Had the worst experience with this Verizon location. Went in to upgrade my cell phone on a business account. Although very courteous, it was apparent after 1 and half hours this location is not experienced with business accounts costing me a $1200 bill out of pocket. I returned on their word that they could connect my 2 accounts and give me the promised rebate.. another 2 hour sit and wait ultimately no resolution. The owner of this store said, "Sorry, we can't connect our systems with the Verizon system to apply the rebate." So I walked away with my phone that has no service in my house and $1200 out of pocket. Fortunately the corporate office was INCREDIBLE and was at least able to credit my account (no credit to bank account). They still hold the money, but at least the business account has a credit amount. This location was unable to apply the benefits of the business account to my purchase. Won't EVER return to this store for personal, business, or even a bottle of water SAD.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Beatriz sold me a USED phone with employee pictures on it. When I tried to return it, she adamantly refused and kept trying to say that the phone was new and wasn't activated (which it was). When I finally was able to return it, they still charged me a restocking fee even though they messed up and sold me a DEMO phone. After getting a new phone, I had to go home and change all my passwords and update usernames because I had entered all of that info (including financial information to banks and sensitive information) onto the DEMO phone. This could have been a huge security issue and I'm glad I didn't listen to Beatriz (who, when asked why there was a picture of a Verizon employee on the phone, said "there was nothing she could do" and that the store didn't take back returns) and returned the phone.
I went last week after my phone stopped working. I got a new iPhone and a pro iPad along with few accessories for my new devices. The guy that helped me called Adoile. He told me that I have two weeks to return any of these two devices for free. When I came back home my husband asked me to return the iPad since it is more expensive than the actual price at version by Baybrook mall. Since I was busy on the weekend, my husband took the iPad back. The same guy that sold the devices to me told my husband that he tried to convince me to pay a cheaper iPad, but I didn’t accept. He also was trying to charge my husband for returning fee, and try to show me as a stupid customer front of my husband! Seriously!!? Is that what you call customer service?
The young lady at the Houston store on Clear Lake City Blvd by the HEB was super helpful moving the SIM card from my old iPhone 8 to the new iPhone 10 so that my phone would work. That’s the reason I went into the store, but there’s more. When I said I was going home to figure out how to move my contacts from gmail to my iPhone she offered to help make that happen. What took her 2 minutes would have taken me 10 times as long just researching the proper steps to take. I really appreciated her willingness to help and do it with a smile. I’ll be doing all of my cell phone business at the Clear Lake store from now on. Satisfied customer.
Originally went to a closer location to get a quote for a transfer of over 5 lines. Got a quote but still had many questions. I called this location and the General manager was super informative over the phone, answered all of my questions, Which is the reason why I decided to come to this location. When I went in to the store AJ helped me immediately when I walked in. He was AWESOME!! Gave my family and I the break down of absolutely everything and figured out the best way to make all of our lines work and get the best deal available. Definitely recommend asking for him!! Thanks AJ we can’t wait for our phones to arrive!
I came into this store to have Ana check my device to see why the back camera wasn’t allowing me to take any pictures through the back camera, only selfies. She gave me 3 options........ To take the phone to the apple store to see how much the repair would be for my phone, upgrade options and my deductible for a device if I decided to go with my insurance. Even though I didn’t buy anything, Ana was the most informative Verizon Representative I have ever been with. This location was as professional as corporate. If not even more professional. I recommend Ana for all my phone, business and service needs!
I went to this relatively new store with a bit of a dilemma to say the least. Narsha was able to fight the runaround the systems was giving us. She knew who to contact and how to get results. She never gave up! All this while running her store answering other customers questions, answering phones, talk about multitasking. All said in done she invested 4 hours in my crusade to have a useful phone. I am so impressed with her professionalism as well as her two young associates. She a customer for life....
I switched 6 lines and purchased 2 new devices at this location this past Black Friday. I’ve regretted it ever since. I was misinformed about accounts and now it turns out I don’t get to use any of the rebates that were the whole incentive to switch! I’ve only had to call Verizon corporate five or six times to straighten out the “mess” these folks initiated. They sell the equipment - make their quotas - and then it’s “good luck with Verizon”!! Terrible customer service.
Tyler was the kindest, most patient person who's ever helped me with my phone. He is amazingly knowledgeable and solved each of the problems I was experiencing. I walked in the store frustrated and confused, and I left completely satisfied! And though I didn't work directly with Hector, I observed him working with several customers. Dylan was such a big help with helping switch phone carriers! He was helpful, fast and efficient! I was looking for a new phone with other Verizon carriers and the workers weren’t being honest and were just trying to sell me stuff I didn’t want. If you want a helpful, honest person to service you, go to Dylan and he will get you right! I know I will continue working with him for sure.
This is the place to go for excellent customer service as well as other retail aspects. The is a much, much shorter wait time than the nearest Verizon retailer and the owner and staff are much more patient to hear your needs and are ready to respond in a way tailored to you. They are very knowledgeable of the phones and the financial implications. I would not go anywhere else.
This store has the BEST customer service of any Verizon store I have ever been to and I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years. We particularly appreciate Nirja and how hard she always works at solving our issue. She is always knowledgeable and patient and has solved every issue we've come to her with. We are so thankful that this store came to our neighborhood.
Called and talked to Ana when I realized that the Verizon store closest to my house was only open on weekends due to COVID. We desperately needed an upgrade to my husband’s iPhone and my JetPak, she took care of us immediately...no appointment necessary. Service was better than we ever received at the Pasadena store. Oh man where do I start?! Ana was so helpful! She was extremely knowledgeable of the features the new iPhone had to offer. A few weeks ago, I had to take my phone in for help because the power button on my Samsung Galaxy S9 was jammed. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently by A.J., who took care of my insurance claim. No wait, no fuss, no issues. I am grateful to have a store like this so close to my home! I was very impressed with Andrea Gonzalez - how she kindly help my wife and I and skillfully moved my wife's phone from ATT to my Verizon account saving us $70/month in cell phone expense. I did not have the right transfer number form ATT and she was able to find a way to make the transfer anyway. Good Job Andrea!!
I came in for an issue with my phone and not only did Ana fix it immediately, she was so kind to me and so patient the entire time. She even offered me some cool accessories to go with my phone. Spent over two hours waiting for them to get an account set up, had to order a phone I wanted, told it would be here in two days, 4 days later, no phone. Stopped into another Verizon, turns out they are a franchised location and the account wasn’t set up properly nor was my order actually completed and placed.
Took in a new Samsung watch I bought for the wife for Christmas, I needed it activated to the account. 2 hours later the only thing accomplished was killing service to my cell phone. Some of the worst service I've ever received. Franchise Verizon stores can do nothing to help their customers. Go to Best Buy.
We went to purchase a new phone and to add a new line to our existing account. Ana was amazing, professional, knowledgeable and patient, she answered all our questions and explained the different plans thoroughly she stayed past closing to accommodate us. We were very happy with the service and the purchase.

Worst Verizon experience ever. Waited an hour just to get helped and then tried transferring 4 lines over from Sprint and they couldn't even get the phones to work after they were ported over. Employee helping us also had no clue about any question we asked related to the service.

This IS NOT a real Verizon store. There are hidden fees including a membership fees to buy from this knockoff store. If there are any issues like returning a phone you will run into problems because they are NOT Verizon.
