"The mailman who delivers packages from this location is the LAZIEST person ever!!! This is literally the 4th time they brought a package and don't even attempt to ring the buzzer or knock on the door! It is so frustrating when you're home all day waiting for a package only to walk outside to see a note attached to the mailbox"
"Few will forget the people and the service at this small but hyper efficient post office"

I am thoroughly impressed with my experience today! Unfortunately I did not catch the names of the two customer service representatives because they were closing and I was trying to respect their hours. Nevertheless, I came in looking for a change of address form and was told that USPS is transitioning to only doing it online these days. Long story short, I was given an explanation, support and advice from the male customer service representative as to my specific situation which impeded me from using the online method. Then the female representative informed me that she had one change of address left in her car. I couldn't believe it! She promptly retrieved it from her car and gave it to me. What amazing customer service! I appreciated her going above and beyond. They both really treated me well and were genuinely interested in my concern. I highly recommend this post office for all your postal needs and thank you again for your exceptional support!
If I could give them a zero stars I would. I came from work, fighting traffic, and got to the door at 503 and the lobby was already locked. I just needed one priority envelope which is free. There were 2 employees inside and I asked them politely if I could get just one and they both ignored me. Finally one tells me No, yhey are close. Really! For Christ Sake you cant hand me one throubh thr freaking door! if they weren't lazy! They should leave some outside for the customers. Worst Post office ever!
The mailman who delivers packages from this location is the LAZIEST person ever!!! This is literally the 4th time they brought a package and don't even attempt to ring the buzzer or knock on the door! It is so frustrating when you're home all day waiting for a package only to walk outside to see a note attached to the mailbox. What an unnecessary inconvenience. Please learn how to deliver a package properly!
Few will forget the people and the service at this small but hyper efficient post office. Understaffed, under pressure, beset by mobs of eccentric folks off the streets of Adams Avenue, these stalwart agents of postal excellence will see to it that your letters and packages go off on their merry way. I am biased, as I am the son of a postal clerk, but this really is the best little post office in San Diego.
The people who work here are always incredibly accommodating, helpful, and nice! When there are two workers, the line flies by. The only issue with this location though is it can sometimes only have one worker, and those days include a brutal wait unfortunately.
Ok, this is definitely my first time to review a post office, but this one really is great. Been here many times over the past couple years and the staff are so nice and efficient and professional. My favorite USPS office by far!
The staff at this post office is extremely friendly and helpful. The nice woman (I wish I knew her name) working there even helped me save money on postage by using an alternate box for shipping. Very happy!!
Staff here is always friendly and helpful if you need anything. If you can't find street parking, they have a little 20 min parking lot accessible through the alley behind it.
This post office always reminds me of a simpler time in a small town. They make you feel welcomed and important. Spread some love to your local mailman!
EVERYONE'S SO POLITE AND HELPFUL
