별점 높게 준 사람들 있는 것 봐서는 그때그때 기분에 따라 고객을 응대하던지 아님 지인이 별점 준건지. 아마 후자인 듯 첫째로, 5~6번 방문했고 그 다음 방문때 난 차에 있었고 제 시간에 도착해서 와이프가 들어가도 되냐 물어보러 들어갔던 찰나 주인아지메가 다짜고짜 나가라는 식으로 해서 기분이 나빠있는 상태 헤어컷 끝내고 와이프가 한마디 해야겠다고 나보고 나가있으래서 나갔음 해명후 와이프왈: 오해는 풀렸고 그 전 오너가 종종 손님데리고 와서 머리를 해주는데 한창 코로나 창궐하던 시기여서 실내 몇명 이상이면 신고한다고 그 전 오너가 그리 좋은사람은 아니라며 뒷담화?!도 좀 하고 신고할 수도있어서 그랬다고 해명??!같지 않은 해명함(그 전 오너한테는 쩔쩔매는데 손님한테는 하대??) 그후 그런가 보다 하고 머리카락을 내주고 더러운 기분을 취해서 집에 오고 다음방문때 둘째, 예약시간 맞춰(오전 첫타임 손님이었음 하루 첫손님이 그날 장사 좌지우지하는 옛말이 있는 민족의 나라에서 온 업주가 트롤 짓 함) 아니 몇분 지나도 불도 안켜져 있길래 안녕하세요 하고 들어갔는데 위아래 훑고 쳐다만봄 (넌 누구 여긴 왜? 딱 이표정임 뭐 어쩌란 건지) 여차여차 인사하고 아들부터 머리했는데 일단 우리한테 말이 짧음, 말투 또한 x같이 말함 그리고 그 사장 질문에 대답하면 말끊고 그럼 이렇게 할게요 손님 꼽주고 눈치주는 스타일 그게 그 사장 특징임 이건 첨부터 느꼈는데 기분 나쁠라 하면 약간 선타면서 친절해지고 해서 뭐라 못했는데(위니펙 밀당녀인줄)방문 마지막날 크리터져서 와이프가 한바탕 하고 나옴. 근데 그 사장은 뭐가 원인인지도 모르고 손님 예민한 거 같다며.. 예민했으면 진작 뒤집고 나왔을 텐데 p.s 헬스케어 관련 직종이라 필리피노 직장 동료들 엄청 많은데 미용실 마트 식당 추천을 나한테 많이 물어봄 미용실 같은경우 추천은 특히 할만한 데는 없다고 말하지만 피해야 할 곳으로 비전헤어를 항상 얘기함 그 일 이후로

Why is there not NO STAR review? She's not even worth 1 star. Over the phone: She yawned when I asked her availabilities are. If you are not ready, do not answer the phone. Not Professional at all. At the Salon : She doesn't have social skills at all. Even if I arrived in time like 5 minutes prior to my appt, she just stared at me and sighed NOT saying hi or even asking when my appt is. I feel totally NOT WELCOMED AT ALL. When she asked me how my haircut wanted to be done, she didn't even wait for a spilt-second and insisted a style she thinks it's good for me. I even asked her if she was mad at me, because her tone was very cold and not kind. Is she a Canadian certified Hairstylist? Really doubt it.

일방적인 좋은 감정이나 나쁜 감정으로 작성하는 코멘트가 아닙니다. 조금 더 나아졌으면 하는 마음에서 남깁니다. 좋은점: 머리를 꼼꼼하게 잘 잘라주셨습니다. 머리를 손질 하는 동안에 "다시 한번 와봐야겠다"라는 생각이 들었습니다. 나쁜점: 손님 응대가 불친절 하였습니다. 손님 응대와 관련해서 많은 안좋은 점들을 느꼈지만, 대표적으로 "어서오세요", "안녕히가세요"는 친절히 해주셨으면 좀 더 나았을 것 같습니다. "다시 한번 와봐야겠다" 라는 생각에서 "굳이 내가 이런 느낌 받으면서 헤어컷을 받아야 하나...." 라는 생각이 들게 되었습니다. 좋은 실력을 나쁜 대응으로 없애버리시지 않으셨으면 합니다.

Stylist is very knowledgeable in Korean style hair and the specific ways to cut and style. Also provides perming services for a reasonable price. Will also make sure to confirm the desired length and cut with you. Tiny bit of a language barrier, but should not be an issue if you are clear with your communication.

After the management changed, it changed a lot. The main hairdresser, new owner didn't look expert as well as the other hairdresser seemed just learn from her. I'm really wondering the other one, the main hairdresser's mom even if she has a license/ certificate.
