Happened to visit urban ladder store opposite to bda complex Hsr layout and must say it was a worst experience ever had . There was not a single customer when we entered and all the sales staff ( around 4-5 ) were just sitting idle , inspite of that not one bothered to attend us . We were in the store for a good 10 minutes and were checking for the products on our own and none of the sales staff had the courtesy even to check / address what we were looking for. Though the products were good we had to just walk out of the store only because of the unprofessional and disgusting attitude of the staff. When we were about to leave there was one sales employee who came to ask and when we said that we were here for past 10 min she says that she didn’t see us !!!! The most pathetic and very unpleasant experience I have had in recent times … would never ever visit this branch again

Have had a horrifying buying experience. Ordered a trundle bed on their website. They don't stock all products in their store, so had to go by the description and photos provided on the website. When the bed came I realized I was taken for a ride. While the description said solid wood, even an untrained eye could tell it's plain wood looking ply. The headboard is wobbly and there's a gap in of the joints. No matter how much you put forward your grievances, all you get to hear from their team is sorry, you got what you saw on the website. We cannot help you beyond tightening a few screws. No returns entertained. The team that came couldn't really fix the issue because the problem goes beyond that. Deeply disappointed with the brand. I used to be a fan. Won't recommend it even to my enemy.

We visited UL showroom at JP nagar...and were very impressed with the displayed furniture and could decide on what to purchase. Service executive Mr Adarsh was very professional, friendly and helped in suggesting good makes and furniture as per our requirement. Thanks to him we could decide on good sofa sets , dining table and chairs and bed and mattress . I am very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend UL for stylish, comfortable and uber furniture. Delivery and assembling was done on time. Thanks team UL.

My experience at Urban Ladder, HSR store was nothing short of delightful. The team’s professionalism, product quality and dedication to customer service have made me a loyal customer. Even though I’m a satisfied customer reduced due to very limited furnitures in the experience centre. sometimes even when there are multiple options in website you will hardly see three or four.. if can be thought through and add few more in each furniture category it will further enhance the customer experience.

The staff's demeanor is very pleasing and calm. I had the product already in mind and just wanted to visit the store and confirm it's build quality. Urban Ladder displays details about each store which currently have the interested product in display. You can use that and visit the store to physically verify the quality of the product. The store and website have the same price and discount (no disparaty). The staff on their own made me aware of the store discount of 3% - a welcome surprise.

I recently purchased a sheesham TV unit from this store, and I must say I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the TV unit is exceptional, and it perfectly complements my living room decor. The design is not only stylish but also functional, providing ample storage space. Ordered a bed on 18th December, the ETA was max 21st December. Now they are saying it will be delivered in mid Jan. False promises of delivery date. I already scrapped my current bed before placing order as they promised 3 day delivery, now I don't have any other bed till 1 month. Pathetic service.

Good place for furnitures but not friendly staff. Half of the staff is just busy with others, and half have almost no idea about the products and it's availability. We were treated like we will not buy anything, we are just like others who walksin simply but don't buy. We had never such intention.

This store has good collection of sofas, dining. The staff is supportive and addressed all my queries. I specifically came to buy dining set and ended up buying. I hope the product would also be good. I would update the review later after product usage. Hence, reserved one star for now.

Lovely collections @ their HSR center. It's much better experience than shopping online. Mohith helped us is selecting right dining table. He explained warranty terms very clearly & best practices while using the product. Overall our shopping experience was quick & good.

What an experience centre?? Absolutely NOT EXPECTED!! How can one be expected to buy stuff worth 50k within the same day of the visit?! Can some senior up call as there was no convincing answer from the executive at the centre in hsr today: 27th July 23’

Please be aware if you are ordering something online looking at the pictures and not the actual product. There is a lot of difference. We got fooled and there is no return policy unless there is some manufacturing defect. Very mediocre experience.
