Disgrace, so upset with the “service” i received if you’d call it that. They told me they would send through my dogs medical documents so I could get more of his medication he was nearly out of, they assured me they would send it through ASAP as I had an appointment with my vet within 30 minutes. (An email was sent the day prior to organise this and no reply.) I received no email when I was with the veterinarian so I tried calling them to see what the hold up was and they IGNORED my 12 calls, so I called on my mums phone and they immediately answered. I asked why they were blatantly ignoring my calls and she said she was busy but had coincidently answered the 13th call which was on a different number. By the time she answered my vet visit was over, so I paid and saw the vet for absolutely nothing as I had no information to give them. Dont assure someone they will have the information needed to go ahead with a vet appointment and then ignore their calls when they can’t understand why the information has no been sent through. This was not some unreasonable request, it is an animals medication, their health and well-being should be a priority to you.

Brilliant service and caring staff. Dr Gloria has been absolutely amazing in supporting me and my dog, taking a holisitic approach to his care that has ensured I am informed, but also respecting my advocacy of his needs and my observations. After seeing another vet elsewhere who had brushed off my concerns, speaking with Gloria and collaborating to develop a thorough careplan for my dog has been a breath of fresh air. She's knowledgable, thorough, and caring. The staff are always extremely kind and helpful. After a particular interaction with Maddison(I think?) who booked an appointment for me, I made a note on my phone to write a review because of how amazing the whole interaction was. They were extremely thorough, getting a full picture of what had been happening, cross checking vet notes to make sure they had all the information necessary for the appointment, and then extra information to make sure we covered everything. The whole interaction was great, but they had really put in the extra effort to take some time to cover everything with me so that the appointment was as efficient as possible. Thank you!

Dr Gloria Perkovic is an outstanding vet - she is extremely knowledgeable, confident and will guide you as best as she can. We came across Gloria when we were in need of an acupuncturist for my German Shepherd. Since then, Gloria has offered and shared so much of her knowledge on holistic treatments and how we can incorporate them with the acupuncture. Gloria’s approach to treating her patients is so positive and will always look to provide a solution and an ongoing treatment plan (that she continuously follows up on to ensure we are on track). She handles Kaiser with the utmost care (as he can be a little particular with how he’s handled), but Gloria somehow makes both he and I feel at ease. She is extremely efficient and it’s always a stress-free experience. Kaiser and I sincerely thank you for your ongoing help and care and we look forward to our many treatments with you in the future ❤️

I am so glad we found this clinic! All staff we have encountered have far exceeded my expectations. They are welcoming, informative and genuinely care about your pet. From consult to sedation to procedure and treatment I can't fault this team. We are forever greatful for the level of care they have given to our rottweiler, even in his fearful anxiety riddled state. Words can not express my gratitude. I am relieved to know that my concerns are met with address, I am not dismissed and the issues we have are actually being tendered to. We've previously been ignored and fobbed off by another clinic. The experience is chalk and cheese. This is the Gold standard of veterinary care. I will be a returning client, and I Will highly recommend this clinic to anyone that requires veterinary care. Late last year our 12 year old cat was immobile and whining. We rushed to Vetcall after quickly searching for an emergency vet online. They admitted him through immediately and commenced what they could to try and save him. Unfortunately he didn't make it, despite their best efforts. The personnel at VetCall were so professional and understanding during our sad visit, from ushering us through when it didn't look good, to then giving us some extended quiet time to be with Oreo and process his sudden loss. The vet was then able to talk us through the next steps to take and how we could get some further testing done to confirm the cause of death. We were so appreciative of the team and all they did for us during that traumatic time. Thank you for your fantastic efforts and service.

First time customer of Vetcall here ChaCha (my pupper) had to go through a major dental surgery (her first ever surgery), and due to being a student, I was after a vet clinic that have quality services with fair pricing, and VetCall is exactly that. The staff were they very compassionate and sincere. I had the pleasure of dealing with Liz, and she was amazing! She took extra steps to ensure that Cha Cha’s appointment went ahead, as it was initially cancelled due to unforeseen events. Cha Cha recovered perfectly without any issues too- she definitely approves Overall, I’m very happy with Vetcall’s services and team, and will openly say that they will now be my go to vet clinic! 100% Recommend !

I don’t leave poor reviews, but feel compelled in this circumstance. After many years of using this vet and referring them To family and friend they have treated us really quite appallingly. First charging a fee I had no idea about during Covid lockdown then when they were queried We were treated badly. Apparently, they are unable to manage customer queries. Not nice people. Sadly, their response is as dishonest as the poor treatment of us. We never suggested anyone was ‘ scared’ of our dog. That is just a ridiculous statement. You should own your appalling treatment of people, not to mention a dishonest fee.

Our Fur guys had been dealing with Rebecca for years. Rebecca was the 1st to introduce the benefits of acupuncture to us and we are still seeing how this form of treatment regularly helps maintain our beautiful boys lives. Our boys as well as our meowing crew have also been seeing Gloria on a regular basis for just as long. We are so thrilled that Gloria is now part of Rebecca's team. It is due to both of their passion, understanding, time and effort they have put into every one of our fur babes that shows us the genuine care and commitment they have for all creatures great and small.

I love this Vet, everyone is always so friendly and I love that they offer alternatives to the standard card such as acupuncture as I believe it worked great for my Senior Dogs arthritis when the pain relief medication stopped. He was able to move more than before. It's best to start when the symptoms begin however, that is my tip as I waited until it was almost too late. They also do home visits which I used also and is so convenient. I know have two rescue Dogs and looking forward to having VetCall look after them.

The team at Vetcall are professional, kind, and compassionate. They truly care about the animals they treat, and address the needs of each animal and owner as their first priority. They went above and beyond to give quality, compassionate care to my cat Manny in his final days of life, and made the process of euthanasia calm and very caring. I can’t thank you all enough for the wonderful care provided. I highly recommend this practice for their dedication, professionalism and kindness.

Love VetCall and really grateful to have a mobile service in the west. Particular shoutout to Gloria who was a patient, detail oriented, and thoughtful vet who did a house call for my mum’s senior cat Edgar. Gloria was also quite on time and the visit didn’t feel rushed. Reception staff have also been very courteous, warm, and diligent. It can be a bit of a journey finding a vet you want to stick with but we feel like we are finding a home base for our medical needs here for our boys.

All of the vets and vet nurses at this practice are absolutely wonderful: they are professionals operating at the top of their scopes, and you can see how much love and care they offer each and every client. They were the first vet that my then-puppy ever visited, and to this day he loves going to the vet, which I credit them with! I trust them with his care because they provide top veterinary care, and support me in caring for my dog.

My dog had her ACL operation at Vetcall late last year. The vets here were so amazing. My dog can be very sooky and sometimes needy and they were always so considerate of her, looking for alternative ways to make her feel comfortable. The recovery was super long but I'm so happy that she has been back to normal for months now! The surgeon was fantastic, as was everyone else we dealt with. Will 100% be taking her there from now on.

Rebecca has been an amazing Vet over the years. I really can’t recommend her enough. Her knowledge, compassion, understanding and experience is second to none. My beloved 18 year old cat Molly passed away recently and Rebecca truly went above and beyond to ensure the whole process was as stress free as possible. My cat was very sick, my regular vet was very unhelpful, but VetCall were fantastic, they managed to squeeze him in, do an XRay and diagnose him very quickly. Everyone I spoke to from the time I first called to when he passed was empathetic, compassionate and helpful. Special shout out to Kirsty, Heather, Gretchen and Rebecca. We felt that someone cared and was willing to help. They are now our regular Vet.

Recently called a few times but no answer. Left a message once and never got a call back. They are obviously too busy to take new clients, but at least make it known via the website or on the recording when someone calls. My dog is 13 years old and can't get in and out of the car, so I thought this service would be fantastic, but what is the point of advertising a service that can't be delivered.

I recently had a really sick cat. It was very stressful as I was home alone with 2 kids and pretty limited with my ability to get out of the house. What I didn’t realise is that, Vetcall have a home visiting vet nurse. The nurse came and got my poor cat, took him to the clinic then rushed him to the emergency vet for me. Amazing! What a fantastic service to have available.

I've taken my dog here for his routine checkup and vaccination over the past few years and each visit has been a pleasure. My labrador gets a litte nervous around other dogs, the team is very supportive and patient. They book him during quiet periods and also gives him special treatment to ensure the experience is stress-free for everyone.

I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by VetCall. I have a reactive greyhound so it is difficult for us to go to the clinic, however the house call service suits us perfectly. Dr. Gloria made my dog feel relaxed and the appointment went great! I will be using them for any of my dog's future veterinary needs.

A nice experience with friendly staff taking care of pup and humans through a thoroughly sanitised space. They had a soft floor mat so my doggo didn't have to get on the table. The vet was very gracious about making sure he was comfortable as possible with the whole check up.

The staff here are amazing, so caring and professional. I took an injury stray cat in that my kids had become fond of and they went above and beyond to care for him, even finding him a foster family. I can only imagine the high standard of care they give to their customers.

It's an ok decent vet practice. Can't fault the vets but can fault the pricing of things at times. Somethings are just priced high others are reasonable. Giving it 3 stars purely for pricing. Otherwise expertise and experience it would get 4 stars atleast.
