"I recently moved"
"Raheem, the supervisor at this location as well as the most senior employees provide extremely poor customer service"
"This review is for USPS services and not particularly to their office in Seattle that I've sent the package from and their help then was amazing"
"I would give minus twenty-five stars if I could"
"Awful, awful, awful"
I recently moved. I told the post office, and they have been dutifully putting new address stickers on my mail and I have been getting them. I ordered something from Amazon. I made one mistake: I updated my billing address but not my shipping address. When I discovered my error, it was too late, the package had been shipped. The USPS has a tracking system. Whenever a package goes through a point in the USPS, a scanner scans it and makes a note of where and when the package was seen. I followed the package to a major post office in Kent, WA. Then it arrived at my old post office in a few hours. Then delivery was interrupted. Then the package arrived at the Bitter Lake post office at 5:21 in the morning October 30th. October 31st, I called them. They said the package had been delivered. It had not. They said the carrier distinctly remembered delivering a package to my house. I described the package to them, and they admitted that that was not the package he delivered. They said they would look for it. I called on November 1st. They said that they hadn't found it. It must have been returned to Amazon. I asked them why it hadn't been scanned when it left. They said they had been busy. I pointed out to them that since return to sender was very unusual, the customer probably would want to know that. You do stamp those things return to sender, don't you? He said that it may have gone back to the original post office. So I called them, and they said that would not happen, it would go back to the same post office in Kent that the package came from originally. So I called the Bitter Lake post office again, and they assured me that the package had been returned to the sender. I asked them if that was unusual because you've been delivering my other mail. Saturday afternoon, I got an E-mail message from the USPS that package had been delivered to the front door of my house. I came home, and sure enough, it had. What really angers me more than anything else is the advertising they played while I was on hold. "You can depend on the post office to get your packages delivered". Unfortunately, since I live where I live, I am stuck with this post office.
Raheem, the supervisor at this location as well as the most senior employees provide extremely poor customer service. They have a sense of entitlement and a very arrogant attitude. They do the minimum to help customers and are unable to mentally process cases were exceptional issues with the mail have taken place. They are also unable to interpret the poorly designed tracking reports. Almost as if the sense of entitlement has taken away the capability for their two cells left in their brain communicate to each other. However, the most horrific person here is Raheem. It is difficult to understand how a government employee who is being paid from the public's taxes can have such deplorable attitude. I would give this office and this person a rating of -100. A rating of 1 over 4 is too much. Of course good luck communicating with the Inspector General to submit a complaint. The entire USPS system is a joke. I only use them when it is strictly necessary. I don't use them if IO can use any other service suchs as UPS or FedEx.
This review is for USPS services and not particularly to their office in Seattle that I've sent the package from and their help then was amazing. The package was sent on 20th of May to my daughter in Turkey , stocked for almost two months in San Francisco International Distribution Center and now its stocked in Chicago International Distribution Center since 22 of July . I had to file a case and wait for 35 working days from filing date and not shipment date and then I had to call them back to file another acceleration inquiry and still waiting for additional 7 working days hoping someone will call me back. I asked them to return the package back home in Seattle (if it still exist, not lost not damaged not stolen) . This is the worst postal service I had in whole my 56 years life. Updates: On August 17, 2021, my daughter received her package in Turkey after almost three months of shipment, of this period it took just a week in Turkey. And USPS called me back to confirm delivery and that the case should be closed now.
I would give minus twenty-five stars if I could. My experience with this office has been horrific. I have been attempting to serve legal documents by mail to someone in Shoreline which gets delivered from this office. The recipient always rejects the mail, and then this office makes multiple mistakes in the process of returning it to me. When I go to their office to make a claim because of the defective actions they have taken to return the item, the employees in the customer service window are very rude, unhelpful and unwilling to make an effort to even understand the particular circumstance. It appears that they are unable to make some thinking outside the box to analyze specific circumstances. Almost as if they have retired their brains. An employee by the name Raheem, who appears to be a supervisor there, is the rudest and unhelpful USPS person I have ever dealt with. He displays a sense of entitlement and ownership of his job. Other employees there are not much better either. A truly daunting experience.
Awful, awful, awful. Intentional overcharges in spite of postage rate charts from same office presented to them. Seems major requirement for employment here is little to no English, and ability to move at a snail's pace. I never allow counter staff to price my mail anymore. Last visit the stamp machine was broken, no doubt it will stay that way forever, so I will find another post office. In regards to delivery, I constantly get other people's mail. If I return it to the post office, it usually gets delivered to me again. There are a lot of days where I get no mail, God knows who is getting my bank statements. I've complained many times, I am always told the carrier is new. He/she has been new for over twenty years, that's how long the problem has existed.
Wow. I don't expect warm fuzzy feelings from going to the post office, but wow. An employee named Rosemary was helping an elderly gentleman who was hard of hearing, and she was so impatient with him. When it was my turn, she wasn't so helpful to me either. I am a healthcare professional working in high-pressure settings with high risk of burnout, but I still give my patients my best and genuine empathy no matter how stressful my personal life is. I've also been to the post office where there were even longer lines and this day was not anywhere close to that. I would advise Rosemary to be professional, and/or the USPS to nurture an environment to ensure the employees can take care of themselves to decrease the risk of rudeness to others.
AJ Bhardway. He needs to be fired or suspended. You are a disgrace to the US. Postal service. He has a carrier, that constantly 3 times a week, either leave mailbox open ,so people can steal mail. Or constantly putting mail in the wrong mail box. The last incident. Same carrier I had an issue with I have a service that was in the house in a separate room. The lady refuse to hand my mail and drove away. Until I had to stop here. This Postal office needs a complete overhaul. Please get rid of the bad carries you have. . AJ Bhardway you have no bussiness being a carrier. I told you to your face and I will tell you again. Get better supervisors and carriers. You guys need to change the cultural there. Because. You guys grade F
I would like to rate this NO STARS . I received an email saying my package came to my house and the tracking info said "Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)" . I checked my door and there was no "Notice" or note left, and I called and told them this information that online says they left a notice but I have no note on my door, and I said "I would like to know my next step" and the lady I spoke too did not understand what I was saying even though she kept saying "I understand you, so you have a note and I can't help you" . She was quite rude and did not listen to a word I said . This is horrible customer service . All I wanted was to find out what my next step would be since there was no note left at my door .
I feel bad for postal workers ...day after day they have to explain every single thing to customers . It always seems like they are dealing with absolute newcomers .80% of people cannot use the selfservice because they need to be talked through everything. All of the old people that would rather stand in line and wait for human help, what are they going to do when it all becomes automated? Perfectly capable people can't print their own labels at home because they won't get a scale, will they continue to wait in lines forever? They could cut down employees already to just one that repeats the same answers over and over , with large signs printed behind them,, with the same answers And still there would be a long line...
I waited in line for 45 minutes there's 3 staff open the two asian ladies had a bunch of packages from their customers. Diana had only 1 customer who is a guy and It took her 30 minutes talking to him and she looks like she is flirting asking questions not related to her job. Even showing something on her phone. When its my turn to Diana she was not paying attention to me as a customer in fact she was interrupting her co worker with her customer. Instead of focusing on my mailing package she intervene with her co workers customer and getting attention with this guy who asking about change of address. It is so rude and I think she is not suppose to be on this kind of job if she wants to flirt. So unprofessional!!!!
This is the 2nd time that of mail has arrived to my house more than 3 weeks from the post stamp I have complain regionally before I have also complained to corporate before nothing has been resolved noun my mail is being opened its not being opened by anyone in my apartment building because it's in my mailbox That is under locking key I'm not going to be dealing with this anymore this is a federal crime and if you have post carriers and post sorters committing federal crimes because they're wearing blue does not mean that they're going to be protected by the law I will be filing a police report since I have made several complaints before to USPS themself and it has gone to no avail
ZERO STARS. I called to retrieve a package that never got to me. The phone rang for about 5 straight minutes before I heard someone just pick up the phone and hang it up... So after calling a couple more times a guy finally picks up and without hesitation starts speaking in a really rude tone of voice. He tells me that he has no idea how to answer my question. I ask him if there is anyone else who might know and he proceeds to raise his voice at me and tell me that nobody knows....and that was that. No help. No kind words. Not even a kind tone of voice. Just a terribly negative interaction all around.
Yup this place is the worst, both the old Asian employees move at the speed of molasses and seem to relish the suffering of their customers as it is the only thing that brightens their work day. I haven't dealt with lost packages, but anytime someone sends anything that needs to be signed for, they give ONE knock and if you aren't standing within 2 seconds from the door they are gone like a ghost. We probably have a 10% success rate of signing for things when we are home! But that's fine because they give you a pink certificate to go to the post office and get a free 45 minute wait in the line!
First off i'd have to say I feel bad for the rude and lifeless employees, they make there job seem like slavery when it's really far from that (I really don't feel bad, they just have a terrible additude about their jobs. The lady on the phone seemed kind nice almost like she cared about my situation, she said she'd send someone to check out my problem and the estimated time was 1 hour, 2 hours have gone by and no one is here to help me. You've lost my packages and have been little to no help. This branch just needs new management or something because it has been terrible for years.
Tried calling listed phone number. Talked to helpful representative. I was supposed to get transferred for follow up questions to the clerk at this location but the call dropped and didn't go through. My main problem is that when you call this location it seems impossible to talk to a representative there, even if you press the prompts you would think could get you there. 3 star for helpful phone rep on first call. -2 stars for unhelpful phone system not being able to direct me to desired representative, which is likely out of the ability of the individual location to change.
Man... All the bad reviews.. I don't use USPS very often, but I did visit this office a couple times. Most of the experiences were fine. There is a guy behind the counter were kinda rude, and he just assume everyone knows the rules. But I don't blame him, it has to be boring to answer the same question day after day. I use USPS because it's cheaper to ship Internationally.. But there was this African American guy, he's very positive, that time I screwed so bad, and he was very patient with me, and walk me through the process again and again.. I'm sorry I didn't got his name..
This station serves two huge ZIP codes, so there's bound to be problems, but I am totally disgusted with my mail delivery service. I have complained in writing to the regional office but got no response. Example: Twice in the past week I've had to go to the station because packages I was expecting were deemed undeliverable because of "no such address." The packages were eventually unearthed and delivered a few days late, but this is why I use UPS as often as possible. I do a lot of e-mail buying, and unfortunately many of the vendors offer USPS delivery only.
We've lived in the area of this office for almost a year and they have lost about 4 packages of ours. We live in a townhouse complex and they often will put the keys in the wrong box and swap letters around. I have called many times and they are friendly but nothing ever changes. And they wonder why they keep losing money ... it's not the lack of service, it's all the errors. Why would any reasonable person use the post office instead of a reliable 3rd party. Also this number never gets picked up.
I sent my son a set of dishes and marked all over the package fragile....had it checked and sent out from the Post Office here in CA. Package was approved. It got to him he sent me a text with pic and all of the dishes arrived THROUGHLY BROKEN. Someone had to drop kick the box in order to do the damage that was done to this package. How pathetic are the people there to not want to take pride in their work....this is why there are other delivery services making great money instead!
Horrible customer service. I’d give them no stars if I could. I received a call from the postal office due to their error for not delivering my package. she (the agent) asked for more information I gave it to her, than she started implying that I was lying then hung up. I called back (same woman) by the name of Evelyn answered, I asked to speak to someone above her, she said she’s a supervisor she’s not allowed to give out a number for grievances and hung on me again.
Asked for my mail to be found after it was lost and I was told that I needed to call the consumer affairs hot line and when I asked for the direct number to the post office it was at I was told they didn't have that information so I asked to speak to the post master and he was to busy so they sent me a rude supervisor who gave me the wrong number. I also went to pick up a package for a disabled friend and was threatened with police being called on me.
I’ve had a post office box at this location for over 10 years. I really appreciate what a great job these guys do. The staff is friendly and efficient. My favorite thing is that they have parcel lockers so if I get something big they just put a locker key in my PO box-super convenient! There’s plenty of parking if you include the spots on the east side of the building. Best of all I don’t have to worry about my mail and packages getting stolen.
Guy kept telling me my package had no address on it and being really curt and frustrated. Eventually I kept calling and someone else picked up and actually looked for my package and found it. Turns out someone at USPS put a slip OVER MY ADDRESS which said address doesn’t exist (false) and then they couldn’t find the address in the future. Completely ridiculous and almost completely lost my package which was in shipment for over 2 months
The staff here is SO MUCH better than it was a couple of years ago! I used to dread going to this location, but not anymore. I find 99% of them to be have a friendly, helpful, patient, and accommodating attitude, which continues to amaze me, given the number of people they serve daily and the things they have to put up with from customers. It would be nice if they could train the staff at the post office on185th to be the same.
I saw some reviews and I think that may be just the negative being reported and positive experience not being mentioned. I lost my mail box key and Robert answered my can and personally volunteered to go to my house and pop the lock so I could get a new one. 10/5 stars!! Exceeded my expectations. Robert is the best example of customer service and empathy I have encountered in a long time. Best wishes Sir you made my day!
The staff named Rosemary was so rude and changed her attitude by race. Her tone and voice were mean, but she changed everything to other customers who were White! She looks like she is an Asian too, and I don't understand how she acted like that!!!!! It's 2019!! She shouldn't have discriminated people by race. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this facility. Otherwise, your day will be ruined by her!!!!!!
Customer Service was just awful. Post office workers were chatting, did not acknowledge me standing in line. When Raheim finally did, it was with annoyance that i had interrupted his conversation. Rude and unhelpful throughout the process. There just seems to be logical disconnect in the minds of a few postal employees that don't make the link between paying customers and the salaries they receive.
The phone continuously rings even when the website says office is open for business. I called another location to verify the hours and he did confirm he receives calls on the regular about the Bitter Lake office not answering thier phones. Now I will go wait in a horrendous line. If I am lucky there MIGHT be 2 people but most likely only 1. Come on Seattle, let's get the post office up to par!!
I drop off a package once or twice a week. It's a post office and I know it gets busy, so I come in early morning or late evening. The tellers are very nice and patient. My packages are pre labeled and I just need to pay for postage quick and easy. It's usually the unprepared customer that holds up the line. Also use the pick up door/line to pick up packages. It saves yourself and others time.
STOP SENDING YOUR EMPLOYEE REJECTS TO THIS STATION PLEASE! This is just too busy a station to have to put up with Apathetic, Incompetent, Retaliatory, employees. If you just want to mail a letter, thus little to no taxation to the clerk, then fine. BUT, if you actually need a competent and fair employee to help you with your need, you may find it a challenge at this station. My rating is: F- -
Pretended to deliver a package which required a signature, posted a notice at the door without knocking the door or ringing the doorbell. When questioned as to why the package wasn't delivered on the scheduled re-delivery date, said they just didn't deliver it, and ordered me to come and pick it up, then hung up the phone without answering any other questions. Isn't this against FEDERAL LAW?
Didn't deliver package claiming that no one was home, while I was playing in a front yard with my son when they supposedly tried to deliver package. I also have Ring cameras, and obviously no one called throughout the day. I understand that issues happen and they might not have time to deliver package, but lying that the delivery was attempted is something that makes my blood boil.
If you're expecting a package through USPS don't expect a delivery to your door. Through my experience there is always a note left in my mailbox saying they missed me, (I was always home) then a couple days later I would receive an email saying my package is ready for pickup. Not a huge deal but during a pandemic I would rather have door delivery then going to a busy post office.
Not only are they unable to deliver my package on time or in a reliable manner, but they cant even tell me where it is. The employees are unhelpful and clearly cannot do their jobs correctly, I would be surprised if this place ever successfully delivered a package in the history of its existence. Avoid having to deal with this horrible place, and terrible people, at all costs.
More often than not, when we hold our mail, it gets delivered anyway. Had mail stolen while on vacation due to them not holding our mail when we asked them to. So tired of having to complain about this problem. Also, the package drop is almost always full when using the automated postal central after hours. Have to make yet another trip to drop off the package.
The mail carrier just disappeared today without giving details on my lost package at Paceline. Really don’t appreciate that, and I also don’t appreciate this office not providing a direct number to reach this exact location. I’ve already wasted an entire day trying to reach you after you carelessly lost my package and now your playing dumb.
There was a package that stated it was delivered and it did not reach our intended customer. The "post master" supervisor was suppose to call me back but has not called me back. Still waiting for the call 2 days later. She did sound helpful and concerned on the phone but it was frustrating that I didn't receive a call back the same day.
Not even one star they deserve. Really busy on Mondays and so other days. One or two hours waiting to get my turn to send a package. Just one guy working at front and another guy working on the back with bad attitude instead of attending costumers. Really bad costumer service I don't know who is on charge of this place but really sucks.
I cannot stress enough how completely disinterested and incompetent the employees at the Bitter Lake US Post Office are. Packages are constantly (CONSTANTLY) delivered to the incorrect locations, and if you dare to request they remedy their error, expect to be treated to eyerolls and attitude. Ridiculously rude. Avoid if possible.
i Have this a 1 Star cause they don’t have a set in stone schedule for when the deliver mail. I’ve been expecting a very important piece of mail and haven’t received it yet. I go out every morning at 8 and still no mail. We haven’t even seen the mail truck drive by and I’m outside constantly. Kinda unprofessional in my opinion
I don't think anyone at this place knows what they're doing. We never get our letters in any reasonable time-span (it took a whole week for one letter to come in AND when we paid for overnight delivery, it took three days. THREE. So much for overnight), and when I try calling and asking for help, no one can ever help me.
Never go to this place ever again ! The service was terrible. I dropped off my package and asked for the receive since they already took the box. But she said no and didn't give me the receive. It was 3 days and the tracking number is showing nothing, they didn't receive my box. I don't know if my package is still there.
They don’t care if they lose your packages and mail carriers will deliver your mail to whomever they want, regardless of address. If you can have your mail go thru another post office, I would highly suggest it. I suggest complaining to the Office of the Inspector General for all complaints to the post office.
I am very serious about this, my mail was delivered to my neabghrs apartment for the third times know which is we are one floor appart. before i lost my pakages twice, sometimes my nabghber comes to me and gives me my mails. I wonder how many of you have exparyanced this but for me its happening more often.
Does anyone ever stock the self serve priority boxes? I work 8-6 M-F and can't make it in during business hours. I have come into the lobby 6 times this week before and after hours and there have been ZERO boxes each time. Luckily one of the times there was a nice employee that grabbed me some boxes.
Delivery driver requires the entire side of the street to be clear of any trash can, kids toy, etc. or won’t deliver the mail. Our particular driver is especially lazy and gets terribly upset when they have to leave the seat of their vehicle to deliver a package and/or mail.
Completely at loss as to the negative reviews - I have used this USPS location for 14 years while living in the neighborhood - everything has worked perfectly. If you go when there is a long line - guess what - you wait in line - the staff have ALWAYS been great to me!!!
Excellent and dependable. We've lived in 98133 for six years. I also use this post office for business. Never a problem. Always friendly. Thankful for our carrier and the fact that over the past few years, as everything fell apart, postal service carried on. Thank you.
Misdelivered package. 123 place got delivered to 123 street. I dont know how you mistake PLACE and STREET. only thing that comes to mind is stupidity. And speaking of stupidity, it took THREE calls to finally get someone out and correct the problem. Way to go idiots
Terrible management. I called and asked them to accommodate me bc I'm disabled. They refused bc they are lazy and gave me every excuse in the book so he won't have to walk 6 steps. what a joke. Update: 7-28-2019 - changed to 5 stars bc they corrected their mistake.
They still allow 24-hour access to our PO boxes. The people are friendly. The place is clean. The drive-through drop box is well located. The counter is open until 6pm, enabling people to get in after work. None of that is common among USPS offices. I'm grateful.
It's a post office--but the best part is the parking in front and the drive thru mail slots, otherwise, no big mystery. Not nearly as busy as Greenwood or Ballard. Sometimes, they wait until the line gets long before they open up another service window.
Worst experience ever. I often order from China and it comes all the way from China tracking says out for delivery and boom it says delivered I go open my locker mailbox and nothing in there this is 5th time I have file a claim. They steal our packages
So many things I could list on here. Lost my packages. Horrible service. No rush even when the line is out the door (which it always is) no one ever answers the service door. Just a ton gone wrong here. Wish I could have my mail sent some place else.
wish i could give no stars at first today. called to locate a package and instead of someone answering the phone, i heard them pick it up and then hang up. i called back and someone answered and i told them what happened, they said "that's weird" .
They said they misplaced my package. They placed the locker key where the package would fit to someone else's po box. The person in charge was off that day and I was told they will call me when they figure out what happened. No calls whatsoever...
Manager is not responsive to customers and tries to avoid responsibility. This likely is reflected in the attitudes of the clerks and carriers. We find the staff at the northgate office to be excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Just like every single other place where we need people Walgreens, Costco, medical areas, we get brand new people that are learning 800 ways to deal with mail and boxes. We have to give a lot of grace to these people that are helping us out
The employees at this location are horrible every time I go to this location the employees are so rude to me since when did the post office turn into the dmv the Asian lady could use some classes on human interaction and basic human decency
They completely lost my son's Christmas present which I don't have money to replace. Told me delivery driver doesn't know where it was delivered and just told me "Sorry about that." Thanks 98133 USPS for ruining a boy's Christmas when my
I put in a change of address almost a month before I moved. It's 6 weeks later and no mail was ever forwarded. I have a receipt but it only has a record of the postage I paid for 2 letters mailed. Someone didn't do their job …
Please “fix” your package drop box. It’s been “broken” for weeks. The self service kiosk saves people from taking your time at the counter and is available 24/7 for those who can’t make 8:30-6 M-F, but we need a way to leave boxes!
Called to find a package, the phone rang (not on hold) for 9 minutes. The man who answered sounded like he just woke up and flat out refused to be helpful. He hung up on me when his answer "call back tomorrow" wasn't good enough.
The carrier constantly delivers my mail to other mailboxes at my apartment building. Some of this mail is important and time sensitive. If others don’t come to my apartment with my mail it becomes lost. This is ridiculous!!!!
This place is really bad when it gets busy, and the hours of operation are quite inconvenient. However, the tellers are calm and patient for how crazy a lot of the customers are. If you're not in a rush, they'll do you good.
Mailed the package through the kiosk at Bitterlake location and it never arrived to it's destination. Investigation provided no useful feedback. Employees just stole the package and who knows where it's at now. Smh …
Mail was shipped to us via certified mail which requires a signature. The mailman didn't even knock our door (we know because we've been at home all day), and left a note inside our mailbox saying we were out. Not true.
Would give zero stars if I could. Hires aggressive and untrustworthy people to deliver our mail and enter our homes. Unresponsive to multiple reported issues. Won't be wasting my money here ever again.
This guy without uniform claimed to be the supervisor of this location which are rude and unwilling to be helpful. No wonder why USPS are losing money! Horrible location and worst service!!!!!!!
Great service and friendly staff. The person helping me was so nice and answered and took care of my package delivery which was a mess. In and Out lickity split that's what we like.
LOST or sent back my mail after a vacation hold twice. Assistant postmaster a jerk. Negative stars. Mail delivered this last Saturday (Oct 17) after last vacation hold was from May.
This location is always busy but it looks like they do not provide more hands to help out. They are friendly and are working hard, however, they need more staffs.
Hit or miss on how fast it is. Mostly miss. The employees here look kind of sad and sure take their time with things. I know I would if I worked in a post office.
Two people working the counter were helpful, professional, and friendly. One even gave me a fun song recommendation based on what was on t-shirt. Thank you both
Average services as expected in a typical old post office. They are moving to more self-service model but only having one machine is just not going to cut it
Send registered letter so I want be sure they will receive it they told me 2 days and it's 3 weeks and the letter still in transit I paid $8 bucks for what?
Recently-ish moved from Texas, and Bitter Lake post office has shown me that it IS possible for a post office to care about customer service. Thanks, y'all.
Bad place, staff are very nosy, and slow service. The black guy their is pretty cool and wants to helps you out the most from what I have experienced.
I have always found the staff to be courteous and efficient. The lines indicate that they are a busy Post Office, but that is beyond their control.
You guys really need to do something about your delivery people. Always just leaves a note without even bother knocking or giving a phone call -_-
You may have to wait or not. It depends on the time. The old lady is very friendly, and she helped me to get the lowest price to send my package.
When trying to get help with finding a package they ask you what they should do when they don't help at all. Total POOP there and service wise
I came here for sending my post cards to Taiwan. Waiting for 5-10 minutes to get the international stamps and each of the stamps cost $1.3.
RUDE STAFF AND MANAGERS. DEFINITELY WILL BE SWITCHING MY PO BOX LOCATION SO I DONT HAVE TO DEAL EITH BEING BELITTLED EVERYTIME I GO INSIDE
Didn’t even try to deliver package and marked as address issue but same address they’ve delivered to before. FIX THIS BRANCH OR CLOSE IT!
Horrible. They couldn't even find my package after I had called and they confirmed it was here. Took them 20 minutes to find my package.
Wow, every window was open and serving - the line really moved fast. The clerk was extremely helpful. It was a pleasant experience.
The supervisor is very helpful and customer service is very important to her. I feel that she wants to do her best for customers.
Nice people, have only had friendly interactions with staff even during high volume times. They are even kind on the telephone!
I would rate 0 if possible. Never go here if at all possible. Frankly, I hope all USPS locations are closed in a few years.
They overcharged me. In Northgate I paid $1.20 for sending invitation card. Here they charged $3.80. Unprofessional!
My friednly neighborhood Post Office. They're very kind and not pushy and demanding like I have seen in the past
I see a lot of negative reviews for this site, but I've had nothing but positive interaction with staff there.
