I went on 09.04.16 and asked for a trim for my long hair with a bit shorter at the front. The lady agreed and cut my hair. At the time the staff were friendly and all was fine but as I didn't have it blow dried it wasn't until I got home that I could see she had cut layers into my hair. I had all one length long hair which took me a year to get to that stage as I hated my old layers and now she's cut layers in which are 6 inches shorter than the longest part of my hair. I'm absolutely devastated and I have to put up with a haircut I hate that I didn't ask for or agree to for a year! I called the salon this morning to let the manager know what had happened. He told me to come in to the salon to speak to the lady so that she could also talk about what had been agreed. I said that I didn't want to have an argument with her in the store and that having to confront her would make me very uncomfortable! He didn't seem to care at all and refused to apologise or even believe me. I would avoid!

This one of the most hospitable, professional hair salons I have ever been to. I have seen many places at this Covid19, but never seen a place to be causious like visible changes. They sanitised every few minutes everything. They all wear masks and provide you mask as well. They provide the highest class of treatment, I almost couldn't believe the difference they have made to my hair and nails!!! Keep up the good work!! Another fantastic job, I am ready for my Christmas party. My confidence is boosted and I feel 15 years younger. Thanks all staff especially , Shohre and Valentino for their wonderful job.

I am regular client. I have been to every hair salon in Barnet and have been ripped off each time. In addition the colour used by other salons was always far too dark for my skin tone. Finding Visible Changes through a recommendation was the best thing that could have happened. At Visible Changes, they understand everything about hair (texture, hair colour and styling). A first class salon with a wonderful atmosphere and great staff! I cannot rate this hair salon more highly.

I had gone to so many Hairdresser’s before and stopped at second time. I came to Visible Changes in 2003 and have been their client ever since. Apart from expertise on coloring and cut and blow dry, for friendly atmospher one feels comfortable and at home. They were so kind to my Mother throughout the time she was ill and so going to Visible Changes was a real treat for her. This has to be the best hair salon I have been to. Trust me I’ve been to loads especially in central London and spent lots of money with minimum results. My friend recommended me to try visible changes as I suffer from extremely dry and damaged hair. Thanks to Valentino the owner and his wife Sho they have managed to bring my hair back to life. I’ve been coming to this salon for over three years and introduced my mum and sister to the salon as well who are now regular customers. It’s a family owned and run business who combine great knowledge of hairdressing with an amazing customer service for the right price which for me how I would describe what value for money is.. I just wish there were more independent business like them on the high streets.

I have given my wife a gift certificate to have an olaplex treatment, wash, cut and blow dry. She had an amazing time and won't stop talking about it. Not only does she LOVE her hair, but she said the staff were so nice and made her feel like she has known them forever. My wife came down to the salon to get her hair done and she felt overcharged after when they highlighted her hair. My wife and I felt the manager is rude, cold, unfriendly and seems to look down at male customers for some reason. My wife will never go back to that place as she also feels he doesn’t speak enough English and that’s not a good vibe for someone who are visiting the store.

Been coming to this salon for most of my life! Val the owner is friendly and knows his stuff. All staff are so lovely and Jan who cuts my hair really knows how I like my hair, the highlights I get done always brings my smile back and makes me feel good. I would recommend this salon. The team are always welcoming and friendly and i enjoy my time every time- have never been to a salon thats so welcoming. Mums hair come out beautiful, lovely girl done mums hair. It would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the manager tried to charge my mum extra for a re style, she only had 1 inch cut from length and 1 layer put in. This is not a re style, this is a normal cut. Apart from that the salon was clean and professional.
