Absolutely stunning shop. Working at the Woolworths next door I regularly serve the amazing staff and owner and they are always so friendly and polite as well as beautifully presented. As I walk out of work, I can always smell the most delicious smells coming from the shop with all the lovely fragrances of the candles and diffusers. Don’t know how I even managed to have money for the week after walking into the shop because of all the beautiful things I have bought, from the jewellery to the flowers and artwork, not to mention the candles and everything thing else. If I could give 1000 star review I would but sadly I can only give 5 as that’s all it will allow me to. I absolutely love Urban Willow and all the beautiful girls there oh and the bracelets I have just recently bought, they are absolutely gorgeous, I love them all

My review is sad due to recent passing of my husband, but at the same it’s comforting to know that Urban Willow helped me find the right tropical vase/Urn for my husband’s ashes. I have searched the web for a tropical URN and I am glad I found Urban Willow. My husband requested for everyone to wear tropical attire during his funeral and this URN complimented his request. Urban Willow and the team are the most compassionate people and efficient on posting the URN to me on time. It arrived within 2 working days from ordering. They even rang me to ensure it’s the right vase/URN I wanted. The URN is just so beautiful - it’s the one we wanted for my beautiful husband and loving father. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Urban Willow. I will definitely deal with you again soon.

Highly recommend Willow Urban Retreat for a corporate day. My team and I spent a Friday day at Willow Urban Retreat to celebrate a team milestone. We were given the royal treatment from the moment we arrived by Daniel in the café and Carmelle in Spa/Studio. We were recommend a session with Irene for a on mindfulness and the experience was so impressive we all walked in to our Monday meeting talking about how we applied our learnings over the weekend. Obsessed with this shop! The latest homeware and decor trends, gorgeous fresh flowers and the customer service is exceptional! The girls always go out of their way to give you their expertise and did I mention the yummiest candles ever.. I love that I always know whatever the occasion I'll find the perfect gift or if I want to spoil myself, I know I'll always find something beautiful and unique.
