I am incredibly disappointed in the service that I’ve received from Dr. Babalola. I’ve been a patient of her’s for about a year and a half now, and every time I see her, she’s not personable and has rushed through my appointments. I remember when I first called in as a new patient; she sighed deeply with irritation because I couldn’t pronounce her last name correctly, even after I told her I had a learning disability. I wish I had followed my instinct and not made the appointment. Also, I recently went in to get lab work done and specifically asked for Quest labs (since my insurance will cover it) to be used instead of PathGroup labs. However, a couple of weeks later, I received a bill from PathGroup labs. When I explained to the staff what happened, they just apologized, and that was it. And I wondered if they could ask Dr. Bababola if she could do anything about the situation, so I asked if they could speak to her. Her staff did and said that Dr. Bababola would reach out to me. Ironically, I had an appointment a few days later, so I received the opportunity to ask her about the situation in person. I found out she hadn’t done anything about it and told me she would need the statement they sent me. I gave her a copy of my statement, and she said she would send it to them and follow up with me. It’s been a month now, and I haven’t heard back from her, and that’s with me calling her office several times to get a status update, and I’m told that she hasn’t heard back from them. Now I have a past due balance with PathGroup labs waiting on her. I was thinking about getting another primary care doctor, and this was the last straw for me. I was hopeful that I would receive great service from her with all the excellent reviews. It appears I was treated differently for some reason. I don’t trust her, and I will be finding another PCP.

I moved to Franklin last year and have been looking for a Primary Care Physician. I looked at the list provided by my insurance carrier and selected four names to investigate further. I happened to speak to Dr. Babalola's office first and had no need to look further. They were polite and quite professional whenever I asked questions or sought direction. After my first visit, I feel as if I have been there for years. Dr. Babalola was outstanding from the moment we began speaking. She has the manner every patient seeks when looking for a doctor. I am so pleased I made this choice. She asked all the questions necessary to assess my health and was a very good listener. Yolanda was the best...from the moment she began the assessment. Jessica rounded out the picture with her thorough review of everything related to records and her sense of humor. If you're in the market for a PCP, look no further than Dr. Babalola. I started seeing Dr. Babalola several years ago after a coworker recommended her to me. I hadn’t had a regular physician in years and was feeling anxious to start the process of finding a good doctor that I trusted and was comfortable with. The doctor asked me the right questions about what’s going on with my health and how I’m feeling. I trusted her diagnosis and treatment after all the tests. I left the clinic with clear understanding of my health condition and full of appreciation for the treatment and counseling l received. My doctor was not in that kind of a hurry to see another patient. She even showed me a picture of what l was experiencing not just talk about it. l was able to ask questions. She gave me her time. She listened to me. l left the clinic with peace of mind. This is a doctor that really cares for her patient, me. I strongly recommend her for any one who needs a doctor that is truly competent with empathetic understanding.

I relocated to this area from out of state and I chose Dr. Adejoke Aina-Babalola as my primary care because I wanted to go to a doctor that can directly relate to my needs as an African American woman. Dr. Adejoke Aina-Babalola listened very carefully and addressed every concern. Her and her staff made sure to follow up on my well-being. Communication with the office and customer service is superior. Reminders are sent, which is beneficial to my busy schedule I can call to re-schedule up to the same day without penalty. Dr. Adejoke Aina-Babalola Schedule is pretty open. No long days/weeks to wait to be seen. I feel welcomed by the staff, they’re very personable, and office visits are pleasurable!

Dr. Babalola is an excellent doctor. She gave me a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. She has also taken care of my parents, and they love her as well. Dr. Babalola has an excellent bedside manner and puts her patients at ease. I am very pleased with my care. Update: I had my second annual physical with Dr. Babalola. Again I received excellent care and had all of my questions answered. All medical reports and lab results were delivered promptly. Dr. Babalola is the best doctor that I have ever had. Her compassion and kindness show through in every visit.

I am a new patient of Dr Babalola, I found her to be thorough and pleasant!!! What put the icing on the cake for me was when she was going over my lab results. One of my lab results was high, I ask her to let me work on getting it down on my own. Dr Babalola said she would allow me time to work on getting it down. That meant a lot to me that she listened to me and giving me a chance to work on getting that particular lab work down!!!! Also, I would like to say her staff members Yolanda and Jessica were both efficient and pleasant!!

Just changed PCP and couldn't be happier with the initial visit. As a disabled veteran, Dr. B (will shorten it for this review) was very attentive to the issues that I have experienced over the years. I was surprised of her in-depth of possible treatments for issues that I have seen specialists in the recent past. She came highly recommended from a close friend who is also in the medical field and she didn't disappoint! If you are looking for a doctor who is competent and cares, then look no further.

Just moved to the area and we were looking for a primary care physician, we found Valley Medical! This place is awesome and we would have to admit we have found our NEW physician. The front office and staff were very welcoming. The facility is VERY clean and cozy! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been with Dr. Babalola since 2008. She has always had my best interest at heart. She is very passionate about helping others and it shows through her work and the way she cares for her patients. I'm very satisfied with Dr. Babalola's bed side mannerisms and her professionalism. Dr. Babalola and her staff are meticulous and conscientious. She calls on time for your appointment. I had questions on low blood sugar as i had woken up w dizziness and my head spinning. I am diabetic (type 2) and never had these symptoms before. She asked specific questions and I told her I had taken an orange glucose tablet to see if that w help. I had the most pleasant experience at this Dr.’s office from the moment I walked into the waiting area and back to parking lot (literally). The office was immaculate and beautifully decorated. My check in and service was prompt and courteous. The Dr.’s professionalism, bedside manners was very genuine and her attention to detail is to be admired. I’m so happy to have been recommended to her.

We have been searching for a new PCP for a while in our area. We were looking for a good all around practice with a competent well run office and staff as well as physician. Scheduling was quick and easy. Dr. Babalola was very attentive, concerned and personable on our visit. Our prescriptions were called in to our pharmacy promptly as well as receiving our lab results in website portal.
