We had a nice three night stay . It was nice to have the separate lounge area and would stay again. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast on day one and day three was nice. However on Christmas morning it was chaotic and disorganised. I understand it could be busy however the dining area is relatively small and the hotel appeared to be quite full but it didn’t stop the hotel taking external bookings and walk-in with hotel guests not being prioritised. We had to sit on a table with another couple and a solo traveller. Not what I wanted at all and I feel the hotel was simply being greedy. If you want to take external guests at least ask hotel residents to book their breakfast time slot. As it was so busy there was a long wait for service. I had to ask to order and with all the hot drinks waiting on the bar I had to get my own as it was there for about 10mins getting cold. Check out was smooth I gave the correct information, including that we hadn’t purchased anything from the mini bar. When I checked my credit card later that day I had been charged over $60 for wine and chocolate which we didn’t have. Again unacceptable to be charged when I didn’t have these items or give authority for the payment. Yes I did get a refund straight away after I phoned to query it but it shouldn’t have come out in the first place. I wonder which room got their wine and chocolate for free. Overall we did enjoy our stay but it wasn’t perfect which is a shame.

Always a lovely stay. Rooms are nice and clean. Decent size as well. Breakfast is always yummy and staff are great. Have stayed about 10 times this year and been served by the same gentleman any the counter and he never remembers us - hopefully he might next time haha. Love the pool. Wish there was parking as it's so expensive otherwise. Was very put out that the vibe hotel website price was an extra $100 on top of other websites sadly. We try to book direct to save the company money but just can't do that when it's that expensive.

A great hotel in the heart of Hobart. Modern and clean rooms with everything you could need. We had an amazing view over the harbour from our room. The best aspect of our stay was the friendly staff. The most welcoming and accommodating hotel staff we have ever come across. Made our stay much more pleasant and gave us heaps of fantastic recommendations for places to eat and go

The staff made this hotel. They were friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I stayed in two different rooms across my five days here, and there were issues with the shower in both rooms fluctuating between hot and cold. The room service menu did not have a lot of choice, and could do with being looked at. Overall, would recommend this place highly.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place. So accomodating, kind and friendly. We were in a pretty rough situation having been part of a fire that left us no where to stay and they made everything so much easier, all last minute. Great location, even better service. Beautiful rooms. If you need a lovely place to stay in Hobart this is it.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Room was very spacious, quiet, modern and clean. Very grateful for the unexpected early check in on Friday and 12 checkout on sunday. Only negative was only 2 instant coffees. Would definitely book again.

Great spot in Hobart for short or long stays. Nicely appointed hotel with excellent staff, service and facilities. Elliot and Josh at the front desk are superstars, and Yugi from the breakfast team was excellent throughout our stay. Apartment rooms are worth the extra for the views and space on the top floor

We stayed at Vibe Hotel and after a rough couple nights camping the wet received the most incredible service by Shaubham. He was kind, considerate and worked really hard to ensure we had the best experience. Just incredible service and a beautiful room. Will stay here again!!!

Excellent hotel in Hobart, 7 minutes walk from Salamanca market (if you happen to be there on a Saturday). The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very spacious and modern. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again
