This place, like many brick-&-motars, have a zest that's quickly aging. The only thing I felt inspired by was the music and everything else was a carbon (command + c) . I would love for this particular location to dial down the options by 50% and increase the experience (the perceivable quality) by 30%.

Cole and Ken killed it today!! I was shopping last minute for my boyfriend birthday that’s tomorrow they went above and beyond to look in the back to get me a button up I was looking for! Great customer service is hard to come by and retail nowadays but they know how to do it!

Tomorrow (December 31st) will be this particular store's closing date so bring cash with you for certain products from the store itself like bottled water and there are still some clothes available for a deep discount

This is another UO store in the general downtown Chicago area. It is located on right next to a Trader Joe. Parking can be a problem during busy hours. Store selection is good but not as good as the one in center downtown.

Cool stuff, a little expensive. Some douchebag was trying his hardest to pick up my girlfriend. His game I give two stars (at least he was persistent but his games still weak) and the store gets 5 stars.

The merchandise was really spoty. Went in looking for an item, no one offered assistance. Browsed for a few minutes byt gave up when it appeared that no oe worked there.

I walk in mostly to take in the smell of overpriced clothes. The hidden gems are the items on discount, and the nice gadgets and gizmos of plenty ;)

I'm not a fan of Urban Outfitters, other than the curious objects for hipsers they sell. But just to watch them, I would not spend money in that

Cool ambiance and helpful staff. You'll find unique stuff here that is pleasantly surprised. Worth checking it out during their sale events

Friendly staff and fun clothes. Enjoyed watching the girlfriend try on some outfits. One was cute enough I made her buy it.

Staff is awesome. I found merch online at urban outfitters. Com cheaper than in store and they matched it.
