Just came to this post office and was asking for help on 2 returns as it was my first time returning. There was a lady with a Hispanic accent that was rude for no reason as i told her i was unsure on the steps for the return. I asked her for help and she rudely told me i had my labels wrong as beforehand i told her i was unsure on what to do. She had very bad PR skills, and was trying to do the minimal on helping. I understand maybe a return is common sense to her because she’s basically a cashier on for returns and outgoing mail but to treat others unkind for simply not knowing was uncalled for.
Worst experience that i could ever had in post office. The store supposed to be open at 8:30 but the staff won’t open the door until 8:40-8:45. I was dropping off a package and asked for a receipt. They said they don’t that and i have to leave my package in the bag on the corner. She didn’t even look at my package. I said that i usually get a receipt when i drop off a package and she started yelling at me that get out and don’t tell her how to do her job. I was so surprise and shocked!?!? The result is i try to avoid working with usps and i don’t recommend it to anyone either.
Holding mail for pickup, intercept mail, change address are not actually working for mails coming into this office. They will just ignore these requests. The clerk is not clear about the difference between delivery confirmation and signature confirmation and gave me the wrong information. People work there are not willing to help and even do not care if they do a good job. Looks like all the good reviews about this place are either about the building or dates back to 5 years ago. LOL
Dunno what the complaints and bad ratings are for, but in my experience for the services I've used, they've been excellent. Been here in early morning to early afternoon for sending mail and packages domestically and internationally, and found that there were more than enough clerks, who were friendly, well-spoken, knowledgeable, and expedient. Facility is clean albeit a bit barren in some areas I'll admit. Couldn't ask for more, and no problems with mail delivery on top of that.
I had very bad experience with the carrier whose name is Sandhu. I didn't hear the bell ringing or anyone knocking on the door until my dog was barking. I opened the door and saw the USPS notice. At that time, she was on her way to leave the front door. I asked her if I have a package. She started telling me that I wasted her time with a very angry voice and inappropriate attitude. Please be sure your local USPS train the staff with adequate customer service.
My package was supposed to deliver from San Francisco to San Jose but mistakenly shipped to Texas by USPS. The supervisors here Sarah and Jason were so nice and helpful to help track the package and correct the usps mistake over the weekend beyond regular hours. Though the package is still late for me to catch the flight, really appreciate their dedication to the customer, willing to take the ownership. Thank you Sarah and Jason.
Very rude. I called in to ask about a missed delivery. I asked if someone else could sign for my parcel, the lady kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. I had tried to come to the post office but I couldn't find it, so I asked for more specific directions, since the gps wasn't accurate. She was extremely rude, saying what can I do we are here and then she hung up. Ridiculous.Lack of basic manners
Stopped by on a Tuesday around 9:30AM to mail some paperwork in a flat rate envelope. The facilities were clean and it was relatively quiet. The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to get my paperwork mailed without issues. I spoke with the employee helping me and she noted that it typically gets busy during lunch time, with mornings usually being pretty calm.
You can call this place 20,000,000 times and they will never pick up the phone can ring ring ring off the hook and they don’t care they’re the most rude employees I have ever had the displeasure of knowing! Left my package to someone else can help find a resolution of how to find it how about don’t lose it in the first place! So mad!!!!!!!
Employees here are very helpful here. Although I don't like USPS as they delayed my shipment but 5 star rating is for the staff working here. I reached out to them for a delayed shipment, they contacted me back promptly when they received the package. I was able to catch my flight due to their quick response as shipment had my passport.
Somehow my package got lost due to a store tracking error but Gary from this post office..went above and beyond to track, locate it and give it to me. He personally called me! He is an amazing worker and person! I will never forget the wonderful service I received from this post office! Thank you for everything you do!
Lady at the counter refused to give me a package drop off receipt and told me all packages are scanned at the end of the day. If a package gets lost, is she responsible? She also has a nasty attitude. I've gotten a drop off receipt from all the USPS I've been to before. No excuse. This is unacceptable service.
The website I had ordered did not put the apartment number in the package and USPS was going to ship it back to the sender. I called them and a helpful employee (Gary?) held the package for me. I needed it for my trip before Christmas and I was able to get it. Thank you Gary for making my trip a pleasant one!
Not the worst post office in the world, but they could do more for the overall customer experience as it seems a bit slow and unhelpful overall, not quiet to the point of rude, but nearly there.. This post office does NOT have the automatic machines to get stamps and send out post which is really annoying!
I would give the front desk ladies 5-star and they are the best! But whoever is delivering my packages do not know how to do its job. 4 packages lost in a month. I live in an apartment building with very clear-instructed community mailboxes. How can you still messed it up.
Although I chose one star I DO NOT GIVE ANY STARS to this USPS office because they continually do not deliver packages after the first attempt although they state it on the tracking that they will deliver the next business day. They recently did not deliver a photo book ordered as a Christmas gift.
The listed phone number does not work. USPS marked package as delivered to our mailbox but never actually delivered it or possibly delivered it to wrong address. We paid for the item and spent a lot of time trying to track it down. This office is completely unreachable and unhelpful.
They don’t even know how to route to a destination. My mail was to be delivered to Santa Clara and I chose Priority mail option for a higher price to get it delivered sooner , but they ended up sending it to Hawaii !! Please choose another USPS to avoid getting misrouted
One of M.E front desk ladies there very rude, she will find every very little things to reject what you are sending if you come 10 minutes before the Post Office is closed. She should not support to do that but she did anyway. Please report to this Post Office manager.
Don’t come here if you want to drop off some packages after it is closed! This USPS location does not offer self-service during its closed hours. The front door will be locked so you won’t be able to access to it. It is not convenient comparing to other USPS stores.
Singlehandedly the reason the USPS is still in the dark ages - no automated postal machine? Really? I'm spending an entire lunch hour trying to get postage to mail a flat rate envelope... definitely crossing this location off my list in favor of one with an APM.
Called them more than 5 times not picking up the phone so I drop by just to ask where my package was and asked why no one pick up the phone call at all. Is it still working. The staff turn to her co worker and speak Native language but not answering my answer
Very rude front desk staff! USPS online tracking said my package is ready for pickup I came to the post office and they told me package is not here it went out for delivery! Not only I got my package 2 days late but also waste of time visiting USPS location!
I drop off my package for UPS Ground at this office 20 th May! It was returning rental textbook for my college. But they lost my package. They said that they sent it the UPS courier, but I don't believe them. Now I need to pay my college fee, thanks!!!-((
This is the most incompetent post office I have every dealt with. I have to call at least once a month sometimes more often for serious issues with my delivery. It makes me wish there was some way to hold them accountable for not doing their jobs well.
I rang the bell for the past 10 minutes and no one came to assist until I held the bell down and the sound would continue. The lady in the front was not helpful and very rude. Everyone seemed frustrated and unhelpful. Worst post office ever.
This USPS is one of the best in terms of friendliness and helpfulness, I came to this USPS couple of times few minutes before the 8:30AM opening, the lady would come out to explain that there are few minutes before the door open,
Fat manager woman named Tracy(?) is unhelpful and lazy as heck. IT needs to be fired. Other staff are generally friendly, efficient and helpful. My mail carrier is a lovely Indian gentleman when he's not PMS'ing is all I can say.
Very helpful, patient and efficient people running the counters. I took my time asking questions about different posting options during busy lunch hour, but the lady helped me patiently get the best option for my package.
Amazing ladies. I never have to wait any longer than needed. Everything is like clock work. The ladies are so helpful. I’m never nervous when I’m there. A first for a government office (chuckle). Thank you ladies.
Our business has bought thousand of postcard stamps for delivery. It's has happened occasionally the the postal carrier saw the out going box (even after we'd reminded) he/she still left w/o the out going mails.
Honestly, I was quite surprised by this USPS. The best USPS store I have ever been to. Very courteous, kind, and knowledgble staff. I think this will be my stop for shipping from now on.
Very nice and supportive staff! I forgot to include my Apt No. on the address so my package cannot be delivered. The staff help me find my package very soon and re-delivered to my home!
This is the best USPS office I have been you the South Bay Area. Clean, efficient, polite crew and much shorter wait time compared to other offices in this region.
Very nice and friendly staff. I was served by a lady with smiles and greeting. I was there around 11:50am to mail a book. There was no line. Lots of parking spots.

Compared to other usps locations, the service here is fast. They even open up counters when they see the line increasing. The staff is friendly.
