Can't comment on services, as I'm trying to book an appointment for Dr. Fidvi from last two weeks on call (as they are taking appointment via call only) but the lady who's picking the call is very rude and is saying she will call in two days, but two day has not been arrived till date. When told the same she saying she's not received any calls and disconnected it very rudely. So just wondering if the front line staff is so rude so how would be the other staff. Is VIMS hospital patient friendly? Please guide how to book an appointment other than call.

This kind of hospital /Doctors/Nurse I never seen ever. My daughter hospitalised in this hospital only because of fever (temp 103). After four days her condition was same we ask to Dr.Amit Dahat When she not recovering he was so rude.I never seen this kind of third class treatment.on 5th day the given wrong injection to her and because of that her whole body got reaction. After tha we shifted her in another hospital and in one day she came at home.

All reviews given here must be from someone family member. The hospital deserves minus rating. The staff is rudest possible . They are not supportive, they don't exactly diagnose the situation they scare both the patients and patient's family. They will not perform any action properly, they have just kept the patient in ICU with no treatment and medication. I recommend don't ever consider this hospital. This is worst .

Thanks to Dr. amit for providing very good treatment to my daughter to over come from pre mature stage (Low weight) to stable stage. Hospital staff and RMO of NICU are good, helping and kind. My mom was under treatment of Dr. Rajesh Singhania My mom had multiple disease conditions and issues with weight gain due to depression and I visited almost 3 to 4 surgeons before getting to know about Dr. Singhania. Bariatric surgery was nearly impossible for every other surgeon but it was mere cup of tea for him. Soft spoken, professional and full of empathy!! Definitely recommended
