We were buying our first car together since getting married and after a run of poor dealership experiences elsewhere we were happily surprised how accommodating and honest this dealership was. We found exactly the car we'd been looking for in the best condition we'd seen, and the dealership was willing to work with our budget and we reached the best deal for both parties. Even that would be enough, but after we drove away we found some small problems with the car and the next day we called them to see if they would help us out at all and without question they said of course they'd get the small things fixed for us. That's actually amazing considering most places would never do something like that. Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience today. Jennifer and her husband and staff were kind, patient ,and really made a nerve racking experience a breeze. They gave me more for my trade-in to make it possible for me to work everything out with my financing, they sold me a beautiful, meticulously clean car and I felt safe buying from them. I love this car and would definitely recommend this family owned business to my friends and family!

First of all I just want to say that the people here are so insanely friendly. I felt like I was apart of the family. I came down from flagstaff looking for a car that meets all my expectations and can handle the snow. They hade a great selection and I very quickly found a car and couldn’t be more satisfied. Ask for Angel when you’re there, very knowledgeable and funny.

It was a good buying experience from a family oriented company that put you rather than a sales commission first. Don’t let the location and small lot discourage you. All the vehicles are quality and better than the ones I spent two weeks looking at for two weeks at the larger dealerships. Also much better prices. And if they don’t have it they will find it for you.

Update on my review. We drove off the lot with a gorgeous blue Highlander. The windows slowly stopped working as we drove. Since purchasing this vehicle, I have put thousands into it. One thing after another. Lemon alert here. I would advise you avoid buying a car here UNLESS you can take it to your mechanic prior to purchasing. Nice people…Best I can advise.

I highly recommend this dealer! I recently purchased a BMW Z4, and the process was seamless. Anthony helped me arrange a drop off at the Arrowhead BMW dealership for a PPI, and he also assisted with shipping the vehicle to North Carolina. Jennifer, his wife, is also very helpful with questions I had related to financing and taxes.

Anthony, Jennifer and Maximus were all very friendly and easy to work with. They bent over backwards to try to make a deal with me- unfortunately we weren't able to complete the deal. OMG! I Love this place! I have never met friendlier people. I was looking for a car close to 7 months now, and it was always the shady dealers you see on tv. But as soon as I stepped into their family owned car lot they welcomed me in with

Dishonest douche bags. Nothing more than common thieves. Don't give them a cash down payment u will never see it again if the deal doesn't go thru. I took them to small claims court and was given a judgement in December. They won't pay.

So far so good been about 3 weeks since I bought a car from them it's had zero issues made a deal with him when I bought the vehicle knew the rotors needed to be replaced but he cut me a deal on the total price so I'm going to do them
