I am writing to you today to thank you very much for the care and attention you paid to myself and my mother as we transacted with you in the purchase of a second hand motor vehicle. At all times I cannot stress how wonderful it was to deal with such helpful people. Nothing was too much trouble and after both an inspection by my mechanic and a further assessment by Nissan we successfully concluded the sale. We would like to highly recommend you to any one looking for a vehicle. Having a background in mechanics you both seem intent on seeking out quality vehicles for your lot, and offering advise without pressure, a refreshing change from other dealers we visited. I recently purchased a mazda tribute from these guys. There was a small drip of oil so i asked they fix that first and they agreed. They fixed the gaskets etc.. but spotted another leak on timing belt and the went ahead and replaced the casing and the belt and the gaskets there as well. So now not a drop is dripping these guys put new water pump and new pipes and belts throughout the engine it was all very clean. We picked car up and a small green coolant leak. So i called expecting maybe no leaks or something but instead they went and replaced the entire radiator for us. All this for a 8k car that now feels like we purchased a brand new car. They were so easy and pleasant while they replaced my radiator they lent me a lovely car. I really cant recommend these guys highly enough they take pride in given you a good reliable vehicle. All over positive experience and we love our new car.

I purchased a Toyota Rav 4 August 2018 there have been issues with the car having, I had only done 400 kms in 3 months prior to the stat warranty about to expire there was a noise in the front drive gear I went back and told them about the problem one reply I got was expect noises the car has done 100000 kms they weren't really interested in my concerns since then I've had to spend money out of my pocket to repair this problem I traded a car to them which I believe was 9/10 I guess I should of inspected the car more before I purchased from them or asked for a RACV I must comment this problem did not stop my car but the problem was there which I believe they should of wanted to discuss further with me

Tips, do not let them do the road worthy, get an independent in. Do not believe anything about breaks or engine unless a third party looks at it. The insurance they sell is also not worth it, a simple job that should have a one or two day turn over has taken nearly two weeks to have anything replaces with second hand parts. The team at Easter Carzone are fantastic. We purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership, and have been over the moon with the car. The car came fully RACV tested too which provided great peace of mind. We received honest reliable advice, and were encouraged to test drive multiple makes of SUV to make sure we were making the right decision. My thanks to the Carzone people. My brother (diagnosed with dementia and does not have a valid license) bought a car from them last week after we, (his family) took his old car away. I cut his license up at the time but he must have glued it back together. When we returned the new car to Carzone and explained the situation they gave us a FULL REFUND. They were entitled to keep a 1% fee but chose not to. Clearly these are good people to do business with.

I didn't end up buying a car from these guys but I wanted to make a point of coming back to write a good review. The lads here were extremely helpful, they weren't pushy or over enthusiastic. They gave my wife and i room to talk and discuss the vehicle. They let me take the car for a decent test drive and were very pleasant and professional. I wish all car dealers were as friendly and straight forward as Laurie and his team.
