I would not recommend Cornerstone Hospital to someone you love and care about. If you have other options, take them. The representatives presented the facilities as one way but they fell far short on delivery. If you must go there I would advise that you or your loved one have a thorough understanding of their medical history, your allergies and what medications you are taking at the time. I would also recommend that you have someone present around the clock to speak and watch over your loved one. My wife was admitted with a major back injury. The representatives promised that she would have a special bed and that her current treatment regimen would be continued. When we arrived she was placed in a room where there was no air conditioning. We were told that it would be fixed shortly but after 4 hours there was no relief. The nurses also neglected to do the simple things like take vital signs. It was important that my wife had some of her vital signs checked hourly as was done before. Doctors: The main issue we had was with the pain management doctor. The initial interview did not go well. It was obvious that the doctor didn’t bother to read her records or wasn’t interested in what she had to say. She frequently referenced prescribing medications that my wife was no longer taking or didn’t need to take. Then she prescribed a medication that my wife was allergic to. She would have known this had she read her charts. When she was challenged because my wife also worked in the medical field, the doctor became defensive and at that point did the very minimum required but not enough to relieve my wife’s pain and suffering. Another issue we had was that the doctors had a standing order that they were not to be called for any reason after midnight. My wife developed some issues and the doctor was called several times but never returned the call. When Monday came we immediately called our insurance company to request a transfer to another LTACH. The doctors usually provide medication to help make the patient comfortable during transport but this doctor refused to write any orders. Rooms and Equipment: After 4 hours it was apparent that the air conditioning was not going to be fixed. My wife was beginning to have raspatory problems due to the heat so I requested that she be moved to another room. She was moved to the ICU where you would expect things to function better. The nurse’s call button was shorting out. You had to position the cable a certain way for it to function and you weren’t sure if it was working or not. Rather than take any chances I just went and found a nurse when something was needed. They had 3 portable blood pressure cuffs and one on a monitor of which none of them worked. They finally had to go to another floor to get one that worked. It took another 20 minutes for them to find a thermometer. For an ICU, you would have to question if they were equipped to handle a life or death situation. Nurses: Most of the nurses were fine. They were helpful and empathetic. They did the best they could with what they had to work with but there were some you could tell were there just for the paycheck.
My husband suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury back in July and was transferred over from Ben Taub to the ICU floor of Vibra on September 13. When he arrived on site he was still in a coma/vegetative state. A few months into his stay, he is now emerging and beginning to talk, hes getting weaned off the ventilator and more. Initially it's nerve wrecking because you get so used to routine at a bigger hospital, but very quickly I grew to love the whole team at Vibra. I'm with my husband daily and I never felt excluded from his recovery and the nurses and doctors have done amazing to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. I know I'll forget names but a few nurses that have gone far and beyond to treat us like family like Julianna, Ify, Tennel, Latisha, Millicent are amazing. Yvonne from physical therapy, Chris, George & more from respiratory. And Regina from case management have made our stay so smooth. Regina has gone beyond to get weight off my shoulders, help me with any applications or paperwork I've needed to get my husband more help. Dr Martin his main physician and Nazilah who leads neurology have truly been rays of sunshine during this very difficult process of the unknown. Recovery from brain injury is not linear but the team has done great to always try and get answers to any road bumps my husband has faced during his recovery. I do not shy away from my faith and I praise the Lord for putting a team of people backing us up that without shame pray for their patients. Of course, any profession will have its bad apples or just rough days but I've only had one incident through our 2 month stay that I had trouble with a specific employee...the supervisors were quick to act on it and made sure that we weren't assigned the same person again.
DO NOT send your family member to this facility. My mother in law was sent here after a three month battle in the ICU after being infected with covid. Cornerstone kept her for about a month before releasing her. Let me be clear of the state she was in as she was being released. She was unable to walk or move on her own, weighed about 70 pounds, and needed oxygen 24-7. The only thing we were provided was oxygen. This facility did not provide my sister in law with any prescriptions, follow up visits, physical therapy, or anything as she went to pick up her mother. They simply handed my mother in law over to her. Not to mention my sister in law could not understand what was being said as she does not speak English. Three weeks after she was released I had to call 911 and have her transported to the hospital due to her worsening condition. The paramedics were beside themselves and could not believe she was home and not in a facility. We are now sitting with my mother in law in an ICU room as she is dying due to a collapsed lung just three weeks after being “safely released” (as they say) from this place. When I called cornerstone for information and they finally picked up the phone (after countless messages being left and being hung up on) I was responded to with nothing short of rudeness. I was told that she was released because she did not have insurance and was finally told “I am not going to speak with you about this more” Because this facility refused to see my mother in law as the human that she is we are losing her. If you feel comfortable sending your family members to a place that sees them as nothing more than dollar signs and has no regard for human life then go ahead and use this facility. I would recommend going elsewhere.
This place is downright neglectful. First two weeks in a room with no AC.... in June. After daily complains it took the maintenance man to get moved to another room. While there, they lost a cell phone, caused a blood infection, pushed a procedure back each day for 5 days continuing a nothing by mouth order for the entire time. They were surprised to learn there was no food/water intake for that time acknowledging as soon as the procedure was pushed back each day, they should have allowed food and water until midnight the night before each reschedule. We had to remind them to change colonastamy bags and often found left in a soiled bed. Physical Therapy was often the only folks helping the care here. But on weekends there were hours of time you would not see a nurse, not only in the room, but at the station as well. Had to go to another floor to find a staff member. This was explained with "we're short staffed" and "we're remodeling". Care manager was a joke always answering "let check on that" and you would never hear from her again. Bottom line, prepare to fight for care here. If your loved one cannot fight for themselves, go fight for them. Update: Well Played Cornerstone, post a phone number to "Call the CEO" that is really just a phone loop to give the appearance that you care. If you really care, come up to the 4th floor room 473 and we'll be glad to talk, and show you, the issues.
I began working with Pam on August 8th. I missed Wednesday because of dialysis.I worked with her August 10th and 11th.I had surgery in 2021 and I have not walked since then. I have been in hospitals, rehabs, and many home therapists and I have learned more in three visits with her than I have with any of them. On the first day she taught me core strength exercises, arm exercises, leg exercises. If I had her for a therapist I would have able to stand on my own before now.. in three days I have stood 12 times. This physical therapist is GREAT! I know she has helped many people. I was at a skilled nursing center for 26days and been out of beds for 6 times. Two people had to get me up. Pam has worked with me to get me up by herself. I'm so excited I have told everyone that I can how wonderful she is. Thank GOD for Vibra and thank GOD for Pam. I will be an ambassador and sing the praises of Vibra. The nurses, aides, food service and everyone have been super. Doctors come in at 5 am. Mr. Desmond and the ICU floor are so caring and professional. Everyone from the time I walked in the door were pleasant. I've met only one person who was professional yet seemed uncaring and willing to listen to me or care what I was going through. Overall I will give Vibra an A+. Thank you for your great service. .
I’m highly disappointed with this facility in many areas. This review is solely based on parking. My loved one has been at this facility since June and I was told since she’s been here to park in the Museum parking garage( premier parking) to get validated parking. Today, as I approached the ICU counter to give the person working/sitting at the counter my ticket, to have it validated as I have since my family been here. I kinda felt ignored and finally another lady spoke asking if I needed help. I then said “yes, I need my ticket validated “ and she said oh we’re out of tickets. I then ask so what do I do? And she shrugged her shoulders at me, like she doesn’t know. The lady sitting directly from of me finally spoke saying she was out of tickets. I then asked her what shall I do? She had no answer for me but, another lady was approaching me appearing to be the cleaning lady “saying you’ll just have to pay for it” I then looked at the other ladies trying to clarify what shall I do. They then said I guess you’ll have to pay. My concern is why tell visitors one thing and not do it? And why did it take the cleaning lady getting involved to to give me an answer? This place is a joke on all levels.
My brother was here for two weeks. The staff there was so wonderful. (Including the doctors)They made handling his care so easy. But I have to ready give five stars to Ms.Regina the Director of Case Management. She made my work almost none. She helped to find a facility for my brother to go to, even when I wasn’t getting the help that I needed from Amerio Group. And even as late as today, my brother has been gone from their facility for over ten days. She has still helped me and answered any questions that I have had. Not once, have she told me that she couldn’t help me because he was no longer their patient, and I’m so very grateful for that. There’s things that I couldn’t have done without her help. Thank you again, Ms. Regina. And my brother have said that he appreciated the way that y’all took care of him, even the ones that brought him food. So me and my family are so glad and grateful for all of your care. Letha Green/POA for Anthony Preston
This facility is extremely dangerous! If you want your loved one to return home safely, do not leave them alone here. I urge local investigative journalists to report on this place and warn the public. My mother was supposed to recover for a day or two after minor surgery at Vibra Hospital of Houston (formerly Cornerstone Specialty Hospital Houston Medical Center) at 1300 Binz on the 3rd floor in Houston. However, we have been here for two weeks now. Due to the nurses' neglect, my mother developed an infected surgical wound that required surgery and an emergency procedure because a nurse had clogged a tube. Additionally, they did not give her enough fluids, causing her to experience sudden kidney failure. If that's not enough to scare you, the nurses who are rude, defensive, and deliver incorrect medication 3-4 hours late will. I firmly believe that if we had left my mother here alone, she would not have survived.
My sister Jean Rocio is a patient at JVA speciality hospital. I am practically there everyday. If it was for Ms Bernice I would be lost. My sister is going through a lot of pain and suffering but the nurses and Ms Bernice help me get through whatever situation that I encounter. If I have any issues, I go and see Ms Angela the floor supervisor and she corrects any issues that I may have encountered. My other sisters lives out of town. They came to this facility and visited our sister and told me that they loves the way everyone takes care of our sister Jean and handles her with so much care. I have had a problem with only one nurse and Ms Angela took care of that issue. Thanks to all of you and the C&N who calls my sister Moma, for continuing to support and give my sister tje best care. I don’t want to forget her physical Therapy Pam, she’s also awesome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The physical, speech, and occupational therapists were absolutely amazing!!! The student nurses, CNA (Greg), and a couple of nurses were sweet and were always willing to help!!! My daughter, however said that some nurses were kind when patients had visitors but had a different attitude when the visitors were gone. They would come in and be prompt with getting her on bed pan when family was there but would be told to just wet the bed that they will change her when they get to her. Needless to say no one wants to wet themselves and lay in a bed for an hour before they came and change it. Sometimes the Doctors would get political and thats not the place nor time to do that. I gave them 4 stars only because the physical therapist Justin, occupational therapist and speech therapist were awesome and deserve 5 stars. Otherwise it would probably be a 2 or 2.5 star.
We are having a horrible experience with the facility and some staff members. My family member has been here for a month and the temperature in the room is never right. Either it's too cold or too hot. We have complained several times but get no results. My family member stated hours go by and no one comes to check in. Some staff members have extremely bad attitudes when you ask for assistance it is very obvious that they are annoyed by it. I address my concerns to our case worker and that we wanted to transfer to a different facility I was told we could not which is BS!! The case worker stated we would have someone to check on him daily to ensure that concerns are being addressed however that never happened. I would not recommend this place at all. Choose a better facility.
I was so nervous making myself stop telling myself. You can do this.as soon as i walked in the staff is so comforting. They treat you like you entered a big family of caring nuses, doctors. From the entrance to the doorway. I encountered people that care. I wish I could've stayed longer. Answered all my questions. To every need a care possible. Giving me very great care. Like being at the greatest hotel. They are about making you feel comfy and safe. I would definatly recommend this hospital and caring team of doctors nurses. And thanks to all of ya'll from dr. Terry scarsbourogh and my nurses need more of this individual care . My surgery gastric bypass sleeve. Was a success!!I thank each and everyone in that facility for your care and smiles.
My mother spent about 3 weeks here and it was an okay facility. Definitely there were a lot more issues on nights than days. However, the nursing supervisor did round and address concerns. I could tell he did take his job very seriously The only major incident that happened was that a tech basically threw a wet towel at my mom on night shift when she asked for a bath. She’s a stroke patient and that was horrible. I don’t know if that was ever addressed. Physical and occupational therapy were amazing and they at least had mom taking steps before she went to rehab. I think they were key in her recovery and essential in getting her life back. Overall the facility was okay, definitely needs improvements with nursing and aide training.
Is there anything lower than one star!!! This place should be reported! The nursing staff is unsanitary.. They don't respond or properly attend to the patients.. These people are only around to make a buck.. They don't read medical history, if you don't tell them, they would not know. They don't clean up by tbemselves or properly sanitize before administering medication. So of them don't even put on gloves.. and lets not forget they are not professional at all. why this place is still operating as a hopsital lt amazes me.... it must be good to know people up high.. because these doors should have been closed a long time ago..this place needs an undercover boss episode.. because i would not send my pet here it is just that bad...
Let me just say, people who are putting great reviews about this place, must have been somewhere else. If you want your loved one to be cared for properly, do NOT being them to this place. My father was sent here, and in his last days, he told us he didn't like it there because the nurses were mean to him. We saw it firsthand. The nurses especially one named Julia, could absolutely care less about your loved one. They all cared about the conversations they carried out in the Hall, rather than the ill patient in the room. How dare this hospital hire such horrible nurses. The xray guy who came to my fathers room, flipped him around like a piece of meat. All the bad reviews on here, are TRUE. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.

I LOVE THEM SO MUCH CAUSE THEY GAVE ME HOPE THANKS TO MS BERNICE- RECEPTINIST/ UNIT CLERK, JARMOR DR KAHLIL MARTIN, MS SELAM- NURSE , MS MORGAN- NURSE, MS SU- SPEECH THERAPIST, MS ANGELA HOUSE SUPERVIOR HOUSTON, GLORIA- INFECTION CONTROL, FRED- HOUSE SUPERVISOR, PHYSICAL THERAPIST/OT, MS SHIRLEY JACKSON- NURSE, HOUSEKEEPING LADY- MS. BARBARA,
I attempted to contact this hospital several times because a friend of mine has gone missing and police asked that I contact local hospitals to see if he had been recently admitted. To my surprise, my calls went unanswered and there was no voicemail for me to leave a message with. This is highly unprofessional due to this being a critical care hospital. They are tasked with caring for those who need it most but can't be bothered with completing the simplest task of making sure someone is available to take your calls or push a button to set up a voicemail. So, if you believe you have family or friends in this hospital and you wish to contact administration, don't waste your time. They simply don't care.
Vibra at Houston is under new leadership and we are creating an environment which is high spirited and energetic regarding health promotion and preventative care. We provide patients extended care to provide time and assistance to make the best decisions regarding their current and progressive care in their most crucial state and condition. There is an excellent physical therapy team, respiratory team , and an innovative nursing team willing to provide you all you need in your decisions regarding your care. We believe in collaborating with our patients, family, and care providers involved in their care to assist them to be successful after they are no longer under our care. Here at Vibra "WE CARE."
Beware of this place don't let the way this place looks fool you! Had to get a sitter just to see what's going on they came to change my mothers sheets and my mother use the restroom on her self the sitter let the one who changed the sheet that she needed to be changed and they said they would let the nurse know. It took them 45mins to change her the sitter had to call them. Them knowing my mother is all raw in her private parts! Some of the staff are dirty they dropped stuff on the floor and tried to use it on my mother! Her room had stuff on the floor like stuff they would open and use on her! Asked for a call back by the administration person Rose never called me back! Just horrible!!!!
My life companion was at the location 1300 binz houston. The worst experience. First it was dirty and I felt my love one was surrounded by nurses in training. Except for Tennell RN and Chris respiratory specialist. We almost lost my love one due to negligence of the others that he had pneumonia. We all showed up to say good by to my love one I stayed with him until 5 am praying. Thanks to Tennell RN that convinced his son the next day to intubate. He is now in another better hospital and care. I don't recommend this hospital for your love ones. I hope this will help to read reviews before putting your love ones in this place.
Right now my husband is in cornerstone i come and sit with all day all i see that the staff is sitting and not taking care of anyone i asked to speak with the the lead nurse and 3 hours later he or she hasn't come and talked to me my husband wasn't to happy about the nurse who was a signed to him last night my husband told me that the nurse from last night try to drug him my husband isn't on any meds right just the feeding tub and oxgen for his lungs every meds was taken off from him so i don't understand why was my husband was given other meds when he isn't on anything
Recently discharged patient husband wanted to share a heartfelt expressions of appreciation. "Just wanted to express my thanks for the care you have shown my wife during her stay there. The food, the care, the parking everything has been exceptional. I cannot thank you enough for what you're doing for her and I've recommended you to everyone I see, literally telling everyone at St. Luke's about your facility. Thank you again, CF" We would like to thank him for allowing us to be a vital part in the caring for his loved one.
Very professional staff dedicated to service. Smart young people who are at the top of there fields as caregivers, willing to go the extra mile in order to insure you recieve the very best care possible. Food service a cut above all the rest.Of all the meals I have had served here I don't think any of them were of poor quality or bad.THANKS FOR ALL THE GREAT MEALS. Housekeeping and mantanice hold them all together.I LIKE THIS PLACE .THIS IS THE FUTURE OF MODERN MEDICINE. YOUR NOT JUST A NUMBER ANYMORE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Both my husband and I spent 3 weeks at Cornerstone recovering from Covid from the end of August to mid September. We could not have been in better hands! Our nurses and Techs were kind, caring, and attentive. Our Physical, Occupational, and Respiratory Therapists were amazing. The food was fantastic, always fresh and delicious. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and resolved. They even made provisions to take me to my husband’s room every day so we could spend time together. We HIGHLY recommend Cornerstone!!
My mom was only there at cornerstone for a few days..The second day I came my mom was soaked in urine I asked when will they change her the nurse said they are making there rounds. The night before she died the nurse handled her bandages rough and the nurse didn't know my moms blood pressure was dropping I had to tell her.i just don't like the care and for you to call me to say hurry and get to the hospital and when I get there she was dead. They say it happened so fast..The real question was yall watching her ?
We have had a wonderful experience. Ms. Beatrice has been excellent. She gets in touch with people that we need to see and speak with the nurses have been super they keep me informed on what medication‘s. They’re giving him and the results of testing the supervisors check in to make sure everything is going well with us, and we appreciate that Miss Angela, I’m very grateful to the Lord for providing us with such good care . Thank you, Mrs. Massey.
My husband had surgery here today. I have never experienced a staff so caring. Every employee told me “Good Morning” as I passed them in the hallway. Sandy, the nurse in surgery, called 3 times to assure me that everything was going great. Then Dr Lefave came out when the surgery was over and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the hospital staff as well as all the doctors at Houston Colon. I would highly recommend all of them.
So far so good. My brother just got here last night and we are hoping that he will be well here, that he will be helped with his recovery and most of all that he will be treated with dignity and respect. We pray for each and everyone that comes in contact with his care to have knowledge, to be patient, caring and to practice empathy and respect. I will update as we move forward through this next venture in my brothers road to recovery. Ty
my grandfather was placed here for hospice care. although he only made it a day before passing, i can honestly say that these nurses, CNAs and respiratory therapists were some of the most compassionate and caring professionals that we encountered during my grandfather’s 3 month illness. i am quite knowledgeable as well because i am a nurse myself. we had a lovely experience as they cared for my grandfather and my family while grieving.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE my mom was originally at memorial Herman and was transferred to this hospital after having covid. She has only been there for a week and it’s HORRIBLE the nurses are ghetto, the room itself is dirty, no one bothers to clean the restroom. Keep in mind they had the wrong information for my mom.I’m in the process of transferring her to a different hospital! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONES HERE PLEASE DONT
I’m an ACC level one nursing student and have been doing my first semester clinicals at this hospital and everyone so far has been helpful an amazing, but the wound care team is especially awesome!! they gave us an impromptu lecture on wound care specifically so we would be more prepared for our exams and skills check offs down the road and im super thankful to get some of that knowledge and experience today!!
My wife was at corner stone for 4 weeks ,the nurses are horrible 95 percent can't understand English they can't hardly speak English, it took 3 to 4 hours for her to get her meds, there were patients in there rooms screaming and the nurses sitting at the nurses station playing with there phones they never checked to see if my wife needed changing. I would not seed a dead dog dog to corner stone there worthless.
Horrible staff! Very disorganize !!!The staff never know what going on ! I do not recommend anybody to come here ! When my mother requested to talk to the doctor it took a weeks to get a phone call back. The staff don’t call for updates. My grandmother was sedated and no one notified us.One of the nurse caught a attitude with my mother on the phone, and she wasn’t patient with my grandmother.
My grandmother is located in this horrible place. My grandmother has the coronavirus and she needs help at times and the other day the nurse told her if she needs anything else she is going to have to pay. I contacted the supervisor she said she will call me back about this issue it's been 3 days have not heard anything. If your family members need after care help do not send them here
Wonderful experience. My dad was admitted and requiring a ventilator. He was discharged off the ventilator. The staff was so nice and kept us informed during this stressful time. From the beginning Cari Gonzalez, the liaison, explained what was going to happen and stayed in touch with us throughout my dads stay. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Hospital Medical center to anybody.
I gained a family coming to Cornerstone Specialty Hospital. The entire staff received me as one of their own. I cannot express my gratitude and love enough for the all the staff and nurses. The care given was amazing and I will never forget a single one of you. Both my husband and I can never express the love we came to have for all of you. Sincerely, Efren and Rosie Carmona.
This place is simple horrible. If you can send your loved one somewhere else do so. I heard a man screaming for help for 20 mins while the nurse staff just sat there on they phone. They dont answer the phone and it takes them 30 mins when a patient push the help button. I will be calling the board. This is malpractice and this facility needs awhole new staff
Visited my aunt and was impressed at the way this hospital now called Vibra Healthcare took very good care of her. She came from one of the acute care hospital in medical center and was literally left to die until someone suggested we moved her to a long term care hospital. Thank you Vibra for all you do and thanks to the diligent nurses.
I have never had a problem with any nurse or hospital but one of the nurses in the morning shift was treating my mom careless tossing my mom!! and that's something that is unacceptable, worst experience ever and please nurses if your having a bad day do not I repeat DO NOT take out your anger with the patients !!! …
Disgusting place. They have refused to let us transfer our mom to another facility. They tell us they will call us and they never do. We live 100 miles away and go every other day. Our mother has become septic since being there and we kept telling them she was getting sicker. Then 4 days later they said she was septic.
My father-n-law admitted to Cornerstone Hospital several months ago. The nursing staff exceeded our expectations and helped my father-n-law get back to doing what he loves best which is gardening. Also, I would like to thank Keith Ray for answering all of our questions concerning the hospital, and nursing staff.
I wish I could give negative stars. The facility is extremely outdated and smells bad, front desk lady wearing black is rude and always annoyed, one of the doctors acts like he hates life, and one of the nurses throws things around (including medications). Let me know if you need names so it can be addressed.
DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! It should be shut down permanently....Had I not moved my mother out of there she would have died...She caught pneumonia, staph and 2 other infections while she was there! Please don't put your loved one here to suffer and be treated worse than a dog!!!
Have a surgery tomorrow and their hospital assistants forgot to call me with the details of the surgery been calling them for the info and all they say is they will call you a day before the surgery and nothing!! Good thing I know the procedure before a surgery! Hospital staff is unprofessional!
Cornerstone Med Center is amazing! I’ve spent a few weeks there. The staff is very friendly and caring. The therapy staff have helped me tremendously. I’m now walking longer than I have in years. You feel encouraged to push towards your goals. I recommend this place to anyone who needs it.
this place is horrible you can't find any staff or nursing to help you or the patient for at least 30 minutes or more they said my grandpa was well ready to come home but was sent home with a 30 day old catheter and sepsis and a malfunction feeding peg he died after he was sent home
When your pt is to be transferred to another facility make sure the staff coordinated with each other. My husband is still there as of this writing, 24 hours after the doctor ordered his discharge for transportation issues. Its unbelievable. Nobody holds accountability.
My Mother can do for herself it's a everyday thing to get someone to clean her a nurse walked in her room and said hello looked around and walked clean out the room it like they can't understand are they choose not to and this happens almost everyday
Great experience with top nurses! I want to thank all staff for their responsiveness to patient needs from day one. The nurses are very professional, kind, and work like a team. I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone needing specialty care.
Beautiful workers on hand and on point from the nurses to house keeping . Thank you for making my farther last days in 2015 as comfortable as I would have done myself God Bless and may He forever keep each and everyone of you …
I had a family member there and they were treated well. I have been at several different hospitals and all have issues. But here when they do have issues, they care enough to make it better. Thank you for your hard work.
I had a wonderful experience here. All the nurses who helped out my family and I were very nice and helpful. This facility was very nice and I felt super comfortable in the area. I would definitely recommend it!
I love working at Cornerstone. Our goal is to provide holistic care which is that of excellence centered around YOU. We strive to have you participate in your care and get you to your ultimate level of wellness.
These people have done a really good job at taking care of my father. I work a lot and I can't always be there, but I'm so at peace knowing he's there being taken care of. The entire staff has been really great
It’s always a great pleasure when you’re being treated like family. Lisa Azagidi goes over and beyond for the patients to ensure their needs are met. Lisa, we appreciate you and thank you for your dedication!
A horrible night mare place to come to for care. I wouldn't put a sick dog here. And I have proof of my sister time here for 31 days. Today we moved her and we can get a good night sleep.
My bestfriend was transferred from Memorial City hospital to give her a fighting chance to get better. This hospital gave me my happy and healthy bestfriend back thank you.
This place is horrible ... The workers don’t care and the doctors are only about money.. They hold patients hostage to milk Medicare.. The health care is Sub-par at best
