The staff were lovely but very young. It felt like their should be a manager on duty but there wasn't. Which meant problems, and there were many, took time to be resolved. For what is a essentially a technology place the technology didn't work as well as expected. The card readers work maybe one in five times, several of the arcade games were offline or broke mid game. Eventually the kids gave up playing them all together. The VR Games work a lot better but it wasn't obvious to me from the website that some are only 4 player and I had 5 children so you have to be careful booking. I recommend not booking from the website and doing it over the phone. I was lucky enough to get Ehab on the phone and that was much easier. For some reason they don't empty the bins, you'd think at closing times they'd empty all the bins but when we showed up in the morning they were overflowing from the previous days trash. The bathrooms were not pretty for either gender. The playing environment was clean though. This is an incredibly expensive place and its not value for money. I'm glad I tried it but I won't be returning

Too many bugs - find a better VR place in Sydney. Went here with a group of 16 today. Booked from 4-6 and it took 1 hour for the VR to start working. They said that they ‘haven’t tried 6 players before’ and that the computer couldn’t handle it because it was only used to 4 player mode. For one hour we were just waiting were the game kept resetting. They then advised we can play however we would have to be in different games. My VR kicked me out of the game 2 times and it really disrupted the flow. We had to leave at 6pm for dinner and was only able to play a game for around 20 minutes. Not worth the $55 we paid (each) and we were not even offered compensation for the time we had wasted. Would definitely not recommend.

Negligence displayed by the centre 360 ride should have chin strap. We visited the place and my daughter had an accident. While she was rotating the Vr eye piece flew loose hit her face n as she tried securing hit her arm on the side handle.all whole rotating 360 degree. Staff were called n they stopped the machine. No apologies for the negligence but blamed it on hair n it could slip easily. I advised them to ensure its secure n must have chinstrap The manager then got a chin strap n attached. This safety feature was available but they did not attach it first. They waited for the accident to occur. My daughter had a sore nose bridge and arm for few days but it could have been worse. Please ensure safety of kids

It was our first VR experience, and we had a fantastic time doing the 'Escape The Lost Pyramid' escape game, with delicious pizza afterward. Team member Anish is very customer focussed, patiently explaining the tech to newbies without judgment, helping us when we got stuck, and introducing us to other VR experiences, such as the ‘VR Slide,’ where I flew over Paris in a dish. This place isn’t just for kids; take your friends and be wowed by the immersive tech, which is phenomenal! VR Quest also has a small car park which is convenient, and there is street parking.

Very little worked. What did was a disappointment. Good concept, but it needs refinement. The machines that were not working with the poor single staff member to maintain multiple machines had little idea of what to do. Maybe a drop time procedure should be written up as a guide for what to do when machines are down. The whole building needed a good cleaning as I found empty coke cans under the racing simulations. As this was a gift from my wife for fathers Day, she was very upset that we could not do anything and ended up leaving after 15 minutes.

Whoever thought virtual reality was just for the kids?? From the moment we walked up the driveway this place was a bright and shiny tech display. We rode a 3 person roller coaster, rolled our way through a horror film, dove to the depths of the ocean and experienced the most magical jellyfish. I learned that I should never get a motorbike license and we finished off with the most amazing fighter jet experience literally upside down. This place has to be seen to be believed, leave your judgement and concerns at the door and get into it!

Recently our daughter’s celebrated her 10th birthday party here, such an awesome time was had by all. The team were attentive from the moment we walked in, and throughout the party to assist with use of various VR equipment or headgear. There was also so much food and treats for the girls and they plated the birthday cake. Tip: the party credits for the experiences last for the duration of the party if swiped once, instances were it did run out the team were very accommodating. Overall an awesome time was had by all!

Dodgy business. Bought a Groupon voucher, instructions to redeem the voucher online were incorrect so I emailed to get assistance with my booking. No reply, so I called. Was assured I'd be sent a code to book online that day. 8 days later, after having re-emailed with no responses, and re-called multiple times with the same promise of a code, the phone number ended up disconnected. Still selling un-redeemable Groupon vouchers for their old address with incorrect booking instructions. Dodgy AF.

Great fun for the school holidays - managed to spend just over 2 hours here with the kids and they enjoyed themselves. Lots of games to choose from and the favourite one was where they could pretend to be robots. Staff are on hand to help with the instructions and suggestions for each game which helped. We also managed to have a feed which which they all enjoyed - they chose hamburgers and hot dogs which came with french fries. Food is great value. We will be back again for sure !

I find VR Quest really different. It's good for individuals to play on a variety of interesting machines and great for groups of friends challenging each other or undertaking a group challenge at the terminals. Friendly staff, good food, and you'll feel the vibe of video games as soon as you step inside. I came with my youngest and her primary school friends and also with the teenagers. It's fun every time (even for me) ;)

Virtual escape was good but sadly everything is overpriced as the amount of faulty equipment will ruin your fun. From card readers to arcade games, VR headsets.. some arcade games simply are not playable. And even for the VR, there’s a big chance that your game will either crash before finish or freeze for 10+ seconds every minute. For the price they charge, they should definitely buy better computers

360 chair was nice! But customer service was really poor. I've lost at least 20 credits with faulty equipment or just because I didn't know how to properly use the equipment and the one guy working there was never around and when he was, nor very pleasant to deal with. Very expensive for the treatment and support provided. Games that were working were very nice tho.

We had my 9 year olds party here with his mates. Absolutely mind blowing experience. The parents may have even had more fun. The customer service and attentiveness from the guys running it was next level. To be able to handle ten excited boys and be setting their game options up is no easy job but they took care of us superbly. Will absolutely recommend to everyone

We got a great deal on Groupon which is much cheaper than other places that have the same experiences. A little out of the way for some as near the domestic airport but they have a car park. Perhaps they could add a sign with lights so that people can see it from the main road. The VR escape game was great lots of other experience s that would be fun to try.

Tried this place out with my girls over the school holidays. They loved it. The pricing is reasonable considering the hardware that is on offer. The staff here are very friendly and helpful with the terminals when we required assistance. The girls really did enjoy it and you can easily run a themed party here for the kids/teens/adults. Well worth the visit.

Brilliant experience for my son’s 10th birthday. Great venue with a high tech Tron vibe. The kids had a hoot - especially on the 360 degree motion game. Fun games and easy to use. Generous and tasty party food servings. Additional pizzas for the parents were great too. Planning was easy, and friendly communication was prompt and clear. Highly recommend.

Came here with my younger brother for his birthday after I got recommended from some friends. Did not expect to have so much fun! My brother absolutely loved it and enjoyed the food too. The staff (the young man, I think he was called Anis?) was extremely helpful and made sure that we had a good time. We will definitely be back for another turn!

It's definitely not worth the money. Customer service is on a very poor level, no attention paid to what's going on and if people are struggling. Some games were not working and there's no tutorials how to play either. Won't be coming back. If you're getting nauseous easily then you will have a really hard time with some of the games.

I took my partner for the first time to a reality escape room and I was worried that it would be only for teenagers but not at all. We had such a good time and the technology is amazing. The lovely girl who gave us the instruction was so nice and let us play even longer that we were able to finish the quest :) thanks so much

I played VR before in other places, but this one was a good one because you play for around 90 minutes and pay cheaper than other places. Also, the place is so clean and the customer service is amazing. The guy serving us was so helpful and nice. We had a really good time there. Will be back again for sure.

Great place to spend your evening. The rides are amazing and are a complete different experience. The guy serving us (Anish) was really helpful and let us try the rides before hand. He was also really quick to give me band-aid after i cut my finger. Highly recommend to come with your friends

Went for vr pyramid and some arcade. Very amusing for the kids and they love to stay longer. Anish was very helpfull when one of the kids have trouble on playing vr pyramid. He patiently guide the kids to play again. Went with 4 kids and they are in love with vr theme park.

Had a really fun day at VR Quest where we managed to try out all the rides. The service was amazing and super friendly which contributed to such an enjoyable experience. All the rides were really fun especially the 360 ride. Highly recommended and would come back again!!

Plenty of vr machines, roller coasters, riding, quest rooms. There is no separate room for a quest room, you end up staying in the middle of the hall and solve escape room puzzles. the equipment is new and modern. A nice sitting area where you can have coffee.

A great variety of highly immersive games to choose from. I especially recommend the VR escape rooms, they even extended the amount of time we payed for which I’m truely grateful for :) Amazing staff and service, I highly recommend coming to this place.

Nice clean place with lots of fun games there were a couple broken or buggy games and a bit of trouble getting some of them but otherwise it was a great experience especially the 360 ride which was extremely exciting and fun.

What a spectacular time!! We played the Beyond The Medusas Gate game and we amazed by the graphics and the riddles to solve. You really get an immersive experience + great for bonding as you play with another person :)

I visited VR Quest last weekend with my son. I must commend the staff for their enthusiasm. Their passion was evident, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I'm having a good time enjoyable but unforgettable.

Great service but the actual product is lacking big time. Lots of machines not working in one way shape or form. Host was very understanding but still dampens the experience if the VR at a VR place is not good.

Friendly staff willing to help and explain everything to us. Some amazing and fun rides that were perfect for our Mr. 10 who loves his gaming and virtual reality. Well worth the trip over and will come again.

The place has a variety of games ranging from driving to roller coaster. Everything was really fun and would recommend trying it out. The staff there (I think Amish?) was also really helpful + food was tasty

First time at a VR room and it was pretty good, would have loved to see private rooms for groups and equipment that would allow us to run on the spot when moving around in-game.

It is fun and well maintained. The only issue is location. It is a little far from mascot station and Google map shows the back of the building rather than the front entry side.

It was really good. There were varieties of games and lots of fun. But one problem only wish it was a bigger place but other than that everything was great especially the staff.
