"Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received"
"Unpredictable service----you can not be assured that they will do the right thing---they seem to to do something different for the same task too many times---the learning curve does not exist"
"I prefer this post office to midway for the simple fact that I come in here regularly without issue"
"Lazy and obstinate"
"I sent my passport renewal certified mail on March 15th going to Texas and the person working the counter never said that the mail was slow"
Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received. I spoke with a man named “Kevin”. I needed a packaged shipped out. It was a first class label on a priority box. I UNDERSTAND the confusion however working with third party e-commerce sites they REQUIRE us to put whatever label they give us on a priority box. He absolutely refused too to take my package and caused a whole scene telling me I was wrong and he wouldn’t be shipping out my package. I went to ups shipped my package out. NO ISSUES. I even asked them about the label . Many of these third party e-commerce have contracts with the postal service. WE ARE TOLD TO USE PRIORITY BOXES NO MATTER WHAT. Once they scan it they will see who the label is from. Many of our customers can “upgrade” their labels making them into priority however some don’t. They still go into a priority box and they are sent out first class due to the label. It’s because of our “seller fees”. Turns out. My package started tracking this morning... like the rest of my 500 packages I’ve sent out. Unbelievable how terrible this customer service was. I’m not one for throwing someone under the bus. Especially during a pandemic but this man seems like he needs break. Plenty of other people out there in need of work who WANT to work and probably have a lot better customer service skill. I will be filing a case with the postal service that’s how awful he was
Unpredictable service----you can not be assured that they will do the right thing---they seem to to do something different for the same task too many times---the learning curve does not exist. They have sent important letters to their dead-letter pickup station for no reason, never cash PO Box payments by mail, even when you use their own renewal notification envelope, etc, etc.Their service leaves you in a constant state of WORRY as to what the outcome will be.
I prefer this post office to midway for the simple fact that I come in here regularly without issue. I was told once that I had too many packages to drop off.. I think I had 13 that day? Kind of confusing since I assume that's not too much for a post office but at least they haven't yelled at me like the midway post office. I feel like the majority of the staff here is not as rude as other locations so long as you're also polite.
Lazy and obstinate. I arrived at 0855 to drop a pkg off and noticed they didn't open until 0900. So I waited. When my cell phone showed it was 0900 I went to the window and two women were inside chatting. I tapped on the glass and the African American woman yelled, "we're not open!" I just don't understand why postal workers can't be civil and just do their jobs on time. It's not hard to be a decent human being.
I sent my passport renewal certified mail on March 15th going to Texas and the person working the counter never said that the mail was slow. It's not the holidays and we are turning the corner on the virus. Things should be up and running at a normal pace. Because I sent it certified mail I have tracking. As of April 1st it still hasn't arrived. I went to the post office and they said nothing. Horrible service.
The WORST customer service ever! I walk in 3 minutes before the lobby closes and I am appalled! Apparently it isn't in their paygrade to go and retrieve a package that was delivered to my post office box! Theses employees have ZERO regard for even paying customers! I have never experienced such a lack of respect for the general paying public.
KEVIN ROCKS - best USPS in PL and better than OB - the employees here are sweet and kind. I feel for them because people get in line and wait 2 secs too long and start huffing and puffin. Others don't know what they are doing and take it out on the workers. WE appreciate you CANON USPS - keep up the good work
Great post office! We staggered in from the airport to investigate the wonders of the USPS Flat Rate Priority Box. So friendly! So helpful! Nothing too hard, lent us a marker pen, made life easy and gave us confidence on when the boxes might arrive. What a great first experience in the sunny US of A.
Everything you’ve come to expect from USPS. Poor attitudes, understaffed, ridiculous wait times, and generally abandoning the front desk. Been standing here 10 minutes, there’s a long line, and no one will even come to the desk but you can hear them all back there just shooting the breeze.
They have a poor organization system and front desk staff are incredibly unpleasant. Lost package on delivery. Told me to fill out a form and they have a line to busy to deal with the issue. It makes its way all the way to the United States only to be lost on delivery.
Always fantastic service at this location. Great folks who work hard and roll with the punches of Covid, holiday rushes, and long lines! Kevin and crew are family. I've been going to this location for easily 15 years and have never had an issue.
OK, who reviews the post office and leaves a good review, right? Well, most folks haven't met Kevin or seen him in action. He is a wonder of customer service. I knew he was a special guy when he signed me up for a PO box and did a great
I was charged $6 to get my 4 postcards hand cancelled by a clerk named Kevin. Really?? $1.50 to stamp a post mark on a postcard? I was in a hurry and didn't have time to argue so i paid.
Would give less stars if I could. Horrible service and super unfriendly. Did not carry flat rate padded envelopes so I ended up having to pay double what I was supposed to. Such a scam.
They refused to let me use a pen to fill out their shipping package. They said “they’re not a pen company, they’re a shipping company”. I didn’t know how to respond to that one.
Every older lady that works there is perpetually grumpy and unfriendly. They answer questions with grumbles and then stare, waiting for a response.
Avoid the rush: skip noon - 2 pm. Gloria is always cheerful and helpful with getting the better deal between first class and priority mail.
Service was good. The wait in line was short. They knew what they were doing and had answers to all my questions
Just another weird, depressing post office that feels like your time warped to 1972.
Staff was argumentative from the get-go and did not want to help
Always answer my questions and are helpful when I need help
Stopped by 3pm Monday they are closed . WTH ??
Horrible service
Great place
