I lost my car in the South Garage and after over 30 minutes of searching I called the Vanderbilt Police. I was worried they would tell me my issue was too trivial to send help. But they quickly sent someone over (shoutout to Charles Hall) who was very patient with me and drove me down each level of the garage blasting the A/C and asking questions to jog my memory. I was super embarrassed, stressed out, and overheated but Mr. Hall was very kind and helpful, and we found my car within 15ish minutes. Thank you!

On my way to work this morning I had car trouble and had to pull into Vanderbilt dialysis parking lot the security guard Charles Hall came out to ask if he could help in any way he was very courteous, professional and very helpful I just wanted to take the time And say thank you for his very helpful service

I have the utmost respect for the Vanderbilt Police. They are always friendly, courteous and more importantly, make me feel safe walking out to my car late at night. Thank you for being here.

Those officers are arrogants people.
