Highly disappointed in the customer service. Walked in to see two ladies in the back talking to eachother. They did not say hello, even though we made eye contact several times. They proceeded to talk while walking to the store front, ignoring my mother and I while we were looking. When we left, they continued to talk and did not say goodbye when they were standing 2 feet away from the door. Won’t be rushing to go back for poor customer service and not be acknowledged.

Such a great place to have in the neighbourhood, or any neighbourhood for that matter! Kind, friendly and creative people flow in and out of the shop, helpful DIY love’n staff always such a delight to chat with or ask paint advice! They always share my excitement for whatever project I’m in the midst of. A definite pit stop if you are visiting or just having a stroll! Vintage Charm for the win :D Big Fan.

I’m a first time shopper on Locke St. Came from Guelph to explore home decor and vintage shops. Well worth the drive when I found a sold out Indaba Trading Co. star garland I’ve been searching for. Customer service was welcoming and so helpful. A small collection of women’s previously worn and high quality clothing intrigued me. I’ll be a regular visitor from now on.

I’ve been following vintage charm on Instagram for a couple of years now and finally was able to check it out a few weeks ago! It did not disappoint! The girl working was super sweet and they had the cutest home decor items in there. I left with a couple of bags full and they are the perfect addition to our little home! Highly recommend checking this store out!

Great customer service! Amy was super attentive and helpful. Took the time to show me around the shop and help me with my gifting ideas. They make amazing macrame and other decorative items. Hand made by the staff themselves! Highly recommend to anyone looking for tasteful items to brighten your home.

Beautiful store with a lovely selection of quality home decor and gifts. I love just going to look around, but I almost always end up getting something! The prices are very reasonable for the James Street boutique area. Staff are also very kind and helpful.

I love everything in this store. Beautifully beige, soft feeling things with a cozy vibe. Simple jewelry, some chalk paint and knobs, a few pieces of clothing but mostly home decor for those with the best taste :)
