For The Very First time I went there and It has been a pleasure . Great Place for Learners to there Drive test there . All bits are covered definitely a bit quieter depending on what time of the day it is and most importantly staff there are great . Very good Accomodating Staff there . The team at Dromana VicRoads were simply terrific. They took the time to find a solution to the unique issue I had with a marine licence. I visited this VicRoads branch today and the staff could not have been more friendly. My son was going for his learners test and the staff welcomed us at the door and were so helpful and encouraging (for a slightly nervous teen). Very efficient and organised. A big thank you.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Every time I come here the staff is so rude and condescending, especially Cathy and Lynn. They have absolutely no idea about customer service. They’re obviously miserable in their jobs and should just quit instead of being rude and dismissive.

I visited this branch of vic road today for my driving test. Blessed to have such a cooperative and helpful staff. It was an amazing experience. I passed my test without any nervousness as my instructor was very polite and make me feel so comfortable. Highly recommended!!

I don't know how they assessing driver skills for non-white people, But I noticed that there driving officers only issue licences for local white populations, so I think they are not very nice with foreigners don't recommend this center for overseas candidates 29/12/2022

VicRoads Dromana is located in a very peaceful outskirts of Dromana. There is lot of parking space available for vehicles. It’s staff is also very friendly. Dromana is not a crowded place so it’s nice place for driving test for new drivers.
