They say all feedback is a gift, but misdirected is just whinging and more telling about the reviewer's lack of insight into their part. Communication and interaction involves both parties. Singling out an individual store as giving poor service when you're DELIVERY order has gone wrong is like reviewing David Jones Rundle Mall for the pants you ordered via Catch of the Day or eBay. And why wouldn't you follow it up via the way you ordered it?!? Resolution out of a magic hat? Check the other reviews submitted by these same people too - not satisfied anywhere

Order placed online for available items took a month and a half to be delivered. After stock issues and one item finally not available and so refunded, the order was blocked for a full month. Very disappointed with the customer service, as I had to chase them, no help was given at all by e-mails. No answers, no solutions, no apologies for the delay and no gesture of good will. Would definitely not recommend to order on their online website.

Tried to ring the store 3 times on a Sunday morning at 11:30am with no answer. Resorted to driving there with my 20-year-old daughter and was threatened with no service after it took my daughter more than three seconds to find her ID. Couldn't agree more with the Google reviews below, least helpful and unfriendly service I have ever encountered. Will not be returning.

Came in unsure of what to buy because of the variety of different wines from so many regions of Australia. So Jeff the store attendant came over and offered some suggestions which helped us come to a decision. Great customer service will shop their again.

As the others have mentioned here previously--unfortunate I experienced terrible customer service from one particular sales person. The female sales person was very obnoxious, despite being a VC club member and regular customer of this store.

Phoned Vintage Cellars with a simple request and was treated with absolute disdain by the woman on the phone. Will certainly never be using their services again.

Came to pick up a special wine, didn't want to serve, asked for ID then refered to the BWS down the street actually found some specials there.

I would definitely recommend popping in here if you are after something a bit different. They have all the old favourites too though
