V-shred is a good gym in Maninagar, personal trainers are very supportive n humble.. (specially P.T Umesh sir have a good amount of knowledge about all workouts...Also he gives great tricks n tips ......best experience with them ... Overall Very supportive staff members ...I am currently on P.T membership n also getting results ... Best equipment...good atmosphere...if we have any issues, it gets solved through reception ..... Gym is very neat & clean. Thank you V-shred gym fam for the best service at an affordable price...

Had a worst experience in this gym. Machines and other instruments are not maintained well and also their a.cs are not working ever and also the air circulation is not proper. Also the behavior of their staff is all rubbish and worst ... They just show that they really care bt they just do all for money ... No one cares atall.. Wont suggest others to join this ever .
