"The worst experience ever had, twice"
"Very disappointing service"
"EDIT on 1 Sep"
"Never make your travel documents with this company, they are not prepared for this, they promised to deliver the rabies serology blood test results in up to 10 working days, the dogs' blood was collected from April 1st and so far without results, they lack commitment and consideration for the customer"
EDIT: Changed to 4 stars as it was a completely new team when I came in for my next appointment, and the main nurse apologised profusely for the day before. She also gave me some free de-stressing bits for my cat, thanks! Really disappointed with the service I received here, especially after reading all the great reviews and having high expectations. I made an appointment for my cat's second vaccination for June 1. A week before the appointment, the front desk called me to reschedule for the day before, on May 31. I confirmed, and when I came in for my appointment on May 31 the vet tech told me I came a day too early for my cat to receive her second shot. She asked me to come in the day after instead....which ended up being the same day that my original appointment was on! What was so disappointing was that when I expressed my disbelief, she lied to me and said the front desk tried to get in touch with me via phone. When I showed her that my phone had no missed calls from them, she instead said "These things happen". And even if I had missed their call...why let me come all the way into the appointment if they hadn't confirmed this second change with me first? She was extremely unapologetic, and unsympathetic to the fact that I had to book time off work for two days in a row now due to their mistake. Not to mention the fact that (as I'm sure they know is true for all cats) taking my cat to the vet is a very stressful experience for all involved. The only reason why I don't give 1 star is because they are on-time. I went to Village Vets in Kilmainham and wasn't seen until 1.5 hours after my appointment time. I really hope these experiences with both Kilmainham and Cabra aren't common, since I paid for a full year of the pet plan and have already switched to a "better" Village Vets.
The worst experience ever had, twice. And after yesterday we put a full stop with them. Once with our cat in February 2023, she suddenly got terribly sick, after the first tests not discovering a proper diagnosis (got her results ONE WEEK after, a week with proper care would have made the difference) they simply did not know what to do, their idea was to try and do other tests. Of course, like a laboratory rat. We rushed immediately to another vet, now our TRUSTFUL vet. She passed away few weeks after but at least she was treated with care and respect till the very moment. From Village Vets they also had the courage to send papers in April for the cat to be vaccinated, another dagger in my heart, after all I’ve been through not even having the decency to call after and maybe ask if she was still ok. These little things make the difference but of course, with people that really care. Yesterday again, our dog was bitten in the lip by a bee (we have a plan for him with them), it was 6 pm, they are open till 8 pm, I called because it was an emergency and according to them not even ONE village vet clinic had a spot for him. I told them: “he is almost 16, and if something bad happens to him now that you are telling me to come tomorrow, whom will be the responsibility?”, silence was the answer I got. Rushed to our trustful vet, we got attended like people deserve in an emergency. Needless to say that we will cancel the plan for our dog. I’m only sorry for Doctor Ryan, really competent and caring, he was the only reason why we were still keeping our dog with them, after yesterday is over. Never again.
Very disappointing service. We should have read the comments below ours before bringing our puppy here, as our experience echoes many of the negative reviews below. The vets are very nice and seem to be competent in their work, however the business plan has nothing to do with patients welfare and everything to do with squeezing out more dollars. From expensive recommendations of dogfood to them messing up insurance claims, we have spent a lot more money here than we should have. Ironically, when we switched our pup off the food they recommended, the problems ceased. These issues were discussed with the business and were dismissed and I don’t really have a problem with that. However – like several reviews below – my dog was 5 mins late for an appointment today, which turned into 20 mins because staff were selling dogfood to customers. They said my partner was 20 mins late so they wouldn’t see her, even after the situation was explained. They booked her in again for this afternoon before calling us and saying that we are no longer welcome there. As many reviews below, citing “discourteous behaviour” as their reason. From reading reviews below and from my own experience, it seems that the management staff severely lack professionalism. They treat every issue as a personal battle, rather than hearing about your concerns - so you must not challenge how things are run. The sheer volume of complaints similar to ours below show just how dismissive and unprofessional this place is.
EDIT on 1 Sep. Their below reply says so much about what a corporate entity Village Vets is now. This practice used to be so full of love and care - now it's part of a chain owned by the US based food giant Mars which I'm guessing cares about little other than profit. Now they talk and act like this, as seen in their reply : "We truly apologise for the miscommunication that led to Cicelys unexpected escape'". What does that impersonal nonsense even mean? So insincere and meaningless. This is not the practice full of caring professional vets that it used to be. They literally lost my cat while she was in their care and didn't take the whole situation nearly near seriously enough. They took her into a back room - minutes after we reminded the vet that our cat used to be feral - away from us her owners, to take a blood sample. That area had an open door to outside and they allowed her to run outside terrified. It was so incredibly distressing how they allowed this to happen in the first place and also how they responded to such malpractice. It is my opinion that your animals are not safe or properly looked after here. Village Vets seems to be just a big soulless chain now with little regard for animals or their owners. I am happy to share all the details with anyone who is curious - Village Vets certainly didn't seem to care.
Never make your travel documents with this company, they are not prepared for this, they promised to deliver the rabies serology blood test results in up to 10 working days, the dogs' blood was collected from April 1st and so far without results, they lack commitment and consideration for the customer. I sent a lot of emails that were never answered, and calls that were never returned, I lost my tickets and my money with all this, more than 1200 euros in total and no refund was made. these veterinarians do not know about the travel processes and are not able to guide you in your travel documents, they made me spend more than 1200 euros for a document that was not even necessary to leave Ireland, after discovering that I only needed a certificate of health they informed me that no veterinarian was willing to sign the health certificate of one of the dogs because she had seizures a few months ago, they made me start a very expensive process to later tell me that they would not sign the papers, referring to the other dog 2 days before the trip, I asked them to sign his documents claiming he was fit to travel and the receptionist informed me that they were fully booked for the next 2 days, a lack of empathy and respect for the client who spent more than 1200 euros in a clinic without responsibility.
The worst service we've ever experienced in our entire lives, They knew from the beginning of our dates, they conducted a process where they stole from us, yes that's the word. on March 1st we went to give the vaccine and spent 650 euros, we were informed that 1 month later we would have to take the rabies serology test, we came back on April 1st to take the test and they took another 850 euros, between that plus 2 consultations from 160 euros. until today, April 17th, they have not returned to us with the exams, they have not told us that the exam was not necessary for boarding, and in the end they refused to attest to the health of my pet who is returning home. You are a joke of the worst kind, bad professionals, bad vets, no care for pets. See you at Court, because unfortunately for you, I have the habit of recording all the conversations that I believe are important for the near future, and I have everything recorded! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPPIES TO THIS PLACE! We were robbed of 1500 Euros! They charged unnecessarily and in the end they refused to sign both passports!
Had such a great experience with Israel the vet this week. I’ve been bringing my dog to village vets Cabra for years and never had any problems. The staff are all brilliant. Always reply to emails swiftly and offer advice over the phone. My dog has always been petrified of the vets (he’s a rescue). We moved vet recently due to moving home and tried to get his boosters done on two occasions. We failed and it was really stressful and traumatic for poor little Henry, and very upsetting for me. I quickly got back in touch with village vets Cabra and explained the horrible experience in the other vets. The staff on reception at Cabra were so helpful with advice and booked us in quickly, Israel was so lovely and patient. He was so experienced and wasn’t phased by Henry’s fear, he knew exactly how to handle the situation and we were so happy leaving. He’s a real animal lover and dealt with Henry’s fear amazingly. I will 100% be booking in with him again. Thanks so much guys for your professionalism and kindness!
Very disappointing service… My dog’s been on a plan for the last 8 months and I was shocked when they couldn’t give me an emergency appointment for Cytopoint injection. Moreover they couldn’t sell it so that we go to their branch in Dundrum that’s run out but happy to give me an appointment on the same day. Every time I came I had to wait at least 15 mins and none of the appointments ever started on time, I just can’t understand they don’t give you an emergency appointment when you really need it. Not buying another plan here for sure and don’t recommend you! Update: Village Vets took €18 monthly fee off my account on September 5th and sent me a sneaky email on September 4th advising that my dogs plan has been cancelled. I replied back to hear some explanation and got a very interesting response that I’m also attaching here. Gosh, so dramatic that you don’t need to watch Netflix! Stay tuned and stay away from this vets practice!
This was the vet we used for my puppy for just under a year until they terminated our monthly plan we had, I can only assume this was because my partner left a very honest review about an awful experience we had where our puppy needed emergency attention and they would not give us a 5 minute appointment. This also resulted in no one even calling us back to support. We are extremely shocked at the service but to be honest I felt over all they where only interested in adding additional extras for more money that where not necessary. I do not believe their vision is to help the animals or our pets overall, it’s firstly to gain more money from any situation. We had some extremely helpful vets who where great and gave some valuable advise throughout our time but unfortunately the business model and object seems to be far from any I would want my puppy to be part of or trust.
They brought me there with my cat to register her chip. After having spoken on the phone and emails, just to tell me "I'm sorry we don't do it here you can do it on your own at home, but if you like we can give her a check up". We had cleared over the phone the fact that the cat is in tip top shape and has all vaccines etc, we were just bringing her over to Ireland and needed to register her chip in case she gets lost. Unprofessional i wouldn't trust them for anything serious. Edit. You booked an appointment for me i did not show up unexpected. You explained that to me when I arrived there while you could have done it over the phone, save both of us a trip and you offered me a check up, not a free one. Which obviously I declined as i had already told you the cat had a check up before traveling.
I was a client for 8 years and the quality of care was good for a long time but in the last 2 years it has gone down. I had noticed this for a while and had considered changing vet. Then on one visit one of their vet gave my dog an injection to induce vomiting after he ate something he shouldn't and he collapsed. I wasn't made aware this could happen and then they tried to charge me €700 to save his life. I contested this and queried what happened and why I wasn't told this was a risk. The vet showed zero empathy and said if I wanted to save my dog I had to pay. I looked for legal advice the charge was dropped. After this they refused to treat my dog. There are lots of other better vets around and I would not recommend this. Avoid at all costs.
I popped in here about a week before adopting my boy Zion, I live local enough and wanted to see what they were like. After a 10 minute chat I knew this was the right place. They were so helpful and answered every question I had even about things they don't cover like pet insurance. After taking Zion for his initial check up, and most recently to have him neutered I have done nothing but praise this place to everyone I've talked to. They're all so friendly, Zion loves them too, and I've never felt silly asking the most basic questions as they're almost glad you've asked. It gives them a chance to be sure you actually understand what was said. Absolutely brilliant, highly recommended!
They are full of smiles, good vibes and caring feelings towards our little ones! Our cat needed an X-Ray due to a potential asthma situation and the nurse explained everything to us, taking her time to go through all the information together and making sure we were understanding it (they even called us to inform how out kitty was doing while being there). They are brilliant and their empathy and willingness to help with anything is breathtaking. Thanks for taking care so well of our little Denver (hopefully next time he will be less shy and not under a fort of blankets the whole time, haha). You are amazing! :)
Not great tbh. Left in my kitten for neutering in am. Asked if I wanted him vaccinated as well "Yes please" he's an extremely scared cat. Collected him no heavy towel that I had covering his basket no vaccination. "oh sorry towel went in the wash- not good enough! Oh sorry No we didn't vaccinate him. The stress of actually catching him to bring him the vets in the first place. My neighbour has had a recent bad experience too, with her very sick cat, (lost her blanket too)also rewoke her cat that was too sick to go back home, very upsetting. Will find another vet. Lack of Communication between staff.
Thanks to their kindness, my family is bigger! Max was living with them for more than a year and they took such a good care of him and found him his forever home! I have him for two years now and since then they've always been our choice; they treat him with a lot of care and love, and I don't imagine going to a different vet because of the relationship they've created with him. Thank you so much to all the staff and vets for looking after Max every time he needs you.. Keep doing this amazing job that you're doing, I really appreciate how kind you treat the little member of my family ❤
My dog picked up an infection in his paw which saw me bringing him to "Village Vets" three or four times in as many weeks. At each visit I was greeted by a smiling receptionist, even though the place was very busy. The vet was very thorough, listened to what I had to say, treated my dog in a professional manner, and seemed to genuinely like animals. Within a day or two of each visit there was a follow up phone call inquiring as to the progress (or otherwise) that my dog was making. I would have no trouble recommending "Village Vets" to my dog owner friends....and have actually done so.
The vets here helped us through one of the most difficult times a pet owner can face: euthanasia for our elderly cat. It was incredibly hard appointment to have but the team did an amazing job ensuring that the experience was as peaceful as possible for her. They were very kind and gentle with her, and mailed custom, beautiful momentos a few days afterwards. They were very flexible and allowed us to tailor the experience to suit our family's specific needs. If ever you find yourself in the terrible situation of needing pet euthanasia, this is the team you want by your side.
Sammy was an energetic 2 year old yorkshire terrier pup who was sadly put to sleep this morning and we are devastated. We brought him to the vet yesterday as he had a bad cough and then this morning a diagnostic xray revealed numerous health conditions. I cannot understand why Sammy's health conditions were not picked up when he had a recent health check up. If they had picked up on his health issues during his health check up maybe there would have been time to save Sammy. I have no confidence in Cabra Village Vets as I have had other bad experience with them
The staff here are great Declan was amazing dealt with all my queries and the huge mix up we had on file (from my brother, to the cat, my old dog to all the files mixed) but got dealt with in the end. Managed to get a cancellation on the day so was so grateful for that. The membership yearly is definitely worth looking into. Parking outside if you’re lucky enough to get it, or the road across the way also has parking. I wouldn’t book online as it gets the file mixed up best to ring an make an appointment.
I have our dog Oreo under the care of the team in cabra and he loves going down to see them all. They are really professional and very kind to both pooch and owner alike. Pricing is realistic and I personally would recommend their pet plan as I find it is excellent value. Oreo was under the weather and Emily has kept us fully up to speed on his care. In my experience as a novice dog owner nothing seems to be too much trouble for the team. Lovely people. I would have no hesitation recommending the practice.
This is a boutique veterinary clinic that serves Cabra and Phibsborough. They are a very busy location, however, they do have late hours to accommodate all fur parents' schedules. The staff are very friendly and care deeply about your fur babies. My only concern is getting in and out of this location. There are two small steps that make it difficult for older and disabled clientele. The staff should be more in tune to this issue so the can proactively be of assistance. This would be a 5 stars otherwise.
We have been with Cabra vet for almost 2 years now and they have always been very professional. Recently, had an episode with our cat being a cat and had to take him on emergency basis. The whole team was so prompt, responsive and understanding. We got regular follow up calls on his status till the time he was there and the team was so kind and patient with explaining the situation. I am so glad he was in such safe hands and came back happy and relaxed. Thank you again.
All the staff are really nice, however there are too few of them! While the vet will see you promptly, getting past reception always takes ages - even when just going in to pick up food or previously ordered medicine. The staff are clearly overworked and there should be two people on reception full time instead of one. We have also found that continuity of care has suffered due to the entire staff, except for one, being replaced a few months ago. Very poor management! ☹
Best vet ever! I couldn't have asked for a better one for my 2 cats. They are very easy to interact with and responsive via email and phone to any question. They've taken care of my Carolyn and Darcy since they were kittens for everything health related - annual vaccines, microchip and travel passports. They've always been very professional and caring, and you can see that they love animals! I would highly recommend the entire team to every pet owner :)
I can’t thank Cabra Vets and all the wonderful staff that work there. Their kindness, devotion and ethic’s are beyond belief. They took so much patience, understanding and dignity in dealing with the recent death of my dear friend Jessie. I will never forget their kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend their service to any pet owner. Thank you again Cabra Vets!! You guys will always be in my thoughts and recommendations.
Every time I had to bring my dog zara in they have taken such good care of her. Emily the vet was brilliant with her. About a year and half ago zara got so sick and she had to have a big surgery and it was touch and go but she pulled through .and zara had another big surgery just recently and they are just so good they understand that she's not just are dog she is part part of are family and they have just gone above and beyond for her ❤
I use Village Vets for my cat as they came highly recommended. They looked after her extremely well and communication with clients is excellent. Just one small observation, I had to request a vaccination certificate a couple of weeks after she was vaccinated. I had to physically collect it. It would be so much better to issue the cert upon collection of cat or indeed send it electronically. Otherwise excellent service.
I've been bringing my cat and dogs to Village Vets for over 10 years now. The care my pets have received has always been excellent, and I was particularly impressed with how they handled our loss of our elderly dog recently - the process was very thoughtful, and Emily the vet was so kind, supportive and compassionate. It's clear the whole team appreciate that a pet is a family member for their clients.
My puppies developed a cough and I couldn't take them to our vet so I rang Village Vets Cabra on Monday morning to see if I could get an appointment! Sure thing 2 hrs later we were all booked in to see the vet! From the girls in reception and the vet it self I couldn't wish for a better service provided! It safe to say that our vet from now on will be Village Vet Cabra. Thank you
Give these guys a pass if you can. I made an appointment to get my pet microchip-ed. They told me the chip will appear in the database 48 hours later. I called back to ask followup questions about the chip. Turns out they DID NOT MICROCHIP it, they just did a routine check. Now I have a pet that is extremely stressed for no reason what so ever. Thank you guys. Real professional
Super friendly staff, very professional. The monthly plan is a good deal too because you get free vet visits, discounts of products among other things. They are also very compassionate and competent. Their office is a little small, but they truly are equipped for any emergency. Even though I live a little far away, it's worth walking 40 mins to get there. Love this place.
Great staff. Compassionate, caring and great at their jobs. I was referred here by village vets clonsilla to speak with the specialist. She was so nice, explained all the possible future issues or non issues for Bentley. Really put is at ease. I recommend village vets and they also offer monthly packages to help with general vet expenses throughout the year
The staff are the warmest most kind people in Cabra! Lol I joke about the Cabra bit, but not in the slightest about how kind, attentive and happy to see your little critter when you walk in that door. Get their pet plan. You wont regret it. Thank you Village Vets for taking care of our Lucy and Indy. Lucy gets a spring in her step walking there :)
People who genuinely love animals and understand what they mean to people. Aoife cared for our cat like it was her own and genuinely helped us through a very difficult day. Stayed late after closing to make sure we got to say goodbye and offered to stay far longer. She is amazing and I couldn't recommend this vet more
Had the pleasure of dealing with Orlaith at reception and Aoife as vet for my little doggy who needed a minor treatment and check-up on Christmas Eve. They were the only Village Vet available nearby and I thank them so much for making my little girl happy and comfortable over Christmas. xx Ruby and Brian
Incredibly nice people working here! I called today as my cat has been missing since a couple of days and Ash offered immediately support in order to create a post on their Social Media page. Amazing and I will keep this clinic definitely in good mind and promote it whenever and wherever I can! THANK YOU
I brought my cat a week ago and the vet called in the middle of the week asking to bring the cat again as the vet'd like to check how the cat was going. For the second quick visited (which was less than 5 minutes with the vet), they charged me 85% of the normal consultation price. I feel robbed.
Absolutely lovely staff who looked after our cat. After they gave us the devastating news that he had to be put down, they gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and even send us his paw prints, some of his fur along with a lovely card a few days later. Would highly recommend!
Andrea and the team at the Villiage Vet Cabra could not have been kinder to my family and our cat. We were really happy with the care and with the kindness shown to us when we were incredibly stressed! Thank you so much. 10/10 would recommend to any furry, fluffy or feathered friend!
Thank you so much for helping us out by looking after the baby seagull we found. We were so unsure what to do and your staff were so kind to look after it for us. We don't know what we would have done without you guys. Will recommend to all of my friends who have pets. Thanks again!
My very sick elderly Jack Russell has just been turned away because I was 14 mins past my appointment time. I've been a customer here for approx 15 years. I wouldn't recommend this practice. Another practice close by took me in straight away. Staff were less than professional.
I'm sorry to say we had a tragedy here, and lost our lovely cat. Afterwards, the staff could not have been nicer; they were kind and understanding, and made a very upsetting day much, much easier. Lovely people, and they clearly care very deeply for the pets in their care.
Such a professional and warm hearted service. Always greeted with a smile and not enough can be done to help you out no matter the situation at hand. Top class veterinary hospital offering nothing but the best treatment for your much loved part. I highly recommend it.
Village vets has multiple locations across the breath of Dublin city. It is staffed by highly professional, helpful and pet loving staff. From the front desk to the vets check up I was very impressed and pleased with the treatment Mr. Bentley received. Thank you.
The most caring and friendly staff I've ever met. Rex is always fully looked after every time we bring him down. The vets especially Martha always makes sure rex is as good as new! Thank you for all the hard work yous are doing especially during this time. …
Absolutely scan!! DONT GO NEAR! The Vet asked to book a return visit, my cat was fine, no need for it.During the booking I have asked the Receptionist if it was chargeable, she said no over the phone. Leaving the clinic they asked me for €48!! ‘Reduced fee’
Lovely staff and very professional. They were great with our 2 dogs, taking the time to put them at ease before administering their vaccines. Just make sure you book well in advance for any regular appointments such as annual vaccines as they're very busy.
My cat was very sick today and in pain . I couldn't get a vet to help me. Then Village Vets in Cabra came to my assistance. Staff were amazing. My very poorly cat is now on the mend. Thanks so much to all the staff for looking after my Smudge today.
Fabulous staff who are always super friendly and helpful. Regularly leave Mal (my cat) with them due to work commitments and feel 100% happy that he’s well looked after and safe in the care of these amazing veterinary nurses. Thanks girls xx
We have been going to Village Vets Cabra for the past year or so - my cat has some skin issues that would need to be treated quite frequently. We opted in for the insurance plan that allows you to free visits as many times as needed, free
They are amazing!!!! I have a one eyed three legged rescue cat called Sean:) and they are brilliant with him. When he was in an accident they saved his life and were brilliant with me when he had to get his leg and hip removed! He s now 4
Brought my cat Philip for neutering, staff were very friendly. As the receptionist explained the procedure and got me to fill out the forms she noticed I was a little concerned.. (just because I'm an overprotective cat mother) as soon as
I have lost all confidence in this veterinary clinic, as they failed to keep correct records of my puppy's vaccines. The vet vaccinated my puppy without my permission where I could have told them my puppy already had it from them three
For years, I have been going to this vet they really go above and beyond with their services, they treats my dogs like it’s their babies. I wouldn’t go to anyone else beside Cabra village vet. They really are the type that you can feel
Absolutely incredible team. Very caring, and very informative so as to put my mind at ease. The whole experience for Teddy Boy was very positive, and he was full of beans n happy to be there. Thanks very much from Teddy, and his dad
This amazing place rang me yesterday evening after scanning my dog for her microchip- she was lost and was found wandering. They fed our dog and took care of her until we were reunited. So kind and caring. Thank u
Our dog can't contain his excitement any time we bring him for a check up or if he's poorly. He loves everyone at the Village Vets, as they always treat him so well. Such a comfort knowing he's in such good hands.
All the staff in village vets Cabra are amazing. Always professional and accommodating. You can tell they are all animal lovers too and take great care of your pets. Our dogs actually enjoy going to see them!
Our dog RAZZ passed away last week and your staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Their professionalism was above reproach. We cannot thank you enough for helping us through a sad part of our lives.
Ryan and the team took great care of our cat and got him back to health. Professional, highly skilled competent, compassionate and very friendly. Couldn't ask for a better vet and we can't thank them enough.
I'm always happy to trust the folks at Village Vets with the care of my best buddy :) Also, maybe its the type of people who work in veterinary medicine, but these are some of the nicest folks around.
I’ve been bringing my cat to Village Vets and am happy with their professionalism and care. You can pay a monthly 20€ which includes free visits and vaccines - it also gives you a discount on food
My mother and I went to get our cats nails trimmed, only saw the reception but it was pleasant. Can't really judge the wait time since I binged Bleach on Disney Plus. Top notch service
I highly recommend Ryan! He looked after my cat with such kindness and thorough care. What a great find! We will be booking in my husband's Guide Dog in to see Ryan in near future.
Signed up to their petplan ( At €23 per month seems fair ) Have made several visits and have always found the staff to be very caring and helpful. Highly recommended +++
Went here when my dog passed away the staff were so nice and let me have my time to say goodbye sent a letter out after it with his paw prints truly amazing people
Spanish lady...dont know her name...so gentle with all 3 cats! 2 are rescues and traumatisedbut allowed her handle them without protest. Highly recommend
The team is amazing. Our puppy is going since she is 2 months and they always been good to her. There are also always helpful and reply to all questions
100% Committed to looking after your pet. Cannot speak highly enough of all the friendly staff. Saved my dogs life after she developed pyrmetria.
Very professional and welcoming and caring, great advice given and I really prefer to make this Molly's place for any needs. Highly Recommended!
Lovely staff, open until late hours and very helpful. I was able to give my dog vaccines, blood work and pre travel check without any problems.
Excellent staff that truly cares about their patients! Makes us as dog owners feel comfortable knowing they will be in a safe pair of hands.
When we think about a place to bring Aoife (our Frenchie) there's no second place in mind. Village Vet has friendly and professional staffs.
Very kind and friendly staff, even when our dog had an accident, they happily cleaned up. Vet was very clear on process of treatment.
Our family vets ,going here years with our cats ,service is good ,staff are friendly no issues as of yet.
They love pets in general and they provide lot of support and help for my lovely small dog. Thank you
Nice staff always available or can visit other vets in their chain in a emergency if needed.
Amazing place. Staff are so nice to our family. Kitty was well taken care of. <3
