.
i use this post office offen and 85% of the time the staff act like they don't want to be there, are rude, and treat you like they are better than you. There are other branches, which are a little farther, that do not treat CUSTOMERS this way.
Do not go here!!! Beware. The employees that work here are extremely rude and demeaning. They should not be working with people. I work in the hospitality industry and I have never been treated like that nor would EVER treat anyone like that.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They have been holding a package of mine for 6 days now and there is no way to get ahold of them. I’m not driving over an hour to retrieve my package that should have already been MAILED TO MY HOUSE.
Zero stars, worst customer service I've ever had at a post office! My person was rude and rushing me as I had already waited in line for 20 minutes to mail a package, she told me to hurry up,pay her because there were other people waiting?
The older gentleman who rudely greets people as they walk in should not be in costumer service. I showed up to my appointment to get my passport photo taken 20 minutes early knowing there was paperwork to be filled out. He was livid and
Tammy, the manager, and Ketty, the sales clerk were both helpful, patient, calm and knowledgeable. They assisted customers and remained calm yet efficient during this busy time of year. Can’t say enough about their customer service!
Wao!! Dude,.. it was a package joke. In all seriousness the post office employees are really bad. I ADDED AN EXTRA STAR FOR TAMIA THE MANAGER. She’s the exception she was amazing THANK YOU TAMIA.The rest of your crew is terrible.
The people that work here are completely unhelpful! I need to tape a label onto a package and they wanted my to buy tape for one label. I've been to many post offices ad I have to say, this was the worse one I've ever been to!
if you could leave one star I would. terrible. won't answer phone, rude in person, lazy employees. if they hate their job that much, they all should quit. there are plenty of people to hire with a decent attitude.
I have lived down the road from this location for 5 years and whenever I've had issues arise from the postal route, which isn't too often, they have made accommodations to make it right. Great staff. Thank you.
Juan, Ashley, and Kelley were incredibly helpful. I had a small conundrum that I wasn’t sure could be resolved, but they guided me through everything and found a better solution than I could have hoped for.
I keeping calling the phone number and no one ever answers, not even a machine to give alternate options. My post man is nice, however, we haven't gotten our mail for over a week because of some confusion.
HI, I just want you to know. Chris from your location was filling in on my route. Over by 38 th and fallcreek. I asked for help. He was kind, helpful, patient, and, Professional. Thank you again Chris.
the post office loses my express mail my passport the problem when i track my mail is shoei receiver but never signed never receiver italk wide supervisor :we can't do anything call customer service
Staff are not allowed to request documentation for a service/working dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task, or ask about the person's disability. In case y’all need the reminder.
They don't pay attention to the mail at all. They constantly send me my cousin's mail because we have similar names even though i have called them to get it corrected several times.
After having a terrible experience at the Carmel location, the staff at Nora was very helpful and was able to process and mail some information quickly. Thanks again for your help!
First time going through the passport process. Tracey genuinely made my day so much better. His attitude, knowledge and friendliness made my experience amazing. Thank you Tracey!!
Terribly slow and very rude. Arlene especially moves slower than a sloth. The entire staff, with the exception of the Asian lady, appears to be miserable. Replace them all.
Andy was very helpful when I couldn’t get my packages delivered. Even though it was not their fault but my mine, they handled the matter with care and respect, thank you!
Either understaffed or poorly managed. Wanted to pick up a package and waited in line for 20 min for someone to even come up to the desk to help me. Eventually just left.
Convenient USPS location near Target, just off 86th Street. Helpful staff during business hours, and automated shipment labels and postage available during off hours.
They've lost my package for the third time. This time when I spoke to them they straight up told me that unless I pay for insurance they're going to lose my packages.
I go here all the time as it is the closest to my house and they are always very slow and extremely rude. These employees seem to truly hate their job and it shows!!!
Our carrier is so rude but worry not, you can't call and complain about it because no one at the branch will ever answer the phone!? Customer service at its finest.
Monday’s mail sometimes doesn’t get to our house until 8:00 PM. Tuesday driver had to deliver a package that got in wrong mailbox. Yesterday we got no mail at all.
I shipped a package to Ghana in June and it was returned but no one can tell me where it is! This place is horrible when it comes to true customer service!
Well. 2 days. Haven't got mail. Need license plates. And meds. Wow. I hope nobody in. Your family. Needs anything. Cause. You sure won't get it. Wow …
That black slim lady at the counter was rude and dismissive she needs to learn some respect and courtesy her negative attitude and anger needs some work.
DO NOT SEND YOUR STUFF THROUGH HERE. THIS IS THE WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE EVER. IF YOU CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE SENDING DO NOT SEND IT THROUGH HERE!!!
They were on their game, positive and helpful today! I was the one who was flustered and they were patient and polite yet speedy and efficient.
Mailmen dont pick up mail from your mailbox. And we've dropped mail at this location that just disappeared. They dont stand by their service.
This is a big, old post office. It's not flashy, but they get the job done. It seems busier than most, and there are more collection times.
Staff is helpful. I’m usually in and out without a wait, even during the holidays. I especially like that this location stays open late.
This place is garbage, all employees are rude. Nobody is ever able to help. Any time you ask a question they just groan. Dont come here!
• Unfriendly, slow staff. • Very long lines. • Non-working self-service machines. If you have the time, drive up to the Carmel branch.
This post office doesn’t about their service or clients. Employees were dismissive, refused to answer questions and unwilling to help.
Absolute worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. Horrendous wait times, understaffed, and complete disrespect for people’s time
Always understaffed at the counter. Expect a long line and wait mist of the time ( 10-15 minutes minimum!). The couriers are nicer.
My experiences with the Nora post office staff have been, without fail, very pleasant, efficient, courteous, and eager to help.
Very bad service. They need to training the employees like costumer service in Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards and Meijer.
Everyone at this place except for Ketty ought to be fired for abysmal customer service. Rudest staff I've ever met in my life.
I've been there many times, and the employees have always been nice. There are also a few self-serve kiosks... and a Pokestop!
Service sucks ass don't call the phone you get an automated response and hold times are between 40minutes to an hour.
They simply do not care about your package or mail. I can't wait for the day that USPS goes out of business.
I called and was on hold for 30 min and they failed to answer....... if you go here the wait is way worse.
