Mr. Patel was amazing! I came in today (Saturday) to get a pain cream filled, and he said it wouldn't be ready until Monday. When he realized how much pain I was in, he phoned another Universal Health location, and was able to get them to make it within 2 hours!!! I'm so thankful for them going above and beyond to help me!
