This is a hidden little gem. They have an amazing selection. I've been vaping for aprox. 7 years, they have the biggest selection of my favorite juice that I have ever seen!! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, they have decent hours and very competitive prices on everything!!!! Definitely worth checking them out.

If I could give a negative review I would, the staff is absolutely disrespectful. Products didn’t work, and we were gaslighted after we brought it to their attention. Customer service is non existent here, so please be careful buying anything from this establishment.

I have not lived in KC long. My first visit to this place left me coming back more and more! Lisa and Brian have the best customer service and retention I have seen in any smoke shop. They are knowledge on the products, and treat everyone with the same respect.

Brand loyalty is a big deal these days, thus, I do not like the name change. Smokers Heaven has been the only place I have gone to for years. Vape Stop Plus does not sound like th ekind of place that would have all of my smoking accesories.
