Michael has taken the trouble to go above and beyond what normal car dealers would do. We drove away in a used Honda Accord which had been meticulously looked after and realised when we were the other side of Melbourne there was an issue with the cars air con. As we live about 4 hours drive away I called Michael who was more than happy to pay to fix the issue. Most dealers would I'm sure say not my problem.
